Technically if it isn't on a QWERTY keyboard, it isn't accepted. If a Moderator needs to find you via member search, he can't really type that in, now can he?

I don't see the problem to your name. I had ♪ӅʚŃȋ࡫ŏDŽ at the end of my last name for three months and I never once got told by anyone that it's not allowed, and it has two characters that don't actually work >_-
