  1. Admiral Jaldamir Admiral Jaldamir by Mohamed Marei, on Flickr "A noble and valiant commander whose sole purpose is to bring to justice anyone who dares to stand against the crown. Has a long-standing enmity towards criminals who fare the seas, especially Pirate Lord Dreadwind and his band of miscreants". Admiral Jaldamir by Mohamed Marei, on Flickr A reimagining of an old character I had built way back in 2015. Since the moment I lay eyes on the kanohi Iden I've always pictured it belonging to an elegant, gentlemanly-looking character. And I felt the same way about those Praetorian Guard cloth skitrts; as soon as I saw them, I knew I had to build a redcoat-wearing character. Revamping Jaldamir gave me the answer. Safe to say I managed to pull this aesthetic off? I'll let you all be the judge of that!
  2. Ok I just saw the most recent Death Battle of the Dragonzord Vs. Mechazilla and it got me trying to think of a possible Bionicle rep. While I settled on Toa Tahu Mata as our hero I cannot for the life of me think of any characters in other media that could work, I've had this conundrum before ages ago after seeing the Charizard fight Augumon. Tahu's skills, strength and abilities can be quantified and all his masks (This is why I picked his Mata form as the Nuva doesn't have all his masks anymore, granted Death Battles are set in alternative and often conflicting timelines a one on one fight makes the Nuva's share enhancement moot) The best idea I have for a suggestion is The Human Torch of Fantastic 4 fame but he isn't exactly a fair opponent since Tahu can literally pull his power away and into himself. I'm not sure if the forums allow for this kind of discussion, since by and large a Death Battle with Wiz and Boomstick as the hosts automatically mean someone has to die and it could be messy. But I can't think of any reason it would break any rules I know of. If it happens that it isn't I ask the Admins to lock or delete the thread and as well give me a warning, I do not want to be banned from a place as awesome as Bzpower. As the great Scott McNeil (Who was the voice for two of the Toa Nuva in Mask of Light) "I have found my clan" one of many I do not wish to be banished from, and I know what you're thinking "I think you're over thinking the
  3. Well, it would appear the last Exo-Force group died awhile back, so why not breath some new life into it? I'm Joev14, the owner of the Lego Exo-Force wiki, and creator of the Bionicle: Audio-Narration Project. I'm a huge fan of Exo-Force and would even argue that the series took up more of my interest during it's run than Bionicle did at the time, as I purchased every Exo-Force set during it's run, though I tried my hardest to keep up with Bionicle during those three years as well, I missed quite a few of the 2008 sets at the time. I've recently recovered my love for the series, and have decided to start up a second YouTube channel where I will be reviewing every single set ever released in the series, plus a couple of sets that were never released, all in glorious HD! Alongside this, I will be creating audiobook version of the Exo-Force books, so you too can experience the joys of the series the same way I did. For those of you who are interested, here is a link to the Exo-Force comics that everyone is so fond of as well. Please post any comments you have regarding these below, I'd also love to see some MOCs and Stories related to Exo-Force, or just hear about any memories you have growing up with the series!
  4. Please message me if you have a set you'd be willing to sell. I don't care about what language it's in, I just care that the set has all (18) cards in it. Please message me with how much you would like to sell it for. I already have a price range in mind I'd like to pay for it, but I would be happy to consider all requests. See here for more information on the cards http://biosector01.com/wiki/index.php/Phantoka_Battle_Cards
  5. Hi, guys! We all know that Makuta Teridax from G1 and Makuta from G2, everybody's favorite Bionicle villain and mine, too, are like different versions of each other from alternate universes. Each of them is the main antagonist of one of the generations overall. Both are powerful and demonic warriors who have shadow powers and can shape-shift. They even turn into Titan-sized, or Hulk-sized forms, which are their traditional and well-known forms. They are masterminds who created complex plans that lead to conquest and destruction. They led armies of other evil-hearted villains. They always kill some people along the way. All of these qualities make them very dangerous, crazy, and cruel. We always see the Makuta's fight against Toa and their allies. Some of their allies are who the Makuta's call their "brothers" who they put into endless slumbers for a thousand of years. The Makuta's proved to be most difficult foes that the heroes have faced, are archenemies of the heroes, too. The Makuta's are like Bionicle's own Thanos from Marvel, Darkseid from DC Comics, Aku from Samurai Jack, Him from The Powerpuff Girls, the Overlord and Garmadon from Ninjago, President Business from The Lego Movie in 2014, Megatron from Transfomers, and Jafar from Disney's Aladdin movie in 1992 (happy 25th anniversary to it). I would consider Makuta Teridax to be one of the greatest villains in history (Makuta G2 - well, not so much). They have been through many battles through the storylines, and they include: 1. 2001 - Toa Mata vs. Makuta Teridax in his vortex form 2. Late 2003 - Takanuva vs. Teridax in his shadow Titan form 3. 2004 - Toa Metru (mainly Vakama) vs. Teridax in his winged Titan form 4. 2007 - the Barraki vs. Teridax as Maxilos 5. 2010 - Mata Nui and his forces vs. Teridax, controlling the Great Spirit Robot, and his forces 6. 2016 - Toa Uniters vs Makuta G2 If you have other things and the Makuta's being involved in battles in mind, go ahead to say it. Anyway, the point in this topic is that to ask you this: What is your favorite Makuta-Teridax-or Makuta-G2-involved battle? My question is inspired by the time I watched YouTube videos about boss battles of a certain boss from some games, like Lego Joker from Lego's TT Games, Bowser and each individual Koopaling (each of these guys have their own video) from Mario, and King K. Rool from Donkey Kong. There are so many Makuta Teridax/Makuta G2 fights that I compare them to these videos. You see what I mean? So, as I said, what is your favorite Makuta Teridax/Makuta G2 battle? For me, mine is the 2001, late 2003, 2004, and 2010 battles.
  6. Hi, guys! I would like to ask you a question: What is your favorite final battle in Bionicle. You see, they are like final boss battles in video games that can end a story(line). My question is inspired by the time when I observed Sonic the Hedgehog fans watching YouTube videos about final boss battles in Sonic games. I think they are very fun to watch and I consider final battles to be a great way to end a story(line), so that's why I ask. There is a list of them: 2001: The Toa Kaita vs. the Manas, the Toa Mata vs. Makuta Teridax in Vortex form 2002: The Toa Mata vs. the Bahrag First half of 2003: The Toa Nuva vs. the Bohrok Kal when they were near the Nuva Cube Second half of 2003: The Toa Nuva and Takanuva vs. the Rahkshi at Kini Nui, Takanuva vs. Makuta Teridax 2004: The Toa Metru vs. Nidhiki, Krekka, and Teridax 2005: The Toa Hordika vs. the Visorak and Rookaka, Keetongu vs. Sidorak and Roodaka, Vakama and Teridax vs. the Shadowed One and Voporak 2006: The Toa Inika vs. Vezon and Fenrakk/Kardas Dragon 2007: The Toa Mahri vs. the Barraki, Hydraxon vs. Maxilos (Teridax possessing it) 2008: The Toa Nuva, Takanuva, and Toa Ignika vs. the Makuta in Karda Nui 2009: Mata Nui vs. Tuma, Mata Nui and the Glatorian vs. Metus, the Skrall, and the Bone Hunters 2010: Mata Nui, Tahu, Takanuva, Gresh, and other good guys vs. Teridax, Nektann, the Rahkshi, the Skrall, and other bad guys 2015: The Toa Masters and Ekimu vs. Kulta the Skull Grinder 2016: The Toa Uniters and Ekimu vs. Umarak the Destroyer and Makuta These are the final battles from the main storylines. If there are other final battles from other things, like the serials, that you are preferring the most, you can say that, too. You see what I mean? So, what is your favorite final battle in Bionicle? For me, my favorites are the 2001, 2002, late 2003, and 2008.
