  1. Destral, leader of the Makuta Justice Management, is fanatically loyal to Teridax and has the unusual ability to talk his opponents to death. Based on Tarn from the IDW Transformers comics!
  2. After an insane preliminary round, Bio-Cup 2021 isn't slowing down - round 1 is soon drawing to a close, and here's my entry which mashes up Bionicle with my main other hobby interest: Make sure to check out all the other stunning entries on Flickr in the contest group!
  3. Than the Moa said I could recreate this, so I figured I would. This thread is for all Transformers discussion, any series, any toyline, all of it. G1 through Prime, discuss it here!
  4. Some of you may have noticed that I haven't been posting my thoughts on movies that have been coming out this summer. (Or you have not noticed. I don't know. ) This is because it's been a really rough summer for me at my job. Summers have always been rough at my job, but this year has been extremely tough, especially this month. But I still wanted to at least mention some of the movies I've seen this past summer. So I'm going to just mention which movies I've seen and give some quick thoughts on them. They are as follows: 1. Wonder Woman: Finally DC gets a great movie for the DCEU under its belt. I really enjoyed it, despite the fact I had to see it in 3D because the 2D showing I wanted to see was sold out. I definitely recommend this movie. 2. Transformers: The Last Knight: Anthony Hopkins being in this movie is the best thing about it. Otherwise, though, it's your typical Transformers movie from Michael Bay. It's the only movie I've seen this summer that I was though was 'meh.' I say wait for the film to be discounted in a sale to get it if you really want to see it. 3. Spider-Man: Homecoming: This is probably my favorite movie I've seen this summer so far. Tom Holland proves that he can hold a movie on his own as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. I really liked the many callbacks to the previous Marvel films too. Plus, The Vulture was an interesting villain, and was different from other villains we've seen in the MCU. I highly recommend this movie to those interested. 4. War for the Planet of the Apes: Another great movie IMO. It doesn't have as many action scenes in it as the name of the movie might suggest, but that didn't bother me because the story kept me invested in the film. Though the action scenes it did have were really good. I will admit that I think that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the movie that came out before this one, had a slightly stronger story. But this film is still great and I recommend it to all those interested. And there are my summed up thoughts on these movies. Maybe sometime in the future I'll talk about some of these in more detail. But right now I'm looking forward to the future, and really hoping an Avengers: Infinity War trailer gets released this weekend at Comic-Con. Have any of you seen these movies? And if so, what did you think of them?
  5. Yep, another one of these is coming out next summer. And Michael Bay directed it, so expect tons of explosions. Joking aside, I actually think this is a decent trailer. I don't like the song that plays in it though, particularly with the singer and the way his voice sounds in this. But having Anthony Hopkins do a voice over for it is cool IMO. Plus it's ending is good too. Seeing Bumblebee take on Optimus Prime could be very interesting, if the build up to it is done right. Who knows, maybe one of them won't make it out of this one. Overall, I'm not as excited to see this next year as I am Guardians 2, Logan, Spider-Man, and other movies, and this trailer doesn't really help to raise my interest in it. That being said, I've always gone to see these movies for their action scenes, because I think this Transformers franchise actually has some really cool action sequences. Especially in Dark of the Moon and Age of Extinction. So I'll probably will end up seeing this, just to see what crazy action scenes will be in it. What do you guys think of this trailer? Will you be seeing The Last Knight? And do you think that this franchise needed a fifth movie?
