Just finished re-sorting my collection. For the first time I have my system sorted- it was sorted by color with the Bionicle bits before, but now it's actually helpful. I have maybe 30 families of particularly useful bits sorted by shape and the rest by color. Black and dark and light grey and bley are sub-sorted into standard brick, standard plates, standard tiles, standard slopes, and other. I never really realized how many nifty system bits I had going to waste in the chaos of my collect
Is this thing available on 3DS virtual console? I bought a 3DS for the sole purpose of being able to play all the 2D Zelda games in order (I'd played Legend of Zelda, Zelda II and Link to the Past on Wii VC and Link's Awakening and Oracle of Ages on 3DS VC). I'm starting Oracle of Seasons right now. The problem is, I can't find Minish Cap on the the VC shop, but some sites say it is or at least was available. I'm not going to buy a Gameboy Advance just for one game, but I'd hate to miss out
MNOGII is so tedious, if it wasn't so awesome, I'd quit. I spent all of yesterday making a rigging. That's it. Now that I have my 60 widgets from selling it in Ta-Koro, though, I can finally progress. ...or I could levitate. Yeah, that seems more fun.
I may or may not finish either of these. The big red one was for a contest on MOCpages, but I didn't finish it in time. The theme was "Alien", so I was going for a creature with a squid-type head, and elephant truck and bulky inverse-knee legs. On the bottom is the very beginning of a piano using HF fists for the keys. So, are either of these worth finishing?
Seriously. I think I say one of the movies when I was, like, eight. Maybe younger. And I read a Star Wars novel that was pretty good once. But that's it. But I have Bionicle, there is no room for Star Wars. My enjoyment of Narnia and LoTF just barely fits.
I should have shipped my fire sword to BrickFair a week ago. I should be putting together the pictures and instructions right now. I should probably not be joining the bandwagon and posting every hour on free blog day. Or I could ask y'all for blog name suggestions. I'm not 100% happy with Obsession Chronicles. Seriously. I just discovered how easy and cheap it is a month or so ago, and it's great. I've wanted to play some older Mario games for a while, just to be able to say I had. So I bought 2,000 Wii points and got myself Super Mario 64. Wow. I only really got into gaming with the Wii, and had a few Gamecube games, so I was expecting the earlier consoles with their polygonal graphics to be vastly inferior to, say, Mario Galaxy.
