Could someone tell me how portable they are? I'm thinking of getting one, though it would be mainly be used for listening to and from school and I don't really want an excessively bulky model of mp3 player.

It's not that hard to carry around, I guess. It would probably fit comfortably into the average jeans pocket. :P

Keep mine in a shirt pocket, and it fits nicely. Just get a thin case for it, not a bulky one, and everything's good.
