Ever since Ca'gerrin's (why do I always say that "SAW-jair-in"?) Krana-based names inspired me, I've been working on a little tool for those looking for names. At first every letter was chosen randomly from the alphabet's consonants and vowels (to follow the rules). Now, I've removed certain letters that typically do not start words from the first options (though using them is great, random generators cannot pull them off). It runs on a good number of modes, which I will detail below.
Standard Modes:
Mode 0: Random (Default)