  7. The Matoran are at WAR. The Matoran are in a heated battle with the Shadow Matoran. Word has gone around the villages that there are traitors on both sides but no one knows who. I thought this would be a fun game. Please note all BZPower rules apply. This game will only have 12 players The slots are first come first served There are two sides the Matoran and Shadow Matoran There will be 6 members on each side but there will be someone on each side that is actually on the opposing side. How to play After the players are on there sides I will PM the two people who will become the traitors. The two traitors will get special rules in the PM that only work for them. Besides that everyone must follow these rules. I will ask everyone to comment there attack element and a defense element The success or failure of a Matoran's attack depends on what elements they pick. Exampe Matoran 1 Attack: Fire Defense: Stone To win a attack, your attack element needs to be the opposite of the defense element. 8. Hi, guys! We read and watched our favorite characters and how they fight. We have seen them in many epic battles. Since we loved them, I think to myself like this: if I loved this character because of how he fights, I wonder if he or she could fight a character that is not from Bionicle but similar to him or her, too? Speaking of that, have you ever thought of that? It would be cool to imagine my favorite Bionicle character fighting against his or her non-Bionicle counterpart in a fair and evenly-matched fight. Here are some examples that are based on his thoughts: 1. Onua vs. Hulk - both of them have super-strength and break ground. 2. 2015 Onua vs. Thor - they use powerful hammers that channel their elemental powers. 3. Pohatu and Onua vs. the Cragsters from Mixels, Earthbenders from Avatar: The Last Airender and The Legend of Korra, Cole from Ninjago, the Thing from Marvel, or Bruizer from Hero Factory - both have earth and rock powers, and are very strong. 4. Tahu vs. Wolverine - both have anger issues and fight with blades. 5. 2015 Pohatu vs. Batman - personality and boomerangs 6. 2015 Pohatu vs. the Green Goblin from Marvel - rocket-based gliders on their feet. 7. Gali vs. Waterbenders from A:TLA and TLoK or Nya from Ninjago - they have water powers. 8. Toa Mata/Toa Nuva/Toa Masters vs. the Avengers - main superhero teams in this year, 2015, who understand that unity can accomplish anything. Plus, they say keywords that mean unity. 9. Kopaka vs. Captain America - Kopaka would be Cap's worst nightmare and both use shields 10. Ehlek vs. Electro from Marvel, the Electroids from Mixels, Voltix and Dragon Bolt from Hero Factory, or Jay from Ninjago - All of them have electricity powers 11. Ehlek vs. Wolverine - Both use super-sharp and tough claws and are mutants. 12. Tahu or Kopaka vs. Infernites from Mixels, Firebenders from A:TLA and TLoK, Kai from Ninjago, Human Torch from Marvel, or William Furno and the Fire Villains from Hero Factory - fire is Tahu's element. Kopaka hates fire. 13. Tahu or Kopaka vs. Frosticons from Mixels, Waterbenders from A:TLA and TLoK, Zane from Ninjago, Preston Stormer from Hero Factory, or Elsa from Frozen - Tahu would hate ice. It is Kopaka's element. 14. Lewa vs. Morro from Ninjago or Airbenders from A:TLA and TLoK - both have air powers. 15. Gali vs. Black Widow or Spider-Man - Gali would be their worst nightmare. 16. Tahu or Mata Nui vs. Optimus Prime - powerful guys who have great leadership. 17. Ekimu vs. Thor - both use hammers that shoot and can restore their armor. 18. Takanuva vs. Lloyd from Ninjago - both are chosen ones who are powerful and destined to defeat dark evil. They all wear gold. 19. Makuta Teridax vs. Loki - deceptive and skilled planners who invade peaceful places with large armies. They also show their hatred toward their "brothers". 20. Teridax vs. Ultron - Both are robotic evil leaders who can jump from body to body. 21. Teridax vs. Megatron/Galvatron - evil, powerful and big guys who also show great leadership and are good planners who want to destroy people and conquer places. They can have new bodies, too. 22. Teridax vs. the Overlord from Ninjago - both are twisted and gas-based leaders of evil armies who have dark powers, can shapeshift, and possess things like ghosts. 23. Teridax vs. Von Nebula - both are evil constraction masterminds who want to destroy heroes and wear black armor. 24. Teridax vs. Aku from Samurai Jack or Him from The Powerpuff Girls - all are demonic villains who like to torture heroes, shapeshift, and are powerful. 25. Makuta Icarax vs. Starscream from Transformers G1 series - both are evil and conniving second-in-commands who desire to betray their leaders. 26. Takadox vs. Skales from Ninjago - both are blue and can hypnotize people. 27. G1 Pohatu vs. the Flash, Sonic the Hedgehog, or Quicksilver - both have super-speed. 28. Kulta the Skull Grinder wearing the Mask of Creation vs. Sauron from the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit - leaders of evil armies who have dark powers. They are also powerful enough to hit many warriors in one swing of their big weapon. 29. Kulta vs. Ultron - both are evil robots who lead armies of other evil robots and are main villains of 2015. 30. Kulta vs. Darth Vader - evil powerful leaders with dark powers who lead armies of evil soldiers. They both also serve the bigger bad. In the Bionicle webisodes, Kulta's mask and how he sounds reminds me of Darth Vader. 31. Kulta vs. the Witch Doctor - both are skeleton-based villains whose masks look kind of similar, are powerful, and have a sense of leadership. 32. Kulta vs. the Black Phantom from Hero Factory - evil and very tall leaders who invade good people's important places. 33. Zaktan vs. Galvatron from Transformers: Age of Extinction movie - both can separate into a million tiny pieces. 34. Vezon vs. Deadpool - both are random crazy people who talk funny things. 35. Vezon vs. Gollum - both are obsessed with magical gold objects and are crazy and funny. 36. Vezon vs. The Joker - both are evil, crazy, and funny. 37. Kardas Dragon vs. Predaking from Transformers: Prime TV series, Smaug from the Hobbit, or Maleficent's dragon from Disney - all are powerful very hard to defeat because of their skins. 38. Kardas vs. Dragon Bolt - both are main constraction and powerful dragons that are hard to defeat. 39. Vezon and Kardas vs. Hiccup and Toothless from How to Train your Dragon - both are main characters who ride powerful and flying dragons. 40. Pridak vs. Jawblade - Shark-based villains who carry blades. 41. Skull Warriors vs. Clone Troopers/Stormtroopers - both have terrible shots. 42. Skull Warriors vs. Hawkeye from Marvel, Legolas from the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit, or Green Arrow from DC Comics - archers. 43. Skull Basher vs. Pyrox from Hero Factory - both are based on minotaurs. See what I mean? What about you guys? (Note: please do not say something like "I doubt this can happen". I was just asking about theoretical and fun things that doesn't really happen.)
  9. Bionicle Rap Battles: Created by Kovika, Inspired by Idd2000 This Week: Vezon vs. Vezok As Requested by: Dallior Rules: Kovika starts with his rap, then the next player must continue with the opponent's rap. Winner is the one who can out rap all others. Standard BZP Rules Apply. 3 2 1 Begin. Vezok: They call me "The Beast" So let me feast! On the misery of this crazy half-Skakdi freak! What? You think you're neat? You've got a lot to beat If you ever wanna measure up to me! I'm Vezok; a Piraka, can't you see? This effort is fruitless You're simply useless So why not give up and cry? Even better: Why don't you lay down and die?
  10. Ok, let me start off by saying how this is scheduled: Every week (Most likely on Fridays) I will be creating a topic for each rap battle. If you want to send in requests on what rap battle you would like to see, then send me a message. As for rules: Standard BZP rules apply. This was inspired by a post way back in April on last year by Idd2000, basically the concept is that one person will start with a rap for the first character listed, and the next person will create their rap to continue the rap battle. The winning character and player will be the one who can out wit or, out rap the opposition. For example, say I am doing Zaktan against Tahu. Zaktan's Lines: Out of my way runt I have no time for a grunt Does a Toa of Fire have what it takes to beat me? Hah! I'm a Piraka, you surely couldn't beat me! Tahu's Lines: On the contrary Skakdi, I can figure something out. Isn't that what being a Toa is all about? Your a crook, thug, liar and a cheater! Yet, how do a bunch on idiotic skakdi call you "Leader"? On Friday, we will see who is the victor, everyone is welcome to send in suggestions for next week's rap battle. Now, 3, 2, 1, Let the Rap Battle commence!
