  1. Nice review. Anyway, here’s what I think about the first four Secret Mission books: The books felt the same way as the Bionicle books in 2003-2010. These books only tell the minor events in the Hero Factory story rather than major events seen in the TV episodes. The books could have made good episodes. I must warn you that that the books have some contradicting facts from the TV episodes and some other content. It’s nice to see Bulk using his brain a little more. In the TV show, he is a fun-loving guy who is a little gullible, but I am sort of fine with the books’ way of showing Bulk’s personality. Secret Mission 1: The Doom Box takes place in weeks after the events of Episode 9: Breakout Part 2 in 2012. It’s about Core Hunter, one of the Breakout set villains and who was once a Hero, like Von Nebula, trying to reassemble a dangerous weapon that could destroy the Galaxy. The Heroes had to put Mission: Catch ‘Em and Cuff ‘Em aside to stop him. In the end, when Surge redirected Core Hunter’s Doom Box powers to him, Core Hunter fold onto himself and disappeared (I was hoping he survived the ordeal because no set villain would die. Spoiler Alert. I’m glad Secret Mission 5: Mirror World in May 2013 and Face Off: Makuro’s Secret Guidebook in August 2013 revealed that he is still alive. Read those things please, Master Inika.). The book showed Surge’s fear of turning evil, which is something that the show never showed. He wasn’t doing something comical, like in the show. The fear was mentioned in that booklet in July 2010 called Hero Factory Promotional Magazine. Surge didn’t overcome his fear. He just faced it. It’s nice to see that. It’s also nice that one of the villains who created the Doom Box, Arctur, reformed and helped the Heroes stop Core Hunter. He sacrificed his life in doing so. It’s nice to see Core Hunter in the book. Secret Mission 2: Legion of Darkness takes place in the Hero Factory’s early days. It also showed all of the Breakout villains except Core Hunter being in a gang called the Legion of Darkness. It’s nice for these solo villains to have banded together, like Von Nebula’s gang and the Fire Villains. The Legion is basically like the Piraka and the Barraki (the Piraka and Barraki should make friends with these guys). It is also nice to learn about Thresher and Von Ness a little more. Von Ness did his sins in the events of that story before the one in New Stellac City, which made him a villain called Von Nebula. It is also nice to see Thornraxx and XT4 showing up, and to learn how XT4 became a villain. There is one thing that I’m confused about Furno, Breez, and Surge: In a news story in early 2011, they became veteran Heroes after defeating Von Nebula and his gang before they fought the Fire Villains. However, in SM1 and SM2, they are still called rookies and are still treated as such. Secret Mission 3: Collision Course (January 1, 2013) takes place after the events of Episode 10: Brain Attack in mid-March 2013. It is about the Heroes trying to stop a giant space ship called the Valiant from crashing into the Hero Factory. A swarm of Brains, who are implied to have come from the very swarm from Episode 10, possessed many crew members in the ship and made the ship fly straight towards Hero Factory. The ship’s captain, Aquax, is Stormer’s good friend from his past. The Heroes were struggling on figuring out how to stop the ship from hitting the Hero Factory. It’s a lot of stress in the characters here and there. I didn’t expect the Heroes to reluctantly want to blow up the ship with innocents in there. Stormer wasn’t honest about his involvement in the ship. Breez was concerned about her worthiness for her team. Xera betrayed his crew because he believes there is something wrong with many people’s minds. Bulk was about to quit his job when Stormer stopped him because Bulk was right about Stormer worrying about Aquax. There is something contradicting in the book: Stormer did not know how to remove a Brain from its host when in Episode, he learned how to. Evo in the book also did not know what the Brains are when in Episode 10, he fought them. Stormer had his Breakout weapons in the book rather than his Brain Attack ones for some reason. The Heroes could have removed the Brains from their hosts rather than forcing the Brains to remove themselves from the hosts. The Heroes have the strength and equipment, shown in Episode 10. Secret Mission 4: Robot Rampage (March 1, 2013) is a direct sequel to number 3, and takes place in a week after the events of number 3. It is about Furno and Bulk trying to save Stringer from another swarm of Brains, who were implied to have also come from the swarm in Episode 10, in planet Tranquis VII. Along the way, they discovered a secret conspiracy preparing a weapon that could threaten many planets in the galaxy. These people have a grudge against Hero Factory, and they do not trust Hero Factory. I’m glad to hear that Mission: Catch ‘Em and Cuff ‘Em is completed, as all villains who escaped from the Hero Factory’s prison are recaptured (took Hero Factory long enough to get all of them back behind laser bars). That’s what Furno said. It’s also sad to hear that many robots in the galaxy do not trust the Heroes because of the Breakout. Karter is a conniving villain who has no respect for Dumacc, the scientist who was managing Project Sunstorm. Dumacc was gullible, but it’s nice that he reformed when he saw the true evil nature of the conspiracy. He helped the Heroes fight the Brains. There is two things that I’m iffy about. In the episode, Furno learned a way to remove a Brain from its host, but in the book, he did it differently and remembered doing it in the events of the episode. That’s felt wrong. Also, the Heroes have captured the Brains in stasis containers, but they never removing the Brains that still had their hosts. The Heroes put the hosts in more containers to prevent them from causing another rampage. Why not remove the Brains from the hosts right away, too? They know how to do it (Spoiler Alert: I think they did, as mentioned in SM5). So, there. These books are fun to read, and it’s nice to see some character development that the episodes never showed. If Greg were to write such stories in the episodes, that could be better. I wish we see more of some characters, like Surge, Stringer, and Nex. Next for you to read is SM5. Plus, the DK Readers books and the guidebook. They’re worth the read. I hope you wouldn’t be disappointed in these books.
