Looks like the lower body of some sort of slick, cool mecha type thing.

Reminds me a whole lot of Primus' stuff. Also, you could probably make the colour scheme more interesting by

adding subtle details like some partially hidden internal machinery, or perhaps decals or something.

Looks good so far. Out of curiousity, how similar are the upper and lower legs internaly?

I'd like to see some more shape - the legs are more or less the same width all the way up.

However it looks in the end, the pelvic area definitely looks robotic.