  11. So, first off, hello, I'm new here! I've been a fan of Bionicle since 2005 and I've been building for a long time. I'd like to say that this is probably the best moc I've ever made and I'd like to hear feedback about it The gallery is here: http://s295.photobucket.com/user/tititosaurus/library/Bionicle%20Contest%20Winter%202014?sort=3&page=1 This is my entry into the Battle for the Gold Mask Contest. 2015 Story: Toa Viutrian, a toa of magnetism, was once the guardian of Okoto. He was respected by all of the inhabitants, namely Ekimu, until he began stealing from the very villagers he swore to protect. One day he used his magnetic blast to break into a very strong house and he used so much power that he killed the protectors inside the house. Ekimu, who had crafted one of his most unique masks for this toa, was deeply disappointed to hear the news. Before he could search for the toa, Makuta had created the Mask of Ultimate Power and sent both of them into sleep. Viutrian still inhabits the island, though he's been absent from sight for a long time... Weapons: He carries twin Polar Axes (haha pun) which enable him to control the magnetic fields around him to give him limited flight and manipulate the magnetic fields into powerful magnetic blasts. Powers: Viutrian has immense control over magnetism; he can manipulate magnetic fields to cause explosions, create magnetic forcefields, and cause things to levitate (including himself). His powers work better when channeled through his Polar Axes, but he can still perform less powerful attacks and defenses by hand. He can also take quite a beating because he has an immense amount of armor. The MOC itself: Viutrian features a technical build with a very unique gear system. It's unique in construction, but it was made as a prototype to the 2015 gear system: meaning that while Viutrian has the gears, he can still be posed quite extensively. I had him built very differently (sorry, I don't have any pictures of his original version) but I grew tired of him because he had no gear functions and he just looked weird. Please don't be afraid to tell me what you think of him (as a MOC or his story)!
  12. Makuta's last creation was set to guard the Mask of Diminsions that Makuta created, but Ekimu deemed to dangerous. Both brothers agreed that SHOCKWAVE would guard the mask. The mask was then placed deep within the heart of Okoto and forgotten. 13. (Sorry for the foggy pictures; the contrast was a bit of an issue. And if you saw this before I posted that note below, the topic was unfinished. Now it's finished!) Of all the weapons used in the Barraki's conquest, none were as feared or as powerful as Kalmah's mighty Exo machine. (Features piston-supported shoulders and is stable enough to stand on one leg on a hard surface.) http://th00.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/5/d/photo_2__3__by_orionide5-d7nh99m.jpg The Exo's main weapon was a flamethrower staff that could torch at close distance, burn down defenses or simply sweep away enemies with brute force. http://th03.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/c/8/photo_3__1__by_orionide5-d7nh9a0.jpg (This is the hand design I came up with for the Exo, and I like it. The staff clips to the wrist, but the hand's grip is actually necessary to keep the staff from sliding around.) http://th00.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2014/173/2/b/photo_2__6__by_orionide5-d7nh9bn.jpg For long-ranged attack, the Exo was equipped with an explosive plasma launcher. (It's a Zamor variant I designed, and it works reverse to the standard. Rather than pushing a trigger forwards, you push the launcher backwards with the help of the rubber bands to fire it. The axle-acceptor pins provide a good thumbgrip against the arms of the Zamor launcher. The sphere goes into the launcher easily and doesn't fall out at any angle thanks to the angle piece.) http://th05.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2014/173/7/1/photo_4__1__by_orionide5-d7nh9a6.jpg (Back view.) http://th03.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2014/173/7/b/photo_2__5__by_orionide5-d7nh9ao.jpg Kalmah never went anywhere without his fabled swords, so he insisted on having storage for them built into the inside of the cockpit of his Exo. (Visorak not included!) http://th05.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/1/f/photo_3__2__by_orionide5-d7nh9az.jpg (Cockpit closeup.) http://th09.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/4/9/photo_4__2__by_orionide5-d7nh9b6.jpg (Cockpit open, you can see Kalmah's swords behind him.) http://th09.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/4/6/photo_1__3__by_orionide5-d7nh9bg.jpg Kalmah photobombs a picture of the empty cockpit of his own Exo! (Not really, he actually needed to be in the shot so the value balance didn't get messed up.) http://th04.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2014/173/6/b/photo_1__2__by_orionide5-d7nh9af.jpg ("Deactivated mode;" the hook of the staff fits nicely into the lowered shoulder armor.) Thanks for the patience, hope you like it!
  14. If you're a Bionicle diehard like me, the result of this fight is probably already a forgone conclusion, but in a fight between Bionicle and Hero Factory, who would come out on top? Feel free to discuss any matchups you want, but I'm voting Bionicle all the way.
  15. "Is something wrong Brother? What troubles you?" Her muted reply comes from afar, as if through a heavy curtain. Her voice is familiar . . . and yet it is tinged with . . . what? Concern? It is so hard to . . . tell. Quick as a blink, the world ceases it's murky, sick tint and his eyes burn with terrible clarity. Hyper-sensitivity shatters mind and body like thin glass, and inwardly he writhes at the searing cuts. A breath of wind is a scream. The sandy street grinds his feet away. Colors . . . they burn the eyes. He stifles a moan as his brain is struck with a violent ache. He totters, nerves on fire. He feels every scratch on the nearby figures metallic blue body, every creak and groan of her metal bones, and every swish of her toned muscles rubbing against rough silver armor. Her sunset eyes glow bright and make him wince. She is concerned. More than that, she is alarmed; wary. Afraid. Rightly so. She should be. He can burn her to ash. He opens his mouth in shock at the evil thought. No! He must protect her. All of them. No time. No time at all to linger here. He must go quickly or those around will perish. The thought delights him. It makes him vomit sparks and sizzling green acid. No time. He feels it coming, something wrong inside, shadows twisting into knots, a flood of heat and fire raging so close that his heart quails. A darkness gathers, and he reels away from the clammy touch of it on his shoulder, and it whispers obscenities with a grating whisper that thunders in his ear and mind. It is frighteningly familiar. Like an old friend with a smile and a knife. The fire inside begins to consume. "Run! Run Gali! No time . . . " his tortured whisper spits. A volcano blossoms and roars to be free, and a voice sibilantly intones, "Break our chains. Empty yourself, and become one with the Void." "Are you frightened, Fire Spitter? Of me? Of us?" Gali comes forward, her worry salty to the senses. He franticly whirls around and sees nothing but construction and half made silver structures, pointing like fingers in the twilit sky. Domes catch the suns last orange rays. Not here! He screams to himself. There are people here. Matoran will be hurt. The Voice pushes with a seductive hand. "Yes. Try this one." He can't stop it. The volcano erupts with a fraction of it's mighty power. He roars and clenches his metal hands as energy courses through his muscled red body. Night comes forth. Blackness incarnate, swirling with flame; pure Void wreathed in fire. He longs to loose it on the world. A twisted smile splits his masked face. She does not have time to cry out. At the last moment Gali's hands release a nimbus of watery blue and a large bubble envelopes her in a life saving embrace. It is not enough. Power smashes into her like a boiling wave from Karzahni with such force she gapes. And then she is gone, her defense boiled away in a heart beat, her body blasted away down the sandy street and through several buildings by a fist of Void. The Dark grows, and a wall of wind picks up sparks and flame and unleashes a maelstrom of destruction in a massive radius. Empty homes melt. Half-made towers burn. Cries drift faintly on a deadly wind. Paradise this will be no more. No! No! Gali! The City! He roars for control, and his muscles and pistons bulge as the torrent of calamity ceases. But the damage is done. His mind is breaking, and an aura of heat and shadow cloaks him as if to strangle him. All around lies charred remains. His gold armor gleams. The dam crumbles and a flood bursts through. His flaming eyes