A deer! yep, a adult buck. Just minding his own business in my neighbor's yard across the street from my house. This isn't the first time I've seen deer in my neighborhood. (I once saw at least half a dozen of them in my front yard one time.) But its been a couple months since I've seen them in my neighborhood. I thought they had all moved on by now, but I guess I was wrong.
NOTE: I got this one from a episode of Victorious. If you had to choose between losing a leg or never being able to get on the Internet again for the rest of your life, which one would you choose?
Some of you might remember this blog entry I made a few months ago asking which of the sets I had bought that I should build first. I only had three at the time: Tahu Uniter, General Grievous, and Darth Vader. And Tahu won in the end. But now I have six sets just sitting around because I haven't gotten to building them yet. (This can be blamed on a combination of my job, Pokemon Go, Federation Force, and my love of Youtube videos and TV shows. ) But now thanks to school starting up, the slow s
Lots of new info on upcoming movies from Disney was revealed this weekend at their Expo. This includes movies from Marvel, Lucasfilms, and Pixar movies. Here is a brief summary on some of the info revealed that I liked a lot. 1. Captain America: Civil War: Footage was shown of the film. I don't go into details of it, but I will say that it makes me even more excited to see it when it comes out May 6 of next year. I just wish Marvel would put the trailer online... 2. Doctor Strange: While no
So I have three unbuilt sets currently sitting in my room. One is the General Grievous constraction set, which I got back in September. The other two are the Tahu Uniter set and the Darth Vader constraction set, both which I got back in March. I haven't build any of these sets due to a combination of work, doing various stuff online, playing Pokemon: Omega Ruby, and me just being lazy. But now with the Ekimu titan and Umarak the Destroyer sets coming out soon, I figured I better build the set
Nothing like driving up to your home at 1:30 in the morning after working an eleven hour shift at your job and almost having a head-on collision with a deer dashing across the street in front of your next door neighbors house. That is definitely something that gets one's attention. But seriously, I almost did hit a deer while coming home from work. This actually isn't the first time I've seen them in my neighborhood. I think it's been a couple years since I've last seen them, but they have pai
Another day, another Nintendo Direct. And this one had some interesting stuff in it. The reveal I liked most from this Direct would be that Super Mario Maker is coming to the 3DS. I've watched videos of people playing levels and I've wanted to try the game out, but I don't have a Wii U to do so. This 3DS version of the game will give me a chance to try it out. And it will even let play some Wii U levels from the game as well, which I think is neat. There's also a Mario Sports Superstar gam
So I was watching a 'How I Met Your Mother' episode today, and in this episode the gang was debating on whether ducks were better than rabbits or vice versa. This is what gave me the idea to present the following question to you all: which do you like more, rabbits or ducks? Though I think rabbits are cute, I like ducks just a little bit more. So which do you like better?
Since Legends of Chima came to an end and its forums are going to be shut down soon, I thought I would nominate an image to be used to put on its imaginary tombstone. The following is that image: I don't know how well it would represent the series as a whole. But I saved this image from a BZP Legends of Chima set review years ago for a reason, and this could be it! If this isn't memorable enough, this one could also be an option: This one will help us remember Chima as well, even if i
Here, ladies and gentlemen, is a picture of my cellphone that I have been using for the last six years. (This is just a picture of this type of phone I found online. My actual phone is a little more beat up, but it still works fine.) It makes phone calls and text messages, but not much else. If you are wondering why I still have this cellphone instead of one of the newer ones, it's because I'm just not that big of a cellphone person. I've only sent four or five text messages on this thing i
So seven new Pokemon from Sun and Moon, who were leaked early online, were confirmed to be real today. Each one has a video that was released to confirm that they're going to be in the game. The following are these videos and my thoughts on the Pokemon themselves.
Probably the Pokemon that has been talked about the most since these seven were revealed. I've seen some people say that it looks like a cross between a Pikachu and Togepi, though I personally think it looks more like a cross bet
So truth be told, I actually saw this movie when it came out a few weeks back. I just haven't had the motivation time to type up my thoughts on it. I've seen it two more times since then, and since I have some free time now, I'll go ahead and get my thoughts posted on it. There are spoilers below, so read at your own risk.
If you could stand up on something in the center of a large crowd and yell out something at them at the top of your lungs, just to see what the crowd would do, what would you scream and how would want the crowd to react to it?
I love them! I always enjoy eating them when I get the chance. I really like them with ranch dressing. There a great appetizer, IMO. Does anyone else here like to eat them too?
It's been three days into the month of November as of this entry, and I've already seen six or so Christmas commercials, had coworkers of mine play Christmas music at work, had one coworker say that she already got her Christmas tree, and saw 'Merry Christmas!' trending on Twitter. I even saw my local mall setting up Christmas stuff a few days before Halloween. Yes, that's right. BEFORE HALLOWEEN! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. No one should be doing anything Christmas related un
Note: This entry talks about the latest Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer that was released yesterday. If you are someone who doesn't want to see a trailer or learn anything from a trailer about an upcoming movie, then don't read this. Spoilers are below. So what did I think of the newest trailer for the movie? It was alright, TBH. I don't think that we needed another trailer for this movie though. I believe that people have most likely already decided if they will be seeing Dawn of
Here is an tough yet interesting question I want to ask you all. If you had to choose between only keeping your Internet access or your entire Lego collection, not both, which one would you choose? I would choose the Internet. I like all my Lego sets (particually my Bionicle sets), but I like the Internet more. So which one would you choose?
I didn't discover this video until a few months ago, courtesy of a coworker. Its one of those things that you know doesn't have a need to exist, but you are glad it does anyway. And I do know that it was posted a few months shy of two years. But I still wanted to put it in an entry here. Because why not?
And after working roughly 167 hours in the last 12 days at my job, I pretty much feel like poor Arnold here. Joking aside, my busiest week of the year is over, so now I have free time again. Which means I finally have time to do stuff on BZP. It feels good to have said time. So, did I miss anything in my inactivity?
For those who weren't aware, this year is the 30th anniversary of Nintendo's Metroid franchise. It is hands down my favorite franchise from them. I love it even more than Pokemon. Samus Aran is also one of my favorite video game characters out there. I own all the Metroid games in one way or another, and I've played through all but two of them. (Those two being the original Metroid and Metroid 2: Return of Samus.) Out of the ones I've completed, I've 100% all of them except Super Metroid. (Pl
