I've been listening to Yes a lot lately, at the suggestion of Frank Zappa and Tenebrae Invictus. They are pretty fantastic... I don't know if I like them as much as Rush, but in my opinion they are better than what I've head from Genesis (they're great too though). Right, so I just bought Coheed & Cambria's new album, "Year Of The Black Rainbow". First off, I had extremely high hopes for this album, due to the awesomeness of the previous two albums.
Ok, so, the artwork is sweet. I think, aside from "Good Apollo I", it's my favourite pic of the five.
As for the music, well, as a whole I wasn't thrilled. They've taken on a more electronic sound as opposed to their old guitar-oriented stuff, which I don't like. That said, however, this album does

Anyway, 4-day weekend, and I'm moving on monday. Life is good. Finally gettin' out of these stupid apartments.
Also, my mom said that since I did so well in school this year (I always do, but whatever) she'll buy my 5 CDs. I chose Death Magnetic, Ride The Lightning, and Reload by Metallica, Octavarium by Dream Theater, and Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin.
In honour of the end of BIONICLE, we're having a contest between the two of us. We're gonna see who can complete their Bionicle collection first. Iro has decided to give me an advantage, saying all of his sets must be complete, and all of his Rahkshi must have every stage of Kraata. Playsets don't count, nor do collectibles. Combiner such as Ultimate Dume or Takutanuva do, and promos don't.

hey so I realized I've talked about my times in music college a little here, but I've never actually posted anything that I've done there. Well, I'm trying to write chapter 4 of my epic, but I'm stuck. So far, an Ar-Matoran named Teltus (Ar- is for moonlight, BTW, which makes characters of said element kinda' spacy) wandering through a bartering center, and he just got knocked over by a careless hurrier.

Saw this movie last night. I hadn't seen the first Captain America so I watched it a few hours beforeheand and it was really good. Anyway, I was pretty stoked for this movie and it let me down a bit. I saw in an old topic, someone said that purple would be discontinued, because it was too "Fragile"
But seriously, I'm finding ALL of the colours lately to be fragile. And actually, the purple on my Nui-Jaga is quite strong.
So, my point is, if you're gonna have pieces that break ANYWAY, why not add an awesome colour?