  2. Hey, guys. I studied the Heroes’ heights in their sets. In 2010, the Heroes are around the same height as Bionicle Stars in 2010. They are about 6 inches. However, in the 2010 commercials, when the Heroes were on an Earth patio or on a basketball field, they look like they are around as tall as an average human man. I would say the Heroes are around six feet tall at least (1 inch in set = 1 foot in story). The TV show does give you a similar feeling. The medium-sized 2010 villain sets (XPlode, Meltdown, Corroder, and Thunder) are taller than the Hero sets, as they are around 7 inches in their sets, so we can assume they are 7 feet tall. Same goes to Vapor. The five villains are basically around as tall as the Toa, who are around 7.2 feet tall. Von Nebula and Rotor are titan sets, so their sets are around 9 inches tall, so they could be 9 feet in story. They look like they are around the size of Tuma. There is this combiner set named Lucas Valor, who is a Hero who appears to be taller than the 1.0 Heroes. However, no other Heroes look like him, so I think it’s non-canon that he is taller than the other Heroes. In the Hero 2.0 and 3.0 sets, the Heroes got a little taller than their 1.0 forms, like an inch taller in the TV show when you compare Furno 2.0 to Surge 1.0 in one scene in the Ordeal of Fire episode. Two of them, Stormer 2.0 and Rocka 3.0, are taller than the others. Stormer 3.0 is at the same size as the normal-sized 2.0 and 3.0 Heroes, as he is shorter than his 2.0 form for some reason. You can tell by the forelegs. However, in the TV show, all 2.0 and 3.0 Heroes are at the same height as each other, as they are all shorter than Stormer 2.0 and Rocka 3.0 in a sense. I would think it’s canon that all 2.0 and 3.0 Heroes are at the same height. When I looked at Stormer 2.0 and Rocka 3.0’s combiner instructions, you need their abnormally tall foreleg pieces to build the combiners. In 2012, some of the Hero sets are taller than the others. The short Breakout Heroes are as short as the normal-sized 2.0 and 3.0 Heroes. The tall ones are as tall as the medium-sized 2010 villains. The TV show showed that. So, the tall Heroes are around 7.2 feet tall, like the medium-sized 2010 villains and Toa. In 2013, it’s the same as 2012, but in different ways. The small Brain Attack Heroes are as tall as the Stormer 2.0 and Rocka 3.0 in their sets, making them taller than the short Breakout Heroes. The tall Brain Attack Heroes (Stormer and Surge) are slightly shorter than the tall Breakout Heroes, but slightly taller than the small Brain Attack ones. That’s all in the sets. The Brain Attack episode shows that. So, I would think that it’s canon this way. I guess the Heroes can change their leg-lengths to change her size by using the Assembly Tower to do so. In 2014, we got play sets, but the play sets don’t mean the characters are shrunk in the 2014 story arc. In the show in general, the 1.0 Heroes are around the same height as the worker robots. In Invasion From Below, the IFB Heroes are way taller than the workers when you compare IFB Rocka to one of the workers in one scene. In the Breakout Part 1 episode, when you also compare Breakout Rocka, who is a tall Breakout Hero, to Furno 2.0 in one scene, they have almost the same height difference as IFB Rocka and the worker, so I say that the IFB Heroes are as tall as the tall Breakout Heroes in the canon. So, there. It’s not easy measuring the heights, but this is my analysis. Anyone notice that, too?