brighten. A terrible, familiar whisper laughs a knife of ice inward through the boiling chaos. He must get away. Before the dam is gone. With a cry trailing behind, he runs. He speeds through empty streets like a comet. The ground shudders and erupts under his feet. Sand liquifies into green acid. A halo of lightning falls from quickly gathering clouds that eat the sky. Hardly realizing what is happening, he melts through the Great Wall of stone and steel and breaks through, rushing on. He must get away. So others will be safe. He runs. Terrified. Exhilarated. Panicked, The storm now gathers in the evening sky from all directions. Hot rain splatters and sizzles on dry ground and grass. A slashing gust of air brings anger and confusion. Shadows dance in macabre shapes and kindle hunger in his body. Bouts of flame gasp out of his mouth as the light in his armored chest flickers. Hungry for substance. Thirsty for life, but only heat to drink. He reaches. He consumes. Energy flares. The storm grows up above and swirls with chaos. An eye appears and forms out of roaring wind and thunder, and it's chilling calm removes the fury outside. Then a prickle on his neck. A blackness seeps into his bones and oozes down his spine. He spasms and fights for control. A figure appears out of the raging dark, slowly and deliberately in his minds eye. Black as pitch, lightning darting behind it. He is looking at himself, a dark reflection of what is. Its voice slithers around him with tentacles of cold shadow, ready to extinguish his fire, and he knows the voice with a crippling clarity. It is not his own though it comes from the evil mirror image of himself. The ensuing laugh resonates from the darkness. "Tahu . . . old friend. Was I missed?" A silence quivers in the heart of the storm. "You." The voice slides like oil. "Tis I, little one, born from the void, come back from nothing. See me. Know me." The storm falters as Tahu collapses from a hidden strain. "Yes Tahu. Your destiny is mine. Ever since I saw you your light burned bright. Did you think I fell? When my brother struck me down at the height of glory and triumph?" The voice becomes still and reflective, which is more frightening then it's sibilant dreadful tones. "Such power was mine. And now? A hundred millennia for nothing," it spits, then continuos with a sly tongue, "Ah . . . no matter. A new era is dawning. The future awaits. And not even my brother shall stop me . . . stop us, this time." Tahu pushes helplessly against the tentacles that bury into his body and influence him, on the verge of terror. "I will not be your lackey like some Rahi, or fall under your shadow. I'd rather die," he defies hoarsely. "That will be arranged," rumbles the voice, "I only need your exceptional physical body once I skin you of that foul golden armor. I knew you would not break or kneel on your own free will . . . but there was alway the hope. No matter. You will quite simply fight yourself." Tahu's mind erupts in pain as if needles of ice are being hammered in. He writhes in agony. "There are a thousand ways to die. Most will hurt," the dark figure grates. The pain is endless and mounting. Tahu screeches to rip off his mask, anything that will lessen the assault. Hope begins to shrivel like a dead blossom. Life flashes as his body leaves his minds grasp, and he can feel the voices perverse smile. He pulls the only strand in the web that could free him. Anger. Fury descends while at the same time he inflicts a psychic barrage of pure mental confusion at the shadows. Success filters through the rage as the voice roars in consternation and the tentacles slip. He can feel his body again. But the voice is still there, unleashing chaos. "Yes Tahu. The shadow is part of you now, it has always been, and this time I will prevail. Tahu grimaces as another round of psychic pain bombards him. He . . . cannot . . . get free. The darkness . . . the poison! . . . it eats away. Two Tahus face one another. Light and Dark. There is only one way to end it. One way. Light Tahu manages a resigned and grimacing smile. "You shall not have any part of me Makuta. And you shall never see the light nor the dark again. It is your time. And I will take us both into the Void before I let you walk again. Let Destiny decide our doom." He searches and finds the dying chaos of Light Tahu, the rage and power of Shadow Tahu, and the black monstrous presence of Makuta's spirit pulling their strings like a puppeteer. Tahu digs deep, and feels the ocean of fire inside. Tahu reaches, and hot warmth becomes sizzling heat. The ground turns to glass. A nimbus of pure fire burns like a star. The thought dwells in him that chaos will be unleashed, that the City will burn and that the land will be ash for a millennia. Shadow Tahu laughs violently. Light Tahu shudders in agony. Makuta thunders for control. Can he destroy all he knows? Can he even banish the demons that haunt him? Will he violate his oaths and code to achieve peace? He decides. He lets it all go. Only one thing matters. Evil will be vanquished at all costs. A small price for destroying the Shadows. ~ Gali wakes from her her crumbled sleep and stumbles out of the burning dwelling that would be her tomb. It collapses with a rush of sparks and a whooshing crash of heat. Her body quivers and aches, her mutilated armor charred. Her armor and power protected her, and she sends a prayer of thanks to the heavens. Her eyes wander over the destruction brought to here. Tahu is gone. No bodies, thank Mata Nui. She acts quickly and decisively. There is no time for panicked worry or befuddled horror. She raises her hands and calls to the sky as an aura of blue surrounds her. Clouds stir and gather into heavy grey lumps, the last rays of sunset glinting of the swirling moisture. A cool drizzle turns to pouring rain in an instant, and douses the hungry fires and smoke all around. Water heals and smooths torn earth, and the sharp smell of soot fades into a refreshing aroma of spring. The rain ceases, and rivulets of water drip down over broken ruins. Steam curls. She cannot linger or help those trapped in the rubble. She can feel a familiar coldness creeping into her being, and quickly takes in the northern sky and gapes at a whirling vortex consuming the horizon in flame, ash, and dark flashing clouds. Chaos. For a fleeting moment she catches a glimpse of blood red eyes glowing in its depths, and she knows them. No. It cannot be. "Makuta," she spits. She sucks in cool evening air tinged with a trace of the bitter destruction to the north. She cannot do this alone. But few are near who can aid in time. Her brothers are scattered, her friends near yet beyond aid, The Council! There is a way. Hastily her mind wanders down a little used path, praying she will get through. She probes a psychic landscape and finds the faint pathway with a feeling of triumph. Her voice is flung an incomprehensible distance. Brother, heed me. Tahu sickens. Makuta has risen. He returns and attempts to destroy him. Doom is at hand for the City. Help me now and bring aid. Use the suva to travel here now. I go to my duty . . . and perhaps my destiny. She sends a picture, the world in chaos. Silence fills the empty aftermath of her mental shout. No answer. She cries out in frustration. No one can come. She steels herself for the battle of a lifetime. Not since Karzahni itself was submerged by her hand has she called upon the waters to aid her like this. Suddenly a voice enters her mind like a sunbeam through cloud, warm and light, masculine, and full of intense scrutiny and worry. No question is raised as they exchange pictures with one another at the speed of thought. I come sister with powerful friends. Be strong. My friends are . . . very eager to end this. I will not need a shrine to quick-travel there. The voice leaves her, and Gali relaxes with a shaky breath as peace calms her. She sets her teeth and readies herself. Aches are washed away in healing drops of dew. Armor adapts, smooths, and ripples into strong sliver plating that will handle the worst of flames. Oh Tahu . . . please be alright. Her metallic skin prickles, and she turns to behold the wall of a still-standing building of great height. Space in front of it suddenly warps and congeals like gel, and Gali steps back as monsters and giants emerge out of thin air. A dragon, mighty and quivering with familiar darkness and power, sweeps by her without notice, a rapturous gleam in his eye of fire and an eager smile on jaws that could snap her head off. Next comes a handsome yet monstrously alien being, tall and gold with bulging muscles and cracked armor that oozes green haze. He floats in a halo of green energy and glows with a dark power. He looks at Gali through a misty eyed helmet, and eyes blaze at her uncomfortably. On his heels is a female Toa, lithe and dangerous with a curvaceous blue armored body. Gali feels a kinship with the sister Toa, but