Lemont Snicket has another book series? Wjy was I not informed? I must obtain it.

YES YOU SHOULD. The series starts out fairly simple but gets progressively more complex as the series goes on (with the individual stories, which start out mostly independent of one another and slightly formulaic, congealing into a larger story of conspiracy and intrigue in the later books). They're easy reads (13 chapters, large print), so if you read like me you could probably knock out two or three in a single afternoon at the library. Or you could try listening to them as an audiobook—like I said in my post, I read the entire series to my mom (and later, my aunt) while I was in high school, just because they were having trouble getting into them in a timely manner.

It's definitely a fantastic series. There's a reason my blog was ASOUE-themed for so many years.

I really should read that again... I remember some of it but I think most of it was over my head at the time... such a great series.