  6. This is one of my best creations, i manage to create a transformer with CCBS pieces with lego digital designer. unfortunately he has one major flaw, the ammounts of ccbs bones required to let the blue gorilla feet reach down doesnt give the best results in the visual department, but he has all 3 modes the original toy had (gorilla, transport mode, and robot). The only solution i had for his "face was to use a kanohi hau because its the closest to a gorilla and the robot face which is a HF visor connects as a butt plate in gorilla mode" Gorilla Form Flight Mode Robot Mode He is based on this

  9. Chatper 1 The Green Ci-Toa watched the Decepticon with an admiring look in his eye. He had almost forgotten that he was currently bound with energy bonds. An image flickered on Soundwave's face-screen-thing of a toa just like him without a mask. A question mark appeared in front of it. Dane snapped out of his lovesick state. "Oh? What am I? I am a Toa, sir. May I ask why you can't speak? I would love to hear a voice come out of such a handsome..whatever you are." The robot didn't move, the question mark remaining on his "face". It was kind of obvious why. "Is there anything else? These bonds aren't really necessary sir, I'm not going to hurt you." The robot shook his head, before walking towards the door, raising his hand to open it with the control pad. Dane didn't stop him, he was too busy staring at him. "Oh, he is a dream." A few hours later, another robot was thrown in the prison with him. This one appeared to be a female. She was relatively small, only a bit bigger than him. He only noticed when she landed right in his face, knocking him over. "Ow. What was that for? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class at the Ga-Matoran seals, and I have over 200 confirmed rahi masks!" The robot looked at him, an angry yet confused look in her face. "It wasn't my fault! I'm a prisoner, like you. And what's a Ga-Matoran?" The toa looked at her like she was stupid. "Man, you guys aren't from around here....where are we anyway?" The blue robot stood up. "Cybertron, aboard the Nemesis." Dane's eyes lit up. "I have a nemesis too. I call him Nato. Or annoying drop bear for short." One of the robot's metallic eyebrows raised. "You got a name?" "Dane, the downfall of BZPower, Memelad, Natosbane..." "I'll just stick with Dane. The name's Arcee. I'd shake your hand if we both weren't restrained." The Toa of Lemons grinned. "Don't worry, I'll get Mr Cool Visor to let us out." The eyebrow shot back up again. "Soundwave? He's like the dictionary definition of an emotionless husk. Right next to Shockwave." "Man, you robot's names are all so stupid. Next we'll find someone called Ham Sandwich." The blue transformer rolled her eyes, and leaned up against the wall, waiting for Soundwave to return.
  10. So... This is pretty much the only MOC I made over the entire Summer. Guess where my priorities weren't. Anyways, so I saw all of Transformers: Animated, Beast Machines, Transformers: Robots in Disguise, and the first half of the original Transformers show (about episode 50-ish, about when the 80's movie takes place). I grew up with Beast Wars, so I saw most of the episodes, so I saw the ones I didn't see, but yeah, I want to make some TransforMOCs. Instead of doing what I usually do (making an already-created Transformer out of Bionicle), I wanted to do something original. After deciding to do a snowmobile (mainly because I had Cendox to base it off of), I looked up snowmobile on the Transformers wiki and didn't see one, so I picked that. That's also the reason the color scheme is what it is, so please keep that in mind. Some story elements: Frostbyte was an infamous sharpshooter and assasin in the Decepticon ranks, as well as one of the few Decepticons incapable of flight. He more than makes up for this with his special camo plating, his silence and coldness, and his ability to wait extremely long periods of time for his target. Frostbyte can blend into any background and even use the plating to adjust to normal temperatures and filter out uneccessary motions. When offline, however, the armor is bright yellow and black, which then makes him farily easy to spot. The armor also has some bugs in it, so it sometimes flickers on and off very briefly. Frostbyte was one of the Decepticons to leave with Megatron to track down and board the Ark, the Autobot's ship that departed to search for Energon. Since then, he has been stationed in Russia, Alaska, and Tibet to search for Energon as well as keep tabs on any Autobots that he encounters. Frostbyte is armed with a pair of dual arm guns as well as two large shredder swords.Vehicle ModeFrontLeftBackRightTransform!1234567891011Robot ModeFrontLeftBackRightGuns flipped backPretty much the only things I don't like are the arms and the feet when in vehicle mode. The arms stand out too much and I think there's too much of a gap between the feet as well. But, aside from that, I'm pretty happy. Oh, yeah, the shin pieces are supposed to be like the flames you see on motorcycles. Please comment and enjoy!

  13. Snapdragons are notoriously cute critters -Well, okay, I think they're cute- that live in the same volcanic region the Pyre Oxes resided. They're named as such due to their only defense, they snap their jaws together, spraying sparks at whatever happens to provoke them. They're a bit jumpy, admittedly. Well, really jumpy. Don't look at them funny. Of course, with the recent Brain Slug Invasion, their jumpiness has ceased to be a concern. Because we're more concerned about the extra head, extra-extra-large size, and extra-extra-extra-potent fire breath. Sinnertwin is not a beast to be trifled with. It thinks trifle is tasty. Good appetizer for Hero Armor. Good luck, Hero, you're going to really need it this time.
