Rydia, sometimes referred to as Rydia of Mist, is a playable character in Final Fantasy IV. She is a Summoner from the village of Mist and is one of the most powerful Summoners in the village. Rydia is a Summoner, and thus her stats are heavily weighted in the Magic department. As a child, she can equip Rods, Staves, and a Bow and Arrow. As an adult, however, she loses the ability to equip Staves and instead equips Whips and Daggers. Her armor is limited to universal equips and mage equips.

Edge Geraldine is a player character in the game Final Fantasy IV. He is the prince of Eblan and a skilled Ninja. He is very brash and has an inflated ego, and flirts with women quite often. However, he is kind and has a strong sense of right and wrong, and defends his kingdom no matter what the price. Edge is a Ninja, and thus has high physical stats. However, he has low defenses, which are easily exploited by his opponents. His weapon arsenal includes Katanas, Boomerangs, and Claws, and he can equip hats, tunics, and some heavy armor as well. He really likes Rydia a lot.

As part of my Lego Final Fantasy Project, I have made Rydia and Edge from Final Fantasy IV (while I work on the bigger stuff like airships).

Ready to fight Zeromus

Note: The bracers on Rydia (which were made to give more golden color to her) were made by Brickforge. Her green cape was custom made by C.A.B. Productions. Edge's cape was custom molded by someone in Japan and is given that "flowing" feel".

Those pictures...they're from/for the new DS version, correct? (I can't wait to replay it)

EDIT: Not 'from'...but they've been released in the wake of the new one, is more what I meant.

Very nice, captured the essence of Rydia and Edge.

Your customs continue to be made of win. I may have to commission you at some point.

Though I admit I'm not familiar enough with Mini-Figs at this point to know how much is custom work and how much is just REALLY good part assortments.

Yeah it is the DS ones.

As long as you don't commission a Rikku. :P

But in all honesty, if you want me to make something you don't see on my list, I'll see what I can do to bring it to the Lego world.

With the custom figs, I try to work with what I have and with what I can get, and incorporate custom parts that people make. Sometimes a custom can be as simple as one would think, and then a custom can get to the point of being complicated (such as Rikku from X-2 for example).
