You do understand how that uploading speeds differ from downloading speeds, right? Upload speeds are always lower than download speeds. My current max download speed is something along the lines of 1mbps if I have a good connection. Meanwhile I can only upload 100kbps on a really good connection.

Of course; my six megabit download connection has an upload speed of about .76 megabits. Truthfully, if one had a one gigabit download speed, it'd probably have a 100 megabit upload, but still. 100 megabit upload beats 100 kilobits.
