So a couple new trailers have come out over the last couple of days. One is a trailer for the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Moon games released on last Tuesday, while the other is the Assassin's Creed movie trailer which was released just last night. And where I am, the month is starting off with rain. Regardless, this looks like it will be a good month for me. I'm really excited for Captain America: Civil War and X-Men: Apocalypse to be coming out this month. I plan to see Civil War at a midnight showing this coming Thursday. Storywise, I really haven't haven't gotten that much farther in the game other than going through Victory Road. It wasn't that hard of a challenge, but man did that route have some great TMs! It had both Flamethrower and Psychic, which are amazing moves that I taught to Camerupt and Latios as soon as I got them. Plus, all my Pokemon are level 50 now. Hopefully they will be strong enough for the Elite Four when I finally get around to challenging them. And what have I been doing all this time?

It's been two months since I've posted anything about my playthrough of Pokemon: Omega Ruby. I still haven't finished the main game yet thanks to the busy season of my job starting up, catching up on everything I've missed since the busy season of my job started up, and my own laziness. So the tide came in really hard today at my job, which happens to be an amusement park right on the water. The whole section where I work, which is basically the rides section of the park, went underwater. It wasn't anything too bad, as I imagine the deepest spots were probably no more than a foot deep. As for what I think of it, I think it looks pretty good. Once again, its looks as though Marvel has made a great casting choice for one of their movies. I think Benedict Cumberbatch will do a great job as Doctor Strange. Also, the reality warping scenes look amazing in this. Especially with that first scene of it. So I was able to see Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice last weekend. I just haven't had a chance to post anything about it until now thanks to work and other events in my life. And oh, does it feel good to be back! After working 14 to 16 hours shifts for the last 13 days, I've finally back to my regularly scheduled shifts at work. Which means I have time to be on BZP again! It was a rough 13 days of work. I ended up working almost 177 hours between those days, so I'm very thankful that I have today off. As I stated in this previous blog entry, I wanted to make some ten lists for some of my favorite things from Metroid to celebrate its 30th anniversary. I've seen people say that the latest Pokemon Direct wasn't the most exciting one ever, and I would agree with that opinion. It would've been nice to get some footage of the new games other than a few drawings. But still, seeing all the gameplay footage of the previous games, from Red and Blue to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, really brought back some nostalgic memories for me. So I saw Deadpool this past weekend, and I rather enjoyed it. I wouldn't say its my favorite comic book movie I've ever seen, but I wasn't disappointed by it, so I would call that a win for it in my book. Ryan Reynolds gives it his all in his performance here. He does a great job with the character, in both his funny moments and even more emotional moments. (Yes, I actually got some feels with some of his quieter scenes with his love interest, Vanessa.) But the movie does earn its 'R' rating.
