Nope, it's Spring Yellowish Green, a new-ish color that's never been used in Constraction before. In fact, it's still fairly rare even in traditional brick-based sets. In early pics I had thought it might be Glow White (which would have been awesome), but no such luck. :/

To be perfectly honest I find the color choices for the Skull Spiders a little bizarre. There's really no unifying trait between Spring Yellowish Green, Earth Blue, and Silver Metallic. It makes me wonder how the colors were chosen—did they just present a full spectrum of Skull Spiders to focus groups to figure out which ones kids responded most positively to? The ones they chose do look good and do seem to suit the sets they're paired with, but they still make up a bizarre trifecta.
