To make him look older, try adding _tiny wrinkles, and maybe a bit o' hair on his upper lip.

Wowy...considering that I myself suck pretty badly at drawing actual human faces.

 

I wouldn't try to get more age in there by force though. It can overdo it and then the man looks like 80 instead of 60.

As for the age issue, it's not really a problem. The age isn't really necessary, and, like Vezok's Friend has stated, it may make him look older than he is.
