On one hand, the smell of pine is a wonderful thing. On the other hand, discarding dead Christmas trees is depressing. Our family uses a fake one each year now, and it's a little less disheartening at the end of the holiday season, I must admit.

A question for the ages. I have not yet made fruit cake. Besides fruit it is made with shortening, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and the tears of orphan children.

You can never go wrong with reindeer bazookas, but of the two I would have to go with laser candy canes.(Two Turtledoves)

Squids. I dissected one in highschool and it still haunts me. I owe the squids on this one.(And a Partridge in a Pear Tree)
