Omi, forum moderation/administration is about one of the toughest voluntary jobs there is out there--I know from experience. It can be a terrible, stressing, and generally aggravating job. Indeed, I've felt more than once that it's not worth it with all the people who complain that you're doing badly.

But doing it is what counts. You can't give up, because however many complain, there's gotta be one who won't. You help this forum more than you probably realize, and thank-you for that.

I hope you come back soon--everyone needs a break; just make sure you come back.
