I always try to. How much I succeed is subjective.

I try my very hardest. It's a lot more difficult with blogs, because people change their name, blog name, etc with relative ease. Worst of all, even if I remember what the blog entry was titled, I'll forget who posted it, and it's too much hassle to check every single blog for the one I'm trying to find.

But with topics, I usually manage to get back to people (and it's sad when people don't get back to me ;_; ) However, I'm sure there are instances where I haven't gotten back to someone, so I take it in stride.
