Anger Management 101 - Serious Entry.

Welcome to Danwojo913's Anger Management Class

Now, you must be here because you have anger issues. That's alright, lots of people do. :)

I'm going to teach you special techniques to control your anger.

These are in a specific order. If one technique fails, move on to the next.

1. Breathe deeply and slowly, in through your nose, out through your mouth. Closing your eyes can also help.

2. Go into a quiet room, sit on the floor, and repeat step 1.

3. If all else fails, lay down and go to sleep for a little bit, perhaps a half-hour to an hour should suffice. SMASH!!
