The "yiiiiiii..." sound in the middle of it ruined it for me. It's a shame - otherwise that song is good.

Anyway, I have iTunes, so good to see you on there. I might just pick up a copy of the Climax. Very good song.

It sounds like a frog dying with helium in his throat. Or someone choaking on glitter.

It also contrasted too much with the smoother sound of the rest of the piece. You have a nice piano theme going with electronic accents, and something that sounds like clapping (me inner percussionist hearts much ). And then I hear this sound...urg, my ear!

Oh well. I get the glitzy hollywoodish feel you were going for, and that's what made the sound, but somehow I just don't think the dead-frog thing fits exactly. It's just me, I guess.

Hehe, those are two very distinct and interesting descriptions. I legitimately want to see someone choking on glitter and compare the sounds they make to the "yiiii" sounds (that sounds so evil, but don't worry, I'll save them before they choked to death...after I'm amused enough)

I can see what you mean. The "yiiii" sound is pretty common in electronic music, but it might not have been the best fit for this song.
