My brother and I have been making good use of Day 1 of our five-day weekend (=P), mostly by getting to Death Mountain of Twilight Princess. My brother got stumped by the steam vents blocking the path to the mines, but since I had been paying attention in the Twilight Realm, I just made Link put on his Iron Boots and walk through it without getting hurt. Anyway, my brother got his new DS last night, finally. Since it's a DSi, by all rights I should get his GBA games, since I have the only system that can play them now, but he's being stubborn and not bending to logic.

Got my copy today (after being orientated about a possible gig at an animal shelter), along with 1600 Microsoft Points, which were later spent on War For Cybertron DLC. And aside from a few minor complaints, mostly about the pixelly-ness of some of the graphics, I'm already in love with it.
Though then again, I loved all the RPGs in the series (not so much about Mystery Dungeon, but meh), so that's no surprise.

It's not that bad; kinda reminds me of KOTOR. I have a Fighter named Blaze Attura, and I'm starting to get the hang of this (I haven't played computer games since forever ). I don't like the backround music, but I'll get used to it.

My only real complaint is the fact Zed doesn't sell health packs anymore. Aside from that, this is probably the best sequel I've played. I'm only a level 17 Siren right now, and I've got a lot of awesome guns I'm not trading out for anything. Though I do wish Claptrap was less obnoxious this go-around. -.- In other news, I move into my college dorm on the 23rd, and my stack of textbooks is immense. So I'm more or less still sticking around again. I won't be as active as I was back in the site's heyday, since I'm mostly sticking to DA these days.