  3. Hi, guys. 2023 was a decent year for us Bionicle fans. The new year is coming, so here are my Bionicle-related hopes for it. Of course, we all hope for Bionicle to come back somehow (like G1’s story being re-continued and bringing back Greg Farshtey), but I am currently thinking about other things: 1. Perhaps getting the new Monkie Kid set with Onua’s Pakari. 2. 2023 showed us a GWP set of Tahu and Takua (brick-built versions of the characters). That was a great thing from the year, despite Bionicle not officially coming back this year (it’s just a remake of the 2001 Tahu set similar to a Ninjago Legacy set). I would hope for the GWP versions of the other five Toa Mata. 3. GWP version of Tahu Nuva or the whole Toa Nuva team, Vakama or the whole Toa Metru or Toa Hordika team, Jaller or the whole Toa Inika or Toa Mahri team. GWP versions of Mata Nui, Ackar, Kiina, Gresh, and the main members of Hero Factory’s Alpha 1 Team would be nice. Perhaps GWP versions of the G2 Toa, too. 4. A Bionicle Lego Ideas project to be turned into an official Lego set hopefully. 5. More concept art, cut content, prototype stuff, and unused ideas about Bionicle in general, like Bionicle: The Legend Reborn in 2009, Hero Factory, and Bionicle G2. I mean, for examples: 5.1. I want soundtracks from these guys because the Miramax trilogy in 2003-2005 has them. 5.2. It would be cool if there were unused plans of putting Malum, Strakk, Perditus, Telluris, Fero, and other 2009 set characters in The Legend Reborn, putting Vapor, Breakout Bulk, Breakout Breez, Breakout Nex, Thornraxx, XT4, and Core Hunter in the Hero Factory TV show. Plus, putting Matoran and Kopeke in Mask of Light movie, the 2004 Matoran and combo model characters in Legends of Metru Nui (Lohrak is one), and combo model characters in Webs of Shadows (like the Dark Hunters and Voporak). Plus, that Drop Ship pilot in 2010, Bulk’s Jet-pack look, Furno’s bike look, and Rocka’s Jet form. 5.3. Extended fights against Meltdown and Thunder before the final battle in HF’s 2010 story arc. 5.4. Plans for sets for Thresher, Stringer 2.0, Bulk 2.0, Rocka 2.0, Evo 3.0, Breez 3.0, Surge 3.0, Stringer’s Brain Attack form and foe, Nex’s Brain Attack form and foe, and Stringer and Nex’s Battle Machines. Plus, a combo model for 2010 Stringer, 2010 Bulk, and 2010 Surge, and combo models for Breakout Rocka, Stringer, Bulk, Breez, and Nex, and Stormer XL, and their Breakout foes. 5.5. Plans for having Surge 2.0 fight the Fire Villains in the early 2011 story arc, Brain Attack Surge fight Dragon Bolt, fights against Dragon Bolt’s Brain-possessed members of his kind, Stringer and Bulk’s roles in the early 2011 story arc (Ordeal of Fire), Evo, Breez, and Surge’s roles for the late 2011 story arc (Savage Planet), Bulk, Breez, and Nex’s fights against their Breakout foes (as in being shown in the TV episodes), the Heroes catching and cuffing the other Hero Factory villains who escaped during the Breakout (like Von Nebula’s gang, the Fire Villains, and the Witch Doctor), Stringer’s and Nex’s roles in the Brains’ attack on Makuhero City and Invasion From Below, Von Nebula coming back, and the combo models’ roles in the story. I mean, Lucas Valor’s giant appearance isn’t canon, right? Plus, there is an unnamed rookie Hero and his villain, who only appeared in a Lego Magazine in 2012. Are these guys canon? 5.6. I would like to think that HF’s Breakout online game in 2012 was going to have a level for XT4 and his home planet called Mechna, and perhaps a final battle where you have to fight all nine Breakout villains again, but having Black Phantom get captured this time, but all of this is cut content, like how Mata Nui Online Game II lost some Le-Matoran. 5.7. I wonder if there were plans for more Hero Factory episodes and what were the original plans for the cancelled Bionicle movie 6’s plot and the cancelled Bionicle G1 graphic novels (we already got the script for the cancelled Bionicle movie 5). Plus, plans for Hero Factory fighting the Galactic Conspiracy from HF’s Secret Missions books and the Villain Factory, as foreshadowed by the Breakout episodes in 2012. 5.8. Cut content and original plans for most Bionicle and Hero Factory video games and online games. I mean, was there supposed to be a sequel to Bionicle Heroes and sequels to HF’s Mission games? 6. All of the Bionicle movies, all of the HF episodes, and Bionicle’s The Journey to One show being put in DVD’s iTunes, and Lego’s official YouTube channel. Plus, all of Bionicle and HF’s online and app games and their bonus content being re-released. Plus, Hero Factory’s online game guides and comics being re-released. 7. If the Turaga of Mata Nui had named some parts of the island of Mata Nui after the Rahaga. It would also be cooler if there were plans for sets for some Bionicle G1 characters, like Karzahni’s original form, Helryx, Artakha, all of the Toa Hagah, Lariska, and Triglax. Plus, plans for the Toa Nuva Mistika and Makuta Mistika’s own Matoran partners (like how the Phantoka warriors do). 