    What if they were tall, ambiguously described, mysteriously cloaked alien masters of creation, trans-dimensional sight and mind-speech; who could weave marvels of technology so fantastic it was indistinguishable from magic?... Compared to their backwater savage precursors who have to fight each other with sticks over metal scraps in a desert? Wouldn't that make them cool? Well, when you put it like that; yeah actually. Can we canonize that?

    I read through the entire Chat with Greg feed so I've known about Greg's idea that the GBs (in his mind) are native to Spherus Magna and are related to Glatorian, for about week. At first I was like, "That is amazing, lets canonize this now." But, now I think that the idea of GB's being just super Glatorian, just...I don't know seems kind of like a let down. These are the Great Beings they should stay mysterious and cool, not be delegated to being (as you suggest) a higher version of Agori.

    So, the questions of this topic are simple, what did you think of the BIONICLE collectibles? Were they a throw away part of BIONICLE or a central reason you got into BIONICLE in the first place? Were you excited about the "kollectibles" (Kanohi, Krana, Kratta, more Kanohi), but found yourself asking why did LEGO release a pack of Squids? Post your answers below. My answers, In the early days, the collectibles were a great way to get some cool parts, like masks, but I never had the funds to get very many and as such the collectibles never were a major part of my BIONICLE fandom. That being said, I do feel like something was missing in BIONICLE when the colorful masks were replaced by Zamor spheres and Squid. I thought it was cool when the Stars showed up telling me to collect THE GOLDEN ARMOR, sure I always knew what I was getting, but it was still a nice nod back to the old collectibles.

    I voted for Tiro and Motara if for no other reason, other than that they sound the best (IMO). I suppose I wouldn't mind having the winner of this poll canonized.

    There's an Andrew fig? Now there's another set I have to buy... Interestingly enough he's a recurring character of sorts! He also appeared in last year's Dolphin Cruiser. He's almost the same in the news van, right down to the polo shirt, which is a little odd—characters wear the same clothes all the time in other themes, of course, but in Friends the girls at least wear different clothes for every occasion and you'd expect Andrew to do the same! Perhaps, LEGO is perpetrating some stereotype that guys don't care if their seen out in public with the same outfit twice. Just saying.

    I was off by one letter, so sue me . Your hair and finger nails do not continue to grow after your death; the skin around them simply retracts causing the appeared growth. European armies used the bow longer than the crossbow. Even though it was condemned as the "Butcher Bird of Europe" Prussia only fought three wars from 1815 to 1914. In the same 99 year period, Great Britain fought ten wars.
