Unfortunately eBay isn't letting me add an international option. Sorry I did look into this--First class mail doesn't include tracking, which is an absolute minimum (along with insurance) when sending something this valuable

The USPS is showing a minimum price of $20.55 to ship to Canada. Specifically you can find the rates here: http://pe.usps.com/cpim/ftp/manuals/dmm300/Notice123.pdf I'm looking at USPS padded envelopes/small boxes flate rate, which is 20.55 (+ there's also insurance).

The prices I'm getting for priority mail flate rate are considerably higher than the US--more like $20 (and that's before insurance). Am I missing something?