it swiftly ends with the murderous light in the others eyes. A glowing red gem beats in her chest. She walks forward as if every move will kill, and broken shackles are around her arms. Behind her out of nothingness, a giant being seemingly carved out of ancient stone with every muscle etched with symbols strides a head taller than even the dragon. A regal power that could level a realm goes before him, and his slit eyes glow with green death. As he unsheathes a massive war hammer, the last figure pops through just as space snaps back with a thud and a flash. Gali smiles as he comes forward, a figure brilliant as a midday sun, an energetic grace to his walk. A concerned frown parts his handsome yet mottled gold and white features. All five of them look at the horizon, unspoken questions meeting unspoken answers. The male Toa's face darkens. "Fortune favored us Gali. I guess Destiny, it would seem, brought us here." Gali nods with relief, then self consciously bows a little at the beings before her. Most do not deserve her respect at all, but she relents in the face of such power here. "Thank you Takanuva. Thank you all for coming. Makuta has returned, and the rivers for kios around are crying out." The Dragon hisses sarcastically, "Fools to think you were rid of him so easily. Perhaps "Destiny", as you say, will let me have my revenge after all." The female Toa scoffs, "Destiny indeed Miserix," she sighs in detached vexation, as if the world in turmoil means nothing to her, "Well . . . It seems I am needed. Let us be quickly rid of this monster. I have a trial to attend," she bitterly grins. The floating gold being smiles placidly, "Tuyet, we are all monsters." "Shut up, Brutaka." Takanuva scolds, and glances at the last silent figure of ancient power. "Artahka was more than willing to help." His rumble could have been a thank you, "We meet again Gali. Lead on. In unity we shall end this destruction . . . in unity," he intones in his old and young voice at the others pointedly. Some nod reluctantly, and Gali is filled with hope. But can she truly lead this group of beings into chaos to face the Master of Shadows? Yes, she can, and will. "For Unity. For Duty. For Destiny. We shall end Makuta's threat forever. And he shall forever be . . . as nothing," she smiles grimly at a hidden joke. Takanuva nods in understanding. Tuyet smirks, "Is the noble Gali willing to get her hands dirty and violate her precious Toa Code? Can you truly destroy anything? Him? Can you truly do your oh so wonderful duty? Gali smiles back matter-of-factly. "When the time comes for any of that, I'll leave the Makuta for you. And Tuyet? Do not lay one drop or finger upon my brother." ~ They come. And nothing is going as planned. Tahi is strong. Too strong. Both Tahu's. The three of them duel, but he manages to hold them off to think. The storm swirls and crackles heat. Such power. A second chance. A hundred centuries of planning, and all for nothing and ruin. But an opportunity has arisen. And it is closing fast. What is Tahu doing? He burns with an orange glow. Horror blossoms at a realization, and Makuta knows an emotion that he never before even contemplated. Panic. He seeks to end me and take himself with it. Outraged silence trickles into a hideous steel trap of purpose. He laughs. It's maniacal sound strengthens the chaos outside. The cards have been played. Only one course remains. Total commitment. Tahu will die. But out of his ashes will arise a glorious dawn of darkness. Makuta, Master of Shadows, Lord of Darkness, Born of the Void, hurls his spirit like a wave of violence at Tahu's shadow half. Tahu's mind shatters. Victory is his. ~ Bursting into the terrible calm inside the storm stride two figures filled with purpose, one a beacon of brightness, the other a wellspring of life. Gali stops her rush, and Takanuva halts, shadows melting amid his vibrant glow. Tahu is there, prone on the ground, a quivering, smoking mess of acid and sparks. Gali can feel a thrumming heat in the air, and to her shock it is him, readying to call upon his ultimate power. He will vaporize everything. Tahu is also their, standing next to the other Tahu, flame and shadow writhing over his dark form. His twisted smile of triumph fades and is replaced with a grimace. Takanuva does not give Shadow Tahu time to react as he flings a solid wall of light between the two Tahus. "You are not my brother." Makuta grins and his voice spills forth out of Shadow Tahu's mouth. "Have you come for a rematch Toa of Light? Come to me and be complete in the Shadow." The Storm quivers as if struck by a mighty hand. Makuta purses his lips as if in concentration. Gali walks forward with confidence even as her allies dimly appear out of the storm. Makuta gasps as ripples of power knock him down. The Storm is blown apart like leaves in a gale. Artakha jogs out of the mist and the stars glimmer and extinguish the black darkness. Miserix roars, and the storm scatters. Tuyet blasts into view, a whirlpool of water rotating with power around her. Brutaka nears, and chaos melts before him, only to spring back with a new purpose and target, the Master of Shadows. They near, and Makuta lashes out with everything. Artahka struggles against solid blackness while Miserix seemingly flips out of control and lashes out with a multitude of destructive powers, striking and destroying nothing but phantasms created in his mind. Tuyet buckles under unseen strain, and a bolt of fire hits her square in the chest. She goes down. Before Brutaka can charge, a killing blow in his deadly eyes, Gali desperately raises her hand to stop him. Makuta looks at her with hate filled eyes. Urgency fills her voice. Light Tahu nears full power in his half conscience fetal position, and when he reaches the top, the resulting blast of fire will end them all. "Be gone Makuta. Go to the Void that you love. Tahu! Hear me! You know what to do! Take hold of yourself! Don't give up and throw everything away! Unity! Duty! Destiny!" Makuta and Tahu snarl, but in Tahu's eyes is recognition. And defeat. He cannot summon the strength. Gali acts in the only way she knows how. In a second, two spheres of silver water, glowing like twin moons, appear in her hands. Her body vibrates, then she casts the spheres forward. She promptly collapses in a frail heap as tremendous energy leaves her. Makuta shrieks as both Tahu's are hit with a sphere each. Creation stills. ~ "I will . . . be rid of you, once and for all!" cries Tahu inwardly as healing water seeps into his body. His spirit soars, his body burns away the poisons in his system. Makuta screams in agony as Shadow Tahu sizzles with steam, his evil grip loosening. The two Tahu's gaze at one another, one dark, one light. Tahu smiles and beckons as he regains a shaky composure on his wobbly legs. It is over. Shadow Tahu does not have time to protest as he dissolves with a shriek into black soot and whooshes back into Tahu, pelting him with black sludge. The shock of being whole again floors him and he fights the urge to slip into comforting nothingness. His last sight beholds a twisted and smoky little form of ugly slime and shadow left in the place of his alter-ego. Six mighty warriors surround it. Feverish red eyes briefly glance into Tahu's soul from that hideous spirit. Pain. Fury. Defeat. No regret. A lifetime flashing in it's old and sickly gaze. It glances at the sky and curses a word Tahu can barely make out. Mata Nui. A tremendous flash consumes the last of his vision, and Makuta is no more. Victory. Content. Peace finally enters and quenches his soul like a pleasing rain, like a cozy warmth. He is whole. He is Tahu, Fire that burned against the Void. A comforting hand is laid over him, and he knows nothing more as sleep takes him. ~Fin~ (Takes a breath) Yeah well . . . I tried haha. My first little story (bows formally). Anyway, my logic for this story could almost kinda sorta fit into canon almost . . . This whole thing takes place . . . oh . . . a week to a month after Bionicles official ending. When starting, I asked myself, "Gee. I wonder what it was like for Tahu to suddenly get slammed with 40 + powers and abilities after zapping the Rahkshi." Thus my story was born. Would Tahu be adversely affected with the new powers? Acid? Shadow? All the rest? What about Makuta? What if through some complicated mumbo jumbo, Makuta survived the Moon Hit and Tahu drew his spirit like a moth to flame? So yeah. Lot of hypotheticals. And don't get me started on how Artakha and the rest could be around after Velika's finger was about to press the Big Boom of Death Button But Bionicle Ended So We Can't Know The Fate of All those Beings In That Room With Vezon. The horror. So I had to improvise. Oh well. I enjoy writing, and I hoped you liked the read. (edit) I mistakingly referred to Takanuva as Toa of Twilight, and such is not the case at this present time. The error has been corrected.
