Walking In The Woods

So I took a walk through the woods out behind our neighborhood. I had a powerful drive of adventurous spirit moving me along. What would I find? How far would I go? What was a searching for? Would my Android run of out batteries before I finished my Okami Piano Arrangement given by Cholie?

These questions haunted me, but I stepped forward into the unknown.

I watched as the parting trees opened up fully, blocking my sight from the left and right, a clear path made visible ahead of me. I felt the rustling of some wind, and my shoes crushed under some dead branches.

What seemed like hours later, but was probably only minutes, I continued through the forest. The sun glared down into my eyes, and the reasons for way being made clear to me was still a mystery. Was this my destiny, to move through these woods, bushes and tress, and find something I was meant to find, and share?

I'm not sure. I don't think I'll ever know.

But the small river I located was lovely. ^^

I lay down on the grass, relaxing after the days of travel (or was it thirty minutes?) sitting and listening to the music playing softly on my phone while the birds and insects click and tweet with their own sounds. It's only then I realize I am not the first man to cross these paths, as the flag to the left clearly shows. However, I now have to ask who placed it there, and why did they leave such a mark? Maybe I'll find this person lost in the woods one day. But alas, that is for another day.

I feel as though I am ready to return home now, my satisfaction for my journey unsolved... yet, relief in knowing I can always come back into the forest and learn ... whatever I'm supposed to learn, k bye I'm hungry and thought I'd blog this. BD

Great photos. It looks a lot like where I live, although all the leaves have fallen, lol. Still, really pretty.

I have a really similar area, although not like a neighborhood or anything around. Kind of a secluded spot. ^_^

I wish I had time to take a nice walk like that. D:

Awesome pics bro. I love the one with the sun glare :3 Out of curiosity, what camera did you use?

Also did your batteries last? Always charge your phone before getting lost in the woods, mate. :P

Actually all those pictures were taken from my phone, and yeah it did last the whole time. Weird since it was low on batteries, but I won't question.
