I made a new character (still demo only). Camped at Vega outskirts for 3 hours before leaving with an inventory of heavy-duty armaments and 7,000 Energy creds from recycling lower drops. Totaled out at almost 40,000 credits when all was said and done, managed to outfit my entire ship with mark 2 equipment, deflector and impulse engines included. I've also got 2 sets of Integrated Targeting armor (mark 2, one for me and one for my bridge officer, I'm getting my second officer equipped as well) and mark 2 full auto assault rifles. I practically did the Azura mission blindfolded it was so easy.

Better news is that soon I might be able to get the full game. If it works, I'll be seeing you around. I'll be in Sirius Sector Block every now and again. Look out for the USS Liberation.

The ones you encounter in the Vega system work just fine, as does the 80,000 energy creds you can get by looting the Damaged Cubes. ;D

Ah, but I'm doing it the hard way. As in, Rear Admiral, Upper Half, my new rank.

I just moved my newest character, Rygobeth (USS Determination), out of the Vega Outskirts. Sold the loot he got from the Borg (he's the one that I screencapped the picture in my sig of the Accolades) and combined it with the cash from recycling the worthless drops. Anyone ever heard of a 100k Ensign? ;D Did Azura mission on Elite with 2 Bridge Officers, full MkII on each (except personal shields, they slipped my mind). Got Lieutenant 3 and Evasive Maneuvers 1. I'll screencap him in a while if you want.

I did when I got back to ESD and realised I hadn't upgraded. I was like, "No wonder my shields dropped so fast..."

I had also gotten the wrong weapon upgrades. 3 Auto Targets instead of my usual Full Autos.

I deck out all my officers with only the best items. Because I can afford it.

Yes. Out of pure whimsy, I made Yoda. A small, green Science officer currently completing accolades aboard the Khitomer. Once I have every *possible* accolade in the Tutorial (including Ground Phaser damage dealing, ground damage taking, and the space versions of both of those), I'll tell you and you can ask to go and meet my little green friend.

EDIT: I removed the first Yoda and made a second, with a few improvements. He's a Science officer now, so I've changed is accordingly.