8. Plus, plans for sets for all of the G2 Toa Mata’s Skull foe sets and their drained versions of the Golden Masks of Powers in 2015, their Elemental Beast foes and their corrupted versions of the normal Unity Masks in 2016, and the original plans for Bionicle G2’s cancelled third year (as in the story arc focusing on the Mask of Ultimate Power the most). Plus, G2 Toa Nuva, and G2 versions of other G1 characters, like Takanuva, and objects, like the Exo-Toa. 9. The planned roles for some combo model characters in the stories, like the Toa Kaita for the Toa Metru, Toa Inika/Toa Mahri, the Toa Hagah, and the G2 Toa Mata. Plus, switching up the colors for some combo models and alternate models, like those Rahi. 10. I always wonder if there were plans on making Bionicle G1 and HF share the same universe. I still think they do. It’s just that it’s business, so this didn’t happen. However, Faber did hint this lately in his social media stuff. If that were to happen, I wonder if there were plans for a G2 for Hero Factory and having it and Bionicle G2 share the same universe. So, there. It’s a lot to wonder and hope for. I hope Christian Faber would help us solve these mysteries. If we could somehow contact the developers for these official stuff, we would know. Plus, I hope we will get updates about these incomplete fan-made stuff. I also hope they will be complete soon: 1. Bionicle: The Legend of Mata Nui Rebuilt 2. Bionicle: Quest for Mata Nui 3. Bionicle: Mask of Powers People are going crazy with these fan games. I hope someone will fix up the Breakout game, too. So, there. Sorry that I wrote a lot, but yes.

  5. I think it’s because Legion of Darkness is looked at as the best Secret Mission book. You should get all five Secret Missions books, all four DK Readers books, and Face-Off: Makuro’s Secret Guidebook. They’re great, too. I wish Greg’s writing would have been incorporated into the TV episodes. Think of some great episodes it could have been. It would be like the Bionicle G1 chapter books. However, I must warn you, some parts of the books may have some things that contradict the canon. But, please, go buy all of these books.
  6. Yikes. Well, if I were to have the power to re-continue the story, I would like to revive Matoro and some other characters, If I do that, would your reactions be the same? I would expect you guys to cry in happiness, as if this is like Avengers: Endgame. If I were to have the power to convinced Kevin Feige to revive Black Widow and Iron Man, I would hope the audience would feel happy to see them again, too. If you guys really aren’t sure about reviving characters, please read this: https://prostorybuilders.com/back-from-the-dead-resurrect-revive-characters/#:~:text=The key is to make,it works in your story.
  7. Hey, guys. Suppose Greg Farshtey comes back to re-continue the G1 story, combine the powers of the Legendary Kanohi, and use their combine power to bring back dead people that the Red Star cannot revive (like the Infinity Stones from Marvel), like Matoro, the Toa Cordak, Nidhiki, Krekka, and the Makuta. What would be your reaction to that?
  8. Hi, guys. When I read the story about Matoro dying, I felt devastated. I didn’t expect the chosen one to have to sacrifice his life to save his world from destruction. I feel bad for the Toa Mahri for losing one of their own. Him being their close friend is one thing. I was hoping that the Toa would form two Toa Kaita, but down to one. So, I would love to have Matoro revived somehow.
  9. Hi, guys. We got three Bionicle Lego Ideas projects that got 10,000 supporters, but got ultimately declined from being a Lego set for some reason. Lego Ideas never said why. If we know, then we could have found a way to convince Lego Ideas to make a Lego Ideas set based on Bionicle. There are the declined projects in chronological order: 1. The Legend of the Bionicle: Celebrate 20 Years: It’s a diorama of three major parts of G1’s storyline. Created in 2019. Declined in 2020. 2. Mata Nui Rises: It’s a giant Great Spirit Robot model. Created in 2021. Declined in February 2023. 3. Bionicle: Toa Head Statue: It’s a Toa Head piece in a giant Lego-System-piece-made statue. Created in 2021. Declined yesterday. These are dark times. We had it this close. I always look at them as possible ways to somehow bring Bionicle back in full force. The GWP set in this January is one thing (but did it sell well?), but these are giant. They look very great. I felt bad for the guys who made the projects. I wish Lego Ideas would be kind enough to give the projects a second chance. Whenever I was given a survey, I keep on telling Lego Ideas to do that, but they are seemingly not doing it. Right now, we only Lego-Ideas-related hope is this project: Bionicle: Island Map. This tiny project could use our help if we were to get a Bionicle set from Lego Ideas. I suggest everyone in BZPower to go support that project to possibly help Bionicle rise again.
