Apparently, sprinting then taking a short break increases your heart rate so you can run faster or farther. I tried it today, then ran a mile, and it worked.

After a re-try, now that I actually have skill and am not sick in the stomach, Reach is my favorite Halo game. Halo 3's second place.

I change my mind. After re-trying Halo 3, I like it better than Halo 4. It takes so much more skill.
