Oh hey! Fire Emblem Fates comes out in English next week, and... I still haven't finished the Japanese version! But I know there's a good chunk of FE fans on BZP, so I thought I'd post a bit about the game and let folks ask questions. So what happened was, after starting the game back in June, I got stuck on a certain chapter, life happened, and I put the game down until last month. Then I picked it up and started making real progress, and I'm a few chapters away from the end. So, impressions!

Hey! Part of the reason I've been away a bit the past week or two is that I've been working on getting ready for the new Ace Attorney, Dai Gyakuten Saiban, being released. I am super, super timely with these entries. Basically: I had a really fun time! I got to see a lot of friends again, and I got to meet a lot of folks IRL for the first time, even if in a few cases that involved slightly awkwardly standing around the Bionicle tables while people we knew better were busy elsewhere. I missed the turn of the year around here due to some bad stuff (family health problems) followed by some good stuff (spending a long weekend with some BZP folks), but I'm back now.