  10. Hi, guys. I looked over the Hero Factory story. We have a lot of rude people in there. Not all of them are villains, though. Here is the list of the biggest jerks in Hero Factory (sorry for saying the j-word): 1. Whoever is planning to make a Villain Factory, which would be an evil version of the Hero Factory (foreshadowed in Episode 9: Breakout Part 2). 2. Black Phantom - he almost made the Hero Factory shut down during its early days. He was planning to betray his allies because of the competition they gave him, but when his allies learned about this, they attacked and defeated him. He then caused the Breakout, which humiliated Akiyama Makuro. Black Phantom then took over the Hero Factory building. He stole and delivered the Hero Factory schematics to the person or more who will use the plans to make the Villain Factory. 3. Von Nebula - he is an ex-Hero who is a coward. He almost doomed Hero Factory with his cowardice when the Hero Factory was shutting down during its early days and then the Legion of Darkness attacked it. He used a Drop Ship to leave Preston Stormer and Thresher behind when they were fighting a giant drone in New Stellac City. This is because when he was too scared to fight the drone. He never attacked it when Thresher was active before the drone knocked Thresher unconscious. He almost destroyed Stormer when he had Meltdown use the nano-bots on him. He then took the Alpha 1 Team’s equipment that he was aware of. He is also probably one of the people who are planning to build the Villain Factory, according to Episode 9. 4. The Brains - these creatures are stealthy, and they possess beings, like Krana. When they possess people, they are verbally manipulative (shown in the Secret Mission books in 2013). 5. Core Hunter - he is another ex-Hero who hunts down Heroes for their Hero Cores. He even tried to use the Doom Box to blackmail the Galaxy, though that did not go well when the box’s energy made him disappear (though he somehow survived and then got recaptured, according to Secret Mission 5: Mirror World and Face Off: Makuro’s Secret Guidebook. Thank goodness because no major villain in the Hero Factory’s story gets killed, except for the Brains and Jumpers). 6. The Galactic Conspiracy - these guys are vile people who would hurt or kill their own members to get what they want if they have to. They tricked Dumacc into working for them to work on a dangerous weapon called Project Sunstorm. They disabled Perjast to help one of their own named Karter try to destroy the Hero Factory. They were so mean to Karter when Karter failed to protect the weapon and then got imprisoned by the Hero Factory. Karter then wanted the Conspiracy to get him out of the Hero Factory building, but the Conspiracy refused because they do not want to expose themselves to the Hero Factory corporation. They then killed him from afar to avoid being located by the Hero Factory. 7. Karter - for being a treacherous sneak. He was nasty to one of his traitorous coworker named Dumacc. Karter destroyed Project Sunstorm to avoid it being used by the Brains or taken away by the Hero Factory, but Dunkan Bulk noticed him and arrested him. Karter then tried to destroy the Hero Factory, but he accidentally sent four Heroes to another universe instead. 8. Xera - he is not a villain to begin with, but he had a warped view about the criminals who escaped during the Breakout. He thought that the Brains are a perfect way to punish people for using free will to cause problems. So, he helped a swarm of Brains that was taking over his crew’s space ship called the Valiant, betrayed his own crew, and then attacked two Heroes, but he got defeated by one of the Heroes named Natalie Breez. The swarm of Brains were ungrateful of having Xera as an ally when they were thinking about giving him to Stormer during a negotiation. After the swarm of Brains was incinerated, Xera no longer serves them. 9. Preston Stormer - he is rough on rookies. He is so rough that he acts like a jerk. He is like this because of his ill-fated mission in New Stellac City. 10. Mak Megahertz - he is hilariously insensitive about people that he talks about in his radio talk show. Stormer got so angry with Mak that he disassembled at one time. So, there. What are your lists? Same as mine, much?
