So, last night I went to the local mental health center because of a depressive episode. I'm doing better today, I didn't get hospitalized but instead I'm doing an outpatient program.

 

Anyways, what's going on with you guys?

I've been hospitalized for mental health issues before. Not fun. I didn't do an outpatient program, but I do know this kind of stuff isn't easy. *hugs*

Things are going a bit better for me lately. I have a new assistant who just started work, and hopefully things will be a bit easier on that front.
