My friend showed me a song recently that made me want to write, or just find, a story where the fate of the world hinges on Pong. And, like, the characters would challenge each other to these world-changing, mind-smashing rounds of the game with: "Let us play Pong." And it'd be all dark and serious and stuff. *makes ominous hand motions for dramatic effect*

After watching some cutscenes, especially the End of an Era cutscene, I really want to play Final Fantasy XIV when it's re-released as FFXIV: A Realm Reborn. And I really, really hope there's a soundtrack for this game... and that the song in the End of an Era cutscene is in there.

So I bought Halo 4 at midnight, well more precisely, nine minutes after midnight. I just got the normal edition -- Limited was sold out, and I wasn't shelling out 350+ for the console (even if the design is cool, and the harddrive is massive). I was actually in the line around 8:30ish my time, ran into some friends and we just talked about Halo, he went on about The Walking Dead, boyfriends, and some career related things. 'Cuz I thought this was worth a blog. So I finished all the gyms now *started playing on Thursday :B* and my party is around 50 ~ 55. Like, he would spend hours looking for certain pokemon (like Riolu and Ditto) and I'd encounter them in one or two tries. I began working on a new writing project. The fact NaNoWriMo is near may make me write it faster, work on it more and try to round it out. It's a romantic tragedy.
I feel absolutely amazing right now. In fact, I had been ever since I went to sleep... I actually had a hard time falling asleep. But I got to sleep in today, because our AP Lit class went to see the play Fences instead of classes (so I slept until 9:30). But even through all of that, I just feel amazing today. Let's see how long this lasts. Because if the one thing happens that could make me feel even more amazing, then this September would have been my absolute favorite month ever.
I spent like two hours playing with my sylvari's face *not to even factor in the body type and junk* my time management is brilliant~ but he look so fab, all red and pink and green (and glow in the dark, but he glows purple so he's not a nuclear sylvari :,D) *and he teleports with clouds of butterflies in his wake which is just amazing and lovely* *ended up buying the game because Spink is easily persuaded to do so by sales people, but ssshhhh* *also playing Pokemon* *needs to remember
