They were the best, especially Ms. Andrea, who was just the classiest Perish Singer ever.

I'm also super excited for X/Y. I actually like most of the designs revealed so far and even those I don't initially like I'm warming up to (Helioptile and Vivillion are still pretty uncool though)

Mine was more a Soul Eater thing since the last evolutionary step is a Golem. (Even if she never managed to reach it...)

Though for the record, Giriko could totally wipe the floor with Giriko. Types don't lie!

I named mine after the Soul Eater character as well.

Sure, Giriko could smash Giriko, but that doesn't change the fact that Giriko is a much better Pokemon in almost every situation and Giriko's species is pretty terrible in the current metagame. (Was it ever good?)

It's true, Giriko only wins by default due to immunities. Giriko in almost any other case except as some sort of wall would be kind of beh.

Then again, whether Giriko or Giriko is better, we can all agree that Giriko is pretty rad.

I think Geodude is the worst Pokemon.

Personally I'm not fond of Swoobat.

Okay, maybe I was a bit harsh. Geodude and Graveler are probably in my bottom... 20. Golem is cool, though.

My absolute least favorite is Castform. It gives me the heebie-jeebies. It casts a sinister and perverse aura.

My teams in Pearl and Platinum were pretty much identical: the only real difference was between which legendary I had and my Water type.

Anyway As my first pokemon game, can I just say how hilarious it was to put my new magikarp first into every battle, switch him out immediately, and then he got half the xp, which leveled him up really fast. Then for about half the game I absolutely wrecked with just my Gyarados and my starter.

Speaking of, I need to train a Magikarp today. Just to finish my Black Pokedex. I've got 608 seen/591 obtained so far. I wanna finish it before XY, so I'll have a complete dex in each generation I've played (seriously, anyway. Emerald hardly counts because it was an emulator and the computer it was on crashed before I could beat the E4. I was at the end of Victory Road. ;_; suppose it serves me right for using an emulator).

I am so proud of my 493 in Platinum. squee I love the Pokemons.

I do all three really. Leave it in the Day Care until he reaches level 19, give him the Exp. Share, send him in and switch him out so he gets 3/4 of the Exp and so yeah.

I am envious of your Pokedexterity! I guess I am one of those Living Pokedex guys (I have every single Pokemon in LG save for version exclusives and event Pokemon) but since I'm only playing old games getting those I'm missing is practically impossible. Especially with those people in the GTS who want a Level 100 Darkrai for a Stunky or something ridonculous like that. Guess it's my fault for coming in so late...

I can breed pretty much anything for you. I don't like handing out Legendaries but I'm ok with trade/trade backs, for dex completion.

Yeah I would never ask for Legendaries, but like if in a while I could do some groveling to get a Misdreavus in my team that would be super neat.