  11. Hi, guys. When you research Hero Factory’s canon, you may notice some weird things that kind of don’t make sense: 1. These weird-looking combo models. Some of them seem to be canon when you are read their descriptions in Lego Magazines while others are not canon. The ones with the Lego Magazine description never appeared in the main story, though. Here’s the list: 1.1. Lucas Valor - He is a Hero who is technically canon because of a story about his mission in the Hero Factory website, but his combo model looks like a freak-ish monster with a Hero chest armor for a head. I mean, no 1.0 Hero looks like that, right? Plus, since he is a combo model of 1.0 Stormer, 1.0 Furno, and 1.0 Breez, where’s a combo model for 1.0 Stringer, 1.0 Bulk, and 1.0 Surge? 1.2. That monster called Makuro-X1 - This guy is a combination of all six 2.0 Heroes. It is said that he is a creation of Akiyama Makuro who went rogue and tried to attack the Hero Factory. The Alpha 1 Team went to fight him. However, that is not resolved. This monster looked like a mutated Hero, similar to Gaardus from Bionicle G1. The monster only appeared in a Lego Magazine. 1.3. That Alpha 1 rookie in 2012 - He never appeared in any other media, as he never shows along with the Alpha 1 Team. No one from the team talked about him, either. Plus, he doesn’t look right. He looks messed up, like not having a Breakout 1.0 chest. Since he is made of Evo, Surge, and Furno, what about two more models for the other six Heroes? This guy only appeared in a Lego Magazine. 1.4. The Alpha 1 rookie’s Breakout villain in 2012 - Same problems as the Hero. It is said that he also hates Black Phantom, but he is not shown doing that. Since he is made of Toxic Reapa, Splitface, and Thornraxx, what about two more models for the other six Breakout villains? 1.5. The Hero-and-villain combos in 2012 and 2013 - They’re non-canon because they never appeared in the canon. Totally understandable because they look weird. 1.6. The combo models in Invasion From Below - They’re also non-canon because they never appeared in the canon. 2. The differences between the episodes and Secret Mission books - In SM3 and 4, the Heroes kind of act like they never met the Brains before, and they kind of don’t know how to detach the Brains from their hosts. In Episode 10: Brain Attack, which takes place before the events of the SM3 and 4, the Heroes first met the Brains there and learned how to detach the Brains from their hosts. That’s a bit confusing. Plus, the episode has an unresolved cliffhanger, and the Hero Factory to have survived an invasion from a swarm of Brains in their storage bay when the events of SM3 happened. Note 1: In SM4, Mission: Catch ‘Em and Cuff ‘Em, from the 2012 story arc, ended when all of the escapees are recaptured. In SM1, Core Hunter disappeared after using the Doom Box’s energy. Sure, it looked like the energy killed him by making his body fold onto itself and disappear. However, according to SM5 and that guidebook called Face Off: Makuro’s Secret Guidebook, Core Hunter is still alive, all other non-swarm villains (and no one should be when you think about the episodes). I don’t think Greg Farshtey, the guy who wrote the SM books and the guidebook, was completely pay attention to the episodes. 3. Invasion From Below in 2014 - That story arc is totally unnecessary. It’s off-topic. The Heroes never talked about the events of past episodes. Felt like a hard reboot. Plus, Stringer and Nex disappeared (they also never had their Brain Attack foes. I also would wonder if there are more Makuhero Planet dragons got possessed by the Brains, like Dragon Bolt since Dragon Bolt was the only Brain-possessed dragon to appear in the canon). 4. Bulk’s and Breez’s 2.0 forms in the Brain Attack episode in 2013 - shouldn’t they be in their Breakout forms? I get that they never appeared in the Breakout episodes in 2012 for some reason (they, Nex, and their Breakout foes should have been or there should have been more Breakout episodes), but still. That’s lazy animation. Think about it. I look at the Breakout forms as the true 3.0 forms for the Heroes because the 3.0 forms in the Savage Planet story arc are basically animal-based armor for the Heroes, not truly an upgrade, and the armor was just used to adapt to a jungle (though Stormer got slightly shorter in his 3.0 form than his 2.0 form for some reason. Some Heroes are slightly taller in their 2.0 and 3.0 forms than others). Plus, the Breakout forms are permanent, like the 2.0 forms, right? I wouldn’t call the Brain Attack or Invasion From Below true 4.0 forms. They are just armor for the Heroes used to adapt to certain things, like the Toa Nuva’s Adaptive Armor. I don’t think they’re permanent, either. 5. Is the Makuhero Planet a planet or a planetoid? In the early media, it is said to be a planetoid, or an asteroid, but in the Brain Attack episode, Zib called it a planet. It’s understand because that place is surely habitable. 