  16. Octharius: "Welcome, fellow gladiators! I am Octharius, and I am here to demonstrate to you how to bring a 4-headed Chimera to the ground in a couple of easy steps." Octharius: "The most crucial step to neutralize such a huge threat is to select the right weapon for the job. Or weapons, shall we say. I opted in for an axe-chain because I believe this is the most versatile melee weapon in terms of range. Plus, it has a lot of potential when compared to simpler weapons. The trick is, however, to master the use of this particularly deadly contraption." Octharius: "So a bit more on the technique you should use. First off, the most important advantage you get over a Chimera is that you have a brain. Well, the Chimera actually has four of those, but let's not worry about that for now. The most important skill you can employ is surprising the gigantic beast, by pretending to be weakened severely on the first attack it directs towards you. A demonstration:" Octharius: "Once the beast thinks it's got you, you STAB the blood out of one of its feet!! Ideally, you'd choose one of the front hands, and more often than not the lion hand, as the dragon scales are particularly hard to try and pierce." Octharius: "The next step is to nimbly leap onto the goat head, and tie the chain around one of its horns, like so: " Octharius: "Then you pull the chain through the lion's mouth, like so: " Octharius: "And finally, tie the bladed end around the dragon's neck, like so: " Octharius: "The snake head will try to attack as soon as you are on the beast's back, so watch out for that. I learned that the hard way. But luckily, I had harder armor. (See what I did there? ) What you do next is anticipate the head's thrust towards you and seize it with your legs!" Octharius: "And then once your hands are free, you snap off the snake's lower jaw! This is much easier than it sounds. Once you've done that, you thrust the bare fangs into the beast's back. While the chimera is traditionally immune to the snake venom, it is not immune to the pain from the bite! Once it has bitten its back, it is usually left paralyzed. USUALLY." Octharius: "And finally, for the money-maker: You take the chain from the closest end to you (in my situation I was closest to the goat's head)" Octharius: "Then you somersault forward while holding the chain. Take care to master your landing. Wouldn't wanna look awkward, now do we?" Octharius: "And finally, take whichever stance you like! You've earned your bragging rights fair and square!" Okay so that's done. Some more shots of the beast? < Goat Side > < Goat Closeup > < Staring into your SOUL!!! > < CHAOS!!! > < Lion head Closeup > < Dragon Head > < Dragon Head- Side > < Dragon Arm > < Dragon Lower Arm > < Goat Hind Leg > Onto a few shots of Octharius: < Killed it! > < Closeup > < Comparison Shot > < Comparison Shot 2 > Creator's Commentary: This is an alleged face-off MOC (see what I did there? ). After the 50-50 Challenge on MOCpages, Callum Lincoln and I decided that we'd do a face-off, with Chro as the judge. Sadly, I had not been able to post the Chimera MOC any sooner due to having so much on my hands at uni. The Chimera was finished completely on the 12 of November 2013, some 1.5 months from when Cal and I decided to do a face-off. So think of this as an apology, Cal, for not having posted it sooner. It was a pleasure competing against you, and I will see you again... on the building grounds!!! The initial concept was going to be used for the earlier rounds of the 50-50 Challenge, where I was going to use only two of the 4 heads, the lion head and the goat's head. The idea was to create a "precious metal chimera" with just the lion and goat, but I think this turned out a whole lot better. Octharius was just a display dummy to compare the chimera to an average hero build, but I figured I might as well build a decent-looking MOC and have a bit of fun with it. I happen to like the ideas used on him; the asymmetrical armor, and the visor, and stuff. So that's all I have the time for today! C&C is definitely welcome, so please don't hesitate to let me know what you think! Coming soon: An LDD giant mech. WHAT?! Some recent stuff: --> Sevla: Reanimated --> LDD Tahu --> Zardius (Titans Vs Monsters ) --> Darklight Paladin EDIT: If you like this MOC, please don't just visit and leave unnoticed. If you have any criticism whatsoever I'll be glad to hear it! Otherwise, you could up-vote the topic if you wanted to! It's a (new?) feature that I just noticed this morning. Thanks!
  17. My musical entry for the Titans and Monsters contest. I tried to make the piece sound like the background music to a very desperate situation with a hope spot near the end of it. Anyways, here's The Link (No, not this one.)
  18. Hello everyone. This is a story I have been working on for some time. I started it several years back, so forgive me when the story starts out as pretty bad. I promise you, if you keep reading, it will improve, especially if you give me your feedback. This story revolves around the 6-month period Teridax was in control of the Mata Nui robot. I hope you enjoy what you read!Chapter 1: The Whisper(((Island half a kio from Artahka, Toa Nuva ETA 20 minutes from Metru Nui)))Twelve figures sat around a strange statue of a Kanohi Hau. It was strange in the fact that no matter where you looked, no matter what angle you saw it from, you always be staring it in the face. They had sensed the storm in Karda Nui and they knew what had happened. But a stirring was troubling them. One of the figures opened his eyes from his meditation and looked at his brothers.“Is that...?” he asked slowly.“Yes. It is. Teridax...” another said. “I knew he couldn’t stay away.”“So the Plan is... complete?” the first asked.“No. Not yet. But soon...”The first figure cursed softly under his breath. “Then perhaps it’s time for some reconnaissance.” A third figure opened his eyes from his meditation, a slight smirk spreading across his face. “Ooh, I agree,” he said.“I thought you would. But no, I think we need more... finesse... send the twins.”“Understood,” two quiet voices said at the same time.“Good,” the first figure said with a slow nod. “Teleport to Stelt. Commandeer a boat and head north to Metru Nui.”“On it,” the male voice whispered.“Consider it done,” the female voice added, and the two figures were gone. The first figure then turned to the second.“Prepare the weapon cache. It’s time.”(((South of Metru Nui, Toa Nuva ETA 8 minutes)))Lewa Nuva tapped a few controls on Axalara’s dash and leaned back nonchalantly. Pohatu did the same, the words AUTOPILOT ON flashing on his mask’s HUD. However, Kopaka kept his hands on the Jetrax’s controls, face as expressionless as ever.“Is it feeling a little cold up here, or is it just me?” Pohatu joked, smiling behind the face guard. But Kopaka did not laugh and Pohatu looked down in defeat. Gali sat on the edge of Jetrax’s wing, her legs swinging back and forth as she stared at Kopaka, who was pretending not to notice her. Tahu scoffed.“Jealous much?” Takanuva said with a slight chuckle, his size already having decreased almost to normal size.“Pfft. Me? Jealous?” Tahu laughed sarcastically. “As if...”“If you say so...” the Toa of Light said with a shrug.“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the grand city of-“ Pohata was cut off by the sight of huge fortress walls being erected around the continent. The Toa all stared in disbelief and Gali placed her hand over her heart light.“Mata Nui protect us...”But Tahu wasn’t going to wait around. He was a leader. And he had to take action.“Pohatu, go attack the remaining ships. The ones not on fire. Lewa, Kopaka, strafe the area with fire. Everyone else, get off the ships and try and figure out what the heck is going on!” he barked, flying off towards the island. He landed and the armor shifted on his body back to its dormant state. The other three did the same and they charged towards the doors.Pohatu had already veered off, the other two craft joining him as they flew in perfect unison, drawing contour lines all across the sky as they flew. Pohatu banked slightly to get a good look at the blue Toa on the ground and smiled, waving at Hahli. But she did not wave back. He guessed she hadn’t seen him and he hit the booster on his ship, flying towards the coast. The ships began turning their cannons on him, and Pohatu flew close, low and fast, peppering the ships with fire from his vehicle’s two wing-mounted Rockslide Cannons. The heavy weapons, which were made for dealing damage to whole mountains, easily tore through the Makuta’s ships, each slowly beginning its descent to the bottom of the ocean. For the heavier ships, Pohatu smirked as he would fire his heavier blaster, the cannons setting fire to the Destroyers as they, too, began to sink.Meanwhile, Kopaka had flown over, firing his three cannons at the Rahkshi, which were screeching and jumping, swinging their staffs at the sky, only to be destroyed by the balls of pure light. When things were too danger-close to the Matoran, both he and Lewa would fire their lasers, which tore through the Rahkshi armor just as well. Within only twenty minutes, all the enemies had been destroyed, and the three ships were able to land near the Coliseum.Pohatu was the first to jump off his airship, armor instantly shifting back to its dormant shape, and he grabbed a large bulky guard angrily.