I would recommend a pretty light probation for Kohila, Cap'n K, and Legend of Lesovikk.. for Tarth, however, since this is his second offense this year, I would say either a heavier probation than the others, or, as much as I really don't want to do this.. a demotion would be good to put into consideration.