  14. Man, it's been a while BBC. But I'm back, and ready to get back into it! To start, here's a Bumblebee MOC I put together in LDD some time ago! Bumblebee! Torso Detail Back Gallery, when public Feel free to check out my other MOCs in my gallery when it's public! Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll get a chance to go to my parents' house and pick up all my old Legos so I can show off some real MOCs again. I think my passion has been reignited. Enjoy! Comments, praise, and criticism appreciated!

  16. Well, Transformers: Age of Extinction is coming out soon...so far, however, I don't like most of what I've seen. I do think a Transformers 4 could be done well, and I still have hope for that movie being good, but... I still feel the desire to do my own take on "Transformers 4" for some reason. So, set after the events of Dark of the Moon...here it is. For reference purposes, all returning characters from DOTM have the same appearance as before, simply because I'm not a fan of AOE's redesigns. Apologies for the gray outline around the text, I wrote this on another site, and copypasted it to another site, and then copypasted it from that site to this site. The other option was a dark blue outline and light blue text, if you guys would prefer that, just say so. Review Topic --- Earth. The home of humanity, and our kind. A world made free from the threat of the Decepticons. As far as we know, there are none that remain. It's been four years without a single Decepticon incursion on this planet, even of the most minor type possible. After eons of war, we have finally secured our freedom. As far as we know. Thundering, rapid noises filled the arid desert air. Ceaseless yelling and gunfire from both sides were all that could be heard. "This has been going on for two hours! Do we have to fight until everyone on each side is dead?!" A U.S. soldier threw a grenade, but his fatigue got the best of his aim, and it went off to the side. "It's only been thirty mikes, now straighten yourself out!" Colonel Lennox shot a suicide bomber in the head, causing him to slip, slide, and stop thirty meters from them. "Get down!" The grenade and the bombs strapped to the man went off at the same time, leaving ringing in everyone's ears. With the Decepticons gone, NEST veterans have been re-assigned to special forces teams fighting human conflicts from before the Autobots first came here, in search of the Allspark. Though we secured our freedom, we have not yet secured peace. A silver blur raced across the battlefield, spinning to avoid a grenade, then killing several of the terrorists with one shot from each of his twin shotguns. "I got caught up on that hideout demo op! They got their hands on the same high-heat rounds you guys were packing during the old war!" Sideswipe jumped, flipping over a line of machine gun fire, then threw his sword. "AARGH!" A terrorist leapt backward as the sword slammed down through the machine gun, slicing the barrel off. Sideswipe landed right in front of him, pulling his sword from the sand. "That explains why you took so long to show up seven of our guys got killed. Take 'em out, I'm calling evac." Lennox shook his head. Sideswipe fired once more, destroying a pickup truck with a machine gun mounted on it. He watched tiny people flee in panic. A helicopter touched down a few meters behind him. He turned, watching soldiers, some of them bleeding badly, get inside. But the battle was won, so it was time for him to get to his evac. He transformed and drove off. "Pilot. Are we headed back to base?" Lennox looked out of the helicopter just in time to see Sideswipe driving into the back of a plane. "Yes, sir. The big guy wants to see you." "Another debate on what to do next?" The exhausted colonel rolled his eyes, then looked to his left. A medic was administering first aid to a wounded soldier on the move. "No, sir. Not General Morshower. The big guy." --- Lennox walked into yet another classified base. Classified had begun to lose its meaning for him. After all his time in special forces and NEST, classified was just his average day at work. Though now, NEST didn't exactly exist. The Autobots stayed at any classified base where they wished to, whether it was formerly affiliated with NEST, or not. "All right, sir. I'm here." The headlights on a familiar semi truck flashed. No matter how many times he saw it happen, Lennox was always amazed at the sight of Optimus Prime transforming. Panels, gears, and pistons shifted, producing all manner of interesting sounds, and finally coming to rest in the form of the mighty Autobot leader. "It never ends. War." Optimus looked down at Lennox, attempting to speak to him on equal terms. It was always awkward, with him being a titanic robot, but he always had to try. Lennox shook his head. "Seems like it, sir. At least the world doesn't hang in the balance every single time now." "At ease, Colonel. This is not a military meeting, I simply wish to speak to you." Optimus got down on one knee, so as to get closer to Lennox. That seemed to help create the feeling of conversing as equals, or at least get as close to it as possible. "People just keep dying