Personal beliefs are no excuse for whining about the banners. If you want to say "I think homosexuality is wrong because my religion says so", that fine - but that doesn't seem to be what anyone here is doing. All I'm seeing is "eeew gays are icky i hate them and i dont want to see them", which is blatantly homophobic. I'll respect your beliefs, but I won't respect your hate.

That's probably because religious discussion isn't allowed, and because the last time someone did it, (namely me) this whole ordeal broke loose.

So much one sidedness in these comments it makes me sad.

Hate doesn't get nor deserve respect. Straight up. Any belief that marginalizes a group of people for something they can't control is not deserving of respect and tolerance. And if you think that is how our Deity would have responded to this group while He was around, you are wrong. So knock it off.

And it's about this, right here:

BZP's official stance is that people are to be respected. We do not allow graphic or explicit images- couples kissing, whether homosexual or heterosexual, is neither. That is the rule, and you all will respect that. Discussion on the matter WILL stop from here. Period. I am going to all the other blogs on this topic and saying the same thing. The administration has made it's stance clear. You will respect it, you will all stop throwing your opinions in others' faces (all sides)*, and if you don't like the BZP rules- leave.
