Hello, I have played and completed to my knowledge fully the game, but still i haven't unlocked the final rank. I got all the letters, masks, upgrades and medals on the levels. The only thing that comes to my mind is that I have to get rank 1 in every level, even the arena/boss ones. Which would be a lot of work and possibly nothing out of it. Any of you who have completed the game and could offer any help?

Weird. I don't think those are the silver letter cards. I think they're the regular cards (based on the numbering 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91), but holo-foil somehow. I didn't even know those came as holo cards... Personally I'd buy it, but the seller doesn't ship to the USA I think that if you shoot him a message, he will be glad he has a buyer

It's funny that the same guy is selling one of the other MANY that were given away at CC. Am I right? The only difference is that one card is printed "#057 of 100 made" while the other was handed out by the thousand??