“What’s going on here, huh?” he snapped. “Why is Metru Nui a-“ Tahu pulled the Toa of Stone off the guard, who was looking a bit shocked at the sudden attack.“It’s the Order of Mata Nui,” the Fire Toa said, “and if it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t have come back to a home.”Pohatu did not answer. He bowed his head in apology and turned back to the Rockoh.“So what happened?” a voice shouted. They turned and saw both Hewkii and Hahli sprinting towards them. “Did it work?” they both yelled in unison.“Calm down,” Gali smiled, waving her hand at the two younger Toa. “We did it.”“So he’s awake? For real?” Hewkii asked, shaking with excitement.“For real,” Tahu answered. “Mata Nui is finally awake.”Hewkii and Hahli bumped fists, trying to contain their excitement, although failing as they both jumped up and shouted with joy.“So it’s true...” Dume said, hobbling over to the nine Toa. “That’s what that earthquake was, wasn’t it?” the Turaga smiled happily and Tahu nodded. Vakama soon joined his fellow Turaga and bowed.“It is an honor to welcome you back here,” Vakama remarked, turning to Dume. “Shall we?” Dume nodded, and the two walked towards one of the several elevators placed on the side of the Coliseum. Dume pushed a button on a control panel and the elevator rose. A large screen projected up in front of them as they reached the top, and the two Turaga of Fires’ faces appeared on viewscreen all over Metru Nui. Matoran, who had been scooping away parts of broken Rahkshi or attempting to rebuild rubbled shacks all looked up at the screens.“Fellow Matoran,” Dume began. “I ask you to lend an ear to our message. Your Toa Nuva have returned. The Great Spirit has awoken!” No one had to strain to hear the cheers from all across the massive city. “Tomorrow, you are all invited to the Coliseum. There will be a celebration, the likes of which has never been seen!”But Hahli did not feel like celebrating, even now. She could not help but remember Matoro, who had given his life that Mata Nui might live. And despite all the wounded and the dying among the defenders, she could not help but feel it had all been a little too ... easy. True, there had been some unexpected help: the airships, the Bohrok, the storm. But they had faced an army of Rahkshi. Something told her they should not have won, at least not with so much of the city still intact. She smiled. Turaga Nokama would have chided her for worrying so much. No matter how things seemed, the Great Spirit was awake for the first time in over one thousand years. Light had triumphed over darkness, hadn't it? The Toa had achieved their destiny and saved the universe, hadn't they? And that meant all was well again; nothing very bad could happen now, could it?Hahli turned to head toward Ga-Metru, humming a song Nokama had once taught her. One written long ago that spoke of hope for tomorrow. Perhaps, if not for the music, she might have heard the sound of dark laughter on the wind.[Review]
  19. Yes, everyone, a text game version of Star Wars: Sybre Edition (an upcoming Bionicle-related movie soon to be made by yours truly) has arrived! Prepare for extreme awesomeness! Read on to find out the rules that force you down. Staff: This is Bionicle-related. I promise. It's just Bionicle in a Star Wars movie. RulesFirst of all, unrelated text must be labeled OOC. Related text must be labeled IC.BattlingSurprise! This is a fighting game. If you've seen ANY Star Wars movies, you'd know what to expect. The Jedi and Sith use lightsabers and the Force to dismember each other. The rest of the fighters are normally made up of gun-type and other weaponed people. Remember, you can't suddenly gain ANY of these weapons automatically. However, you can buy lightsabers and better guns in the shop (will be explained soon). Now, killing and slashing limbs and other stuff off of people is strictly forbidden. However, wounding is possible. Don't worry, if you have a first-aid kit (one is provided upon joining the game and you can buy more using credits, which will be explained later), you can heal yourself. Melee is also allowed, but I wouldn't suggest it against lightsabers. And troopers along with other non-Jedi/Sith can't use the Force. And absolutely NO godmodding! The Jedi Order frowns upon that. And no controlling other players' characters.RoundsThis adds zest to the battles. Each round lasts 3 days and will be judged by me afterwards. And, please, follow the rules of the rounds. Rules and round types are provided in a sec.WeaponsWhat's a Star Wars or Bionicle game without epic weapons? You start with ONE weapon and can buy more in the shop with credits. I'm just gonna level with you; lightsabers almost always beat guns. Jedis have been shot before. However, better guns can beat lightsabers a little more easily. However, you can't destroy weapons.ShoppingShopping is how you get more stuff around here. You can buy custom-colored weapons, bombs, armies, and even spaceships (which are only used in space locations)! The main currency the shop accepts is credits, which are rewarded to you for your performance in the rounds. You can only shop in between rounds. So that gives you about 2 days to shop. Once the new round starts, there's no turning back. If you buy something, post what you bought and how many credits you spent. Please follow this rule as it applies to the private records. The actual shop is displayed after some reading. Underlined stuff is very special.ArmiesYes, you can buy your own different armies to crush foes with. If another player has an underlined weapon, they can easily destroy your armies, but not all at once. You can only use one army per round.RoundsRounds are just simply battles with certain rules you must follow. They can happen anywhere in the Star Wars universe with many obstacles which mix the rounds up a bit. The first round will start after a minimum of six players have joined.Free-for-AllYou read it right! There are no teammates to hold you back, but minor alliances with two members are allowed. This is the only round where you can use armies.Team BattleIt's easy. I split you into two teams and you just try to beat each other.Boss BattleThis is a round type where you can be killed. By the selected boss, anyway. Bosses are extremely hard to beat and require teamwork to beat.Space BattleNo ground weapons apply. Just your spaceship! However, If you don't own a spaceship, I'll hook you up with a free starfighter. This is the only round where you can use spaceships, unless there's a space boss battle. There is a team version, also. Basically a space version of the team battle.Darth ZeltrothIn the movie, Darth Zeltroth was a legendary figure who was a very powerful Sith. He almost defeated the Republic in a great war, but was finally destroyed when he was surrounded by ships who open-fired on his starfighter in a space battle. Prior to his death, he swore revenge on the Jedi Order by destroying it in a whole new generation. He returned as a young Jedi named Sybre, the Chosen One. When Sybre became the new Zeltroth, he had newer, better armor. Fueled by anger, his main emotion, Zeltroth inherited his ancestor's legacy. So what role does he play in the game? Thanks for asking! He is your solution to rule-breakers! If anyone continues to break the rules after a friendly warning, call in ol' Zeltroth to undo the great wrong. Don't abuse Zeltroth's powers or I'll use the raging Sith on you!Official In-game ShopEverything must be bought with your credits, people! Don't worry, I'll keep special records, but you should keep track of your credits also. You get 100 credits to start.WeaponsLightsaber (custom-color): 300 cIon Blaster: 50 cPlasma Cannon: 250 cElectrostaff: 275 cWood Staff: 75 cStun Gun (works for three posts at a time): 200 cSleep Dart (works for three posts only): 25 cDisk Launcher: 125 c (Ammo costs 10 c per disk)Explosive Disk Launcher: 325 c (Ammo costs 50 c per disk)Battle-Axe: 100 cVibro-Axe: 375 cFire Whip: 350 cBomb: 95 cToa Staff: 200 cRhotuka Launcher: 265 c (Effects cost 10 more credits. A new Jedi Master named Junji Un-Zanoki chose them to be his apprentices sometime after their training. Together, they faced Darth Vlaud with the assisstance of Junji's master Rhy Von Flyn. As they four battled the deadly Sith, he knocked out Sybre and Reggie. Rhy Von then kicked his skills up a notch and fought for real, but was killed by Vlaud. Rhy's killer then turned toward Junji's fledgling apprentices to kill them himself, but Zanoki snuck up on Vlaud and cut him in half, finishing the job by throwing him into a pit. Sybre and his brother later became Padawans near the time when the clone troopers were introduced. During the following Clone Wars, Sybre's hand was cut off by Count Eoku. Ever since, Sybre had swore revenge. Upon becoming a Jedi Knight, he battled and effortlessly killed Eoku, pleasing the Sith. A Sith spy later approached him with a deal. If Sybre joins the dark side, he will become more powerful. Sybre did so, becoming the new Darth Zeltroth. He worked on destroying the Jedi Order, but was stopped by Junji, his former master and friend, who relectantly slashed off all of Sybre's limbs and left him to burn in lava. Vidior, the Emperor of the Sith, founder him and put him in a suit of armor better than the previous Zeltroth's. And so, Zeltroth's reign of terror had continued.Player ListIf you want to quit the game, PM me so I can empty your spot. Serenity

