This morning I woke up at ten after seven and went to the bathroom. On the way to the bathroom, I looked in my mom's room.

She was still in there.

My mom is supposed to leave at seven in the morning for a workshop at eight.

Following my waking her up was a short fiasco involving my mom getting ready at top speed and making several phone calls - one to my uncle, from whom she learned that I would not be able to attend the psychology class with him, and the other to my grandmother to confirm that I would be thrift shopping with her today instead.

My grandmother picked up myself and my brother at half past noon and took us to a pair of thrift shops. Unfortunately, we only walked away with a single pair of jeans for me. After shopping, we stopped by Checkers for lunch (they have really awesome burgers and fries). Then, on the way home, my grandmother unexpectedly stopped by a CVS Pharmacy to buy me a new alarm clock (I don't know if I mentioned that my other one broke).
