I discovered this quote in OGD:

 

1. Since Antroz leads the Phantoka Makuta, and he is Teridax's right-hand, who is Teridax's left-hand? Is it Krika?

1) He has no left hand

 

So it's official. Teridax has no no left hand. He's a handicapped Makuta.