SerenityWhat in the blazes...? According to my mind-reading friend, that was the first thought that came to the Toa of Iron, the same moment as the molecules of everything within his immediate view suddenly decided that sticking together wasn't fun enough anymore. As the world began dissolving around him, he apparently felt an uncomfortable sensation in his abdomen, for he looked down, only to find that where there once was full plate armor and metallic protoskin, there was now a gaping hole. His last thoughts, I know nothing of, but I hope they were filled with the dawning realization of what, exactly, it was that had killed him. Do not mistake me for a sadist, though. I don't care if my victims feel pain or not, and indeed: my method of attack this day caused no pain at all. I do, however, enjoy killing in and of itself, more than your average Rahkshi. I take no prisoners. I show no mercy. Having clawed my way through a platoon of my brethren in order to secure my position within the Brotherhood's army, it is hopefully clear to everyone that I am not someone they should mess around with. I guess it is, for they tend to stay far away from me. More than once have I found myself on the battlefield with no enemies left, only to turn my anger towards my own allies. Once I start killing, I can not stop. It is physically impossible for me, for as soon as the fight is on, everything becomes a blur. A blur filled with maddened screams, metal breaking, cries of pain and occasionally wet, squishy noises. By the time I calm down, everything around me is usually dead.I am a Rahkshi of Anger. I was created from a fully developed Kraata, and so my power is at its absolute maximum. My ability is to cause anger, quarrels and conflicts amongst others. As a side effect, I am also angry, all the time. I am the most aggressive, most brutal, most crazily berserking Rahkshi you will ever meet. You would do well to fear me. My dented, scratched, scorched and otherwise abused and maimed armor was once white. Today, it's more of a worn-down silver; with sooty black and muddy brown liberally scattered across its surface: a result of charging recklessly into ranks of Toa with powers far more flashy than my own. I don't even use a staff. The one I had was first bent around a Skakdi's skull, and later broken completely when I used it to smash through a Toa of Stone's rock barrier. My left hand is missing a claw and a half, after an unfortunate run-in with a Toa of Plasma. I have been told he burned them clean off with a stream of ionized gas. Personally, I didn't even notice until much later, after I was done grinding his Kanohi mask to dust by scraping it, Toa still attached, across half a mile of rocky terrain. It helps that the only organic parts in a Rahkshi's body is the Kraata, located in the head and spine, but they say even a fully mechanical being would notice their body parts being blown off. Not me. Once my berserker side kicks in, I lose all control. If a Toa as much as glances at me, I feel compelled to attack, and I won't stop until I've had my daily dose of murder.Today, another Toa met his end at my hands. From my description of the scene, you might be wondering how I could possibly use anger to make things dissolve. Truth be told, I technically didn't. When I saw him, he was still a distance away, and I realized that charging down there would have given him enough time to rip me apart with his elemental powers. Luckily I managed to contain my rage just long enough to pry a weapon away from one of my comrades: A Rahkshi of Disintegration. He protested, but to no avail. With his staff in hand, I unleashed a wave of energy upon the general area, which spelled the end for the Toa. My blood lust satisfied, I managed to calm down enough to hand the staff back to its owner in a somewhat civilized manner. He hissed at me, but didn't dare to do anything more. For a moment, I did feel the urge to attack him as well, but once again I managed to suppress my violent emotions. That's twice in one day. New record. The third party present was a Toa of Psionics. At the time I didn't care to know his name, but after I asked him a few days ago he told me it was Sifex. I know he defected to the Brotherhood of Makuta some time during the war between Toa and Dark Hunters, seeking an alternative to the violent conflict; a place where he could feel safe. Our fortress is definitely safe, but unfortunately for him, he no longer had a say in things at all, and our missions were certainly not pacifistic. My best guess was that he was placed on my team just to see his reaction to me. If he didn't follow orders, he would be killed by the Makuta. Loyalty notwithstanding, in my group he might actually get killed if he did follow orders, given my unstable nature. Sifex appeared to know this, and did his best to act friendly towards me. I suspected that he used his mind-reading ability to sense my feelings and motives and act accordingly. A good skill to have. At the very least, it would keep him safe as long as I was calm... and sane. We had another few Brotherhood members with us when we started the mission, but they were gone now. One, a Vortixx, had tried to bail on us. He was quickly vaporized for his betrayal. Another, a Skakdi, had been a bit too close to me during a heated battle. Sifex chided me for killing him, as if it was my fault that he couldn't see me swinging a looted pole axe around in a mad frenzy. It didn't take long before the three of us came across another group of Toa, and it didn't take more than the sight of their ugly masks before my rage broke loose again. I don't remember anything from this battle myself, but my Toa friend has filled me in on the details. As I began charging towards the Toa's camp, hissing and screeching like I usually do, the Psionic had realized that they were expecting us. One of them activated his mask of Shielding to hold me off, and I was thrown backwards onto the ground. Sifex quickly used his mental powers to knock the defender off-balance, and I have been told that by the time he fell down, I had gotten back up, more furious than ever. He, however, never got the chance to stand again. While I pounded the life out of the Toa, his comrades descended upon me with swords in hand. At least one of them were on fire. Having no concern for my own well-being – and definitely none for theirs – I grabbed said burning sword by the blade and wrung it from the Toa's grip. One of the others cut another gap in my shoulder armor, before I cut him in half with the flame sword. At this point Sifex didn't want to go into further detail, but from the curious sight that greeted me once my rage subsided, I got that I must have done a lot more than simply cut that Toa. In any case, by this time the Rahkshi of Disintegration had managed to kill two of the enemy group from a safe distance, which meant that only two remained. One activated her mask of Flight a moment before I could grab her, but she didn't get far. Another disintegration beam swiftly turned her into a nice shower of confetti. This left a Toa of Fire, who by now had recovered enough from the shock to unleash his elemental power. Fire doesn't really stop a metallic being who doesn't care about being burned, however. Moments later, the Toa was dead, and my sense of reality slowly came back, allowing me to study the aftermath properly. As usual, there wasn't much to see. A few more burns on my armor and a few shattered Toa. Nothing more.Sometimes, I regret not being able to remember my own exploits. Those who've seen me in action claim that it is a sight to behold. On rare occasions, when there are a few moments when I'm not angry at something, I also feel a bit frightened of myself. I have no control! Some day I will get myself killed in a frenzied battle. Partly due to this, and partly due to Sifex's insights, I have realized that I must learn to control my anger. He told me that even if I can't stop the anger itself, that doesn't mean I can't learn to focus it. If I just concentrate, he says, I can stop myself from going on rampages and instead utilize the rush I feel for more precise destruction. Controlled fury... a very interesting theory. I'm not sure if I believe Sifex when he says it will make me even more fearsome, but I agree that it will help me become more effective. As I sit here writing this, I can feel anger building once more: it takes too long, and it feels like a wasted effort, but Sifex claims that writing down my thoughts will help me focus on them and not lose my grip. Even so, these articulate sentences are beginning to grate on my patience, forcing me to crush a Matoran's neck with my left hand in order to relieve tension enough to type with my right. I can hear Sifex shouting something in the distance, barely audible over the gurgles of the Matoran. I believe he's upset that I'm killing our prisoner. He gave up on trying mental communication with me after he realized my thoughts mostly boiled down to murder and how best to perform it, so he's resorted to normal speech around me. But please, stop with the shouting already, I'm doing the best I can. Sifex, stop shouting. He's not even dead yet. All right, that's it, one more shout and I'll skjdfhIW7YoctIUHBJK5BN48ASJA;LgfvEW8OTFGVThe End
