Well I was meaning more on terms of shrinking; but considering how tiny I am I think small is fine.

The shirts are pre-shrunk, and the color is royal blue.

AWWWWW. Then I shall make mine tyedye when I get it!

What colour will the ink be? White? I'm guessing something light and not black ink, as my experience with so-called "royal blue" shirts has always meant that the shirt was a darker blue than expected, but maybe you have ones that are lighter.