6. Bulk’s armor from the Bulk vs. Vapour set in 2010, Furno’s motorcycle armor in 2010, and Rocka’s Jet form in 2013 never appeared in the episodes, neither did Vapor, that Drop Ship set in 2019, and its pilot (these three are canon, surely, but they didn’t appear much). Furno can fit fine with his original armor on his motorcycle called the Furno Bike. Rocka can fit fine with his normal Brain Attack form in his jet-pack (In the Jet Rocka set, Jet Rocka is almost as tall as Furno XL, but taller than Furno, Rocka, Breez, and Bulk’s Breakout forms. Some Heroes in their Breakout and Brain Attack forms are taller than the others. Plus, I think the Heroes in their 2.0, 3.0, Breakout, and Brain Attack forms could change heights, depending on their missions. Apparently, the 1.0 Heroes are as tall as an average human man, and the tall Breakout Heroes look like they are as tall as Toa, who are about 7.2 feet tall) I would like to think that Stormer had a normal Breakout form and Furno a normal Brain Attack form because you have to start with a normal form before you get an XL form. Ask Rocka 3.0 about it. 7. The episodes and the comics that were based on their scripts. The comics don’t follow the episodes completely, so some things in the comics are apparently non-canon. 8. The names of two Heroes, Omega and Rocka. The end credits of most episodes where Rocka appeared in is where he is called “Daniel Rocka”. It is apparently canon, but “Daniel” is not featured in the episodes themselves and other media where Rocka appeared in. There’s this guy named Omega, who leads a group of Hero Recon Team Heroes called “Recon Team Omega”. He never actually stated his name. He may have used his group’s name as his own codename, so I think his true name is unknown. Also, most media do not use the Heroes’ full names in general for some reason. I get that Bionicle characters do not have first and last names, and the HF characters are treated as such most of the time, but still. 9. The online games - their stories are not canon, but they did feature some things in various locations that were mentioned in the main story. 10. That mini-comic story called “Stuck in a Problem!” in 2010 - It is about Furno 1.0 and Stormer 1.0 fighting a Bionicle-looking bug on a swamp planet. It doesn’t look like it would contradict the main story, but it is called “non-canon” by HeroSector01 for some reason. 11. According to the main Hero Factory website, Furno, Breez, and Surge became veteran Heroes after they defeated Von Nebula and his gang in the 2010 story arc and when they were fighting the Fire Villains in the early 2011 story arc. Furno also once said to Evo in Episode 8: Breakout Part 1 to "stick with a veteran like Furno" before Furno accidentally hit a door. However, in the DK Readers books in 2012 and 2013, SM1, SM2, the guidebook’s chapters about the 2010-2011 story arcs, and ITunes' description of the Savage Planet movie, Furno, Breez, and Surge are still called rookies. In the Brain Attack and the guidebook’s chapter about the 2013 story arc, it could be implied that the Heroes became veteran Heroes, as Furno was leading many Hero teams. In SM5, Breez stated that she and Furno are no longer rookies. So, there. I originally wanted to include Hero Factory FM because most of the stuff in there is not featured in the main story, but many people praised it as a way to expand on the story, as it is technically canon, like how you look at the Mata Nui Online Games. If Greg Farshtey and ElJay from YouTube were here, they would tell us if any of this is canon because these tiny details are not featured in the main story. What do you think is canon in the list?
  12. Well, all of the things that I mentioned are made by the same guy, Tommy Anderson, or whatever his last name is. His Lego TV show stuff look like they have similar animations. It’s good to think broadly because of similarities.
  13. Hi, guys. I’m not sure if this is a good topic, but how can people see the votes in the polls in BZPower? I mean, every time I make a poll, the votes are hidden after putting your vote in the poll. How can you open them to see how many people vote for something after putting your vote? It’s a problem for me. Please help me out.
  14. Hi, guys. I studied the Golden Armor, the very collection of armor pieces that Tahu Mata used to destroy an army of Rahkshi in Bionicle’s 2010 story arc. After the destruction of the Rahkshi, the armor gave Tahu Mata powers of the Rahkshi. He removed the armor, according to Greg Farshtey. In the armor’s BS01 page, it says two confusing things, which were said by Greg. One said that the armor gave the Tahu the powers by putting them inside his body. The other, which came after the first one, said that Tahu does not have the powers, and he needs the armor to have the powers again, implying that the armor still has the Kraata powers. So, do you guys prefer the first thing or the second thing? For me, the second one because I don’t want Tahu to be more powerful than himself as a Toa Nuva. I’m working on a fan fic where Mata Nui will use the Mask of Life to turn Tahu back into a Toa Nuva.
