If you have not seen a community fireworks show on the top deck of your aunts' lake house ... you have not seen a fireworks show. The guys at Gasworks Park can keep their crowds; we had rockets exploding right over our heads, literally.

 

Also, I think my cousin and little brother are the pyros in my family, even though I'm the one called Inferna Firesword. I was the one setting off the firesworks we had, but they were the ones rocking the boat dock while I was at it. :P

I didn't even watch any fireworks this year :P Town doesn't hold 'em anymore and we didn't feel like watching the ones the stores at the mall put on. So I spent a day in an awesome stone house.

I went down to Sacramento, got ash rained on me at Cal Expo. We were exactly in the path of all the little bits of carboard and stuff to fall on us. Let me tell you, ash does not improve the flavor of a Coke. Ever.
