Oh man. What an insane last week it's been. I've got a lot of things to talk about, so get comfortable.

First and foremost: I graduated high school last night. Finally. Ah, I remember when I was a Freshman, "The Class of 2008" title seemed like the end was so far away. It FLEW by. It's interesting, you know (excuse the Bionicle reference): I started my high school life as a Freshman in fall 2004, and I likened myself to the Toa Metru, normal Matoran being thrust into a hugely responsible role with no warning. Now I'm graduated, and it's during the year where our original heroes, the Toa Nuva, finally put aside their differences and mature together for one final battle/adventure. Just an interesting coincidence.

So yeah, I've got my diploma. It's weird, I don't feel like I'm done or anything; I barely feel like I'm done for the summer. Maybe the feeling hasn't quite sunken in yet. Well, all that's left now is get ready for various graduation parties this year (I know of at least two I have to go to off the top of my head, but there's probably more).

Now then, last weekend I got Disturbed's new album, "Indestructible." It's FREAKING AWESOME. The actual song Indestructible is great, and the lyrics to Perfect Insanity are absolutely sweet. But really, the whole CD is amazing, I highly recommend it.

Now I gotta get on to reviewing and judging all those wonderful Toa you guys sent me to decide which four become members of the main team for the upcoming prequel to ED. I'll give the results of that as soon as I can.

This Sunday the bishop is coming for confirmation of twelve of our kids there, so I gotta be at the church tonight for practice. I myself already got confirmed several years ago, but they'll need me up on the altar that day. Not much, just thought I'd mention that.

Given that I'm out of high school now, I suppose it's high time I started looking for a job. Not real high on my priority list, though.

Oh! I posted my Epics Contest #7 entry, Chasing Shadows, yesterday morning, so go on and check that out. I'll probably get chapter 2 up at some point today. I'm pretty much entering this one for fun, since the grand prize isn't anything I don't already have. Plus it helps me experiment with the new genre of a murder mystery, something I've always wanted to try. Hopefully the end will surprise you all.

That's about it, for the moment. Other than Father's Day, which wasn't particularly eventful. All of this contributes to why I haven't gotten back to you on that PM you sent me Cederak; I apologize! I'll get on that ASAP!

Now to await the Mistika. (Yes, I like them. *dodges flying projectiles*)