  15. Hi, guys. For years, I have always theorized that two Lego themes, Nexo Knights and Dreamzzz, were two of Ninjago’s 16 Realms because of the similarities and the companies that made them. Well, sadly, these theories have been debunked while we still don’t know all of the 17 Realms yet (taking quite a long time, I say). So, I have thought about something. In Norse mythology, there are 9 realms, which are like in a group in some part of the galaxy, like a solar system. So, I would like to think that Nexo Knights and Dreamzzz could be in the same galaxy as Ninjago, but they have their own group of realms (like that other Lego theme called Hidden Side), not being two of Ninjago’s 16 Realms. It’s like saying two different solar systems! How genius is that? I believe it’s logical that way. I mean, think about it. You got mini-figure characters that are organic in a way, not knowing they are mini-figures, and their worlds do not have Lego-brick-made stuff. Some characters have their own ways to travel. You may need to look at this to try to have a better understanding in my theory:
  16. Yes. I wish every Bionicle fan had still kept that kind of passion. Since Bionicle’s premature cancellations, some people are no longer enthusiastic. Some act sarcastic and make fun of fans’ ideas. They don’t even try to appreciate other people’s ideas. We have dreams, you know. We can make up great ideas, which Bionicle could have used to make itself better. If Bionicle returns, maybe that could happen, too. Remakes of the 2003 and 2006 games would be a good idea, too, since we dig console games. I mean, if the games would get improved, we could like it more.
  17. Hi, there. It’s nice that you made this cool thing and all, but what about the comics? Plus, people recorded the four direct-to-video movies in YouTube. Hero Factory and Bionicle G2 have the same stuff that G1 has, but The Journey to One is only available in Netflix (I wish someone could record all of the episodes and the prologue). Or, would you guys rather use BioSector01 (and HeroSector01) to make replacements for Hero Factory’s episodes and Bionicle G1’s 2015 shorts and TJtO episodes?
  18. Hi, guys. If you want to find all Hero Factory TV episodes, you can look here: 1. https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCiI9BOkZ2QejozzUWfS9TY9T7U4n-_7j (all of the episodes except Episode 7) 2. https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLsSW51wFeNB0LcytUoPzIH2gYHH3tT4x (Episode 7) 3. https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIX13QSjKwtvNOWvemYiYivdTUEZcYT00 (extended parts for Episode 10) They don’t have good quality, but yes. Bionicle G1 should have had a TV show to better tell its story rather than chapter books, comics, direct-to-video movies, and story serials, to look better, in my opinion.
  19. Hi, guys. I have been thinking about Turaga Jovan's death. You see, during the Great Cataclysm long ago, Jovan was in Voya Nui along with the Matoran there during the time. He somehow died when Voya Nui was ripped out from the Matoran Universe and landed on Aqua Magna. Jovan got revived in the Red Star, though. Now, apparently Jovan is the only known Voya Nui resident to have died during the Cataclysm. Were there a number of Matoran who died during the time, too (If so, where is the source)? I wonder how did Jovan die during the Great Cataclysm? Would you think he may have been crushed by a piece of Voya Nui's dome, a rocky hill, or a building in a village in Voya Nui? Or, did that evil Great Being who pretended to be a Matoran named Velika or some hostile Rahi kill him? Turaga are fragile, like human elders, you know.
  20. The Barraki are not cleaners. They’re warlords, but they know where they can find the Pit Mutagen.
  21. Hmm… Well, here’s what I think: True, the substance is still there as far as the canon tells, but I would like to think that while the Matoran Universe people are cleaning things up in the Matoran Universe after the Battle for Bara Magna, the Order of Mata Nui may have sent amphibious allies to use special containers to collect every last piece of the Pit Mutagen. After they collected it, they probably destroyed the whole substance by now. Nobody wants to be mutated, you know.
  22. If you guys have Disney Plus, I recommend people who love Bionicle 2001-2010 and Hero Factory to watch this Lego special called “Lego Marvel Avengers Code Red”, coming this Friday! Here’s the link to the trailer: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nsTMauyViHI In the special, there are robots that look like Mark Surge 2.0 and Tuma. I’m glad that Lego is giving Bionicle (specifically G1) and HF more attention nowadays. I tried notifying BZPower news about it through email, but they seemed to ignore me for some reason.

  24. Hi, guys. You know there is a substance called the Pit Mutagen, which can mutate beings it touches, similar to the mutagen in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It is made with energy from the Matoran Universe mixed with salted water. No one in the Matoran Universe likes it. The substance was located in the waters around Mahri Nui, the Pit, and Karda Nui. Now, I wonder how can you destroy the substance (or contain it), so it wouldn't mutate any being anymore? Well, the mutagen in Karda Nui is probably destroyed by the Energy Storms there, right? Dekar-Hydraxon drained the substance from the Pit when the Matoran Universe was repaired by the Staff of Artakha. Mata Nui used the Mask of Life to cure all of the mutated beings except for the Matoran of Mahri Nui (well, except Sarda and Idris), and made them amphibious. Do you think Mata Nui also used the Mask to destroy the substance itself? The Mask can do things Life-energy-related, so I am not sure since the substance is not organic, but can change organisms. If not destroyed, would you think the people of the Matoran Universe may have contained the all traces of the substance in containers and destroyed the whole substance? No one doesn't want to be mutated by it, you know.
