Ah man, public speaking is my number one weakness (besides anything involving numerals). Good luck!

I did public speaking last year. The trick is hand gestures. Hand gestures gets you a million points.

You will do fine. Just pretend it's a play! Create the "script" for a character that is just like you only a little more confident and become that character when you have to perform it.

The thing I do do get comfortable is to use hand gestures,and dont look in the same place for too long.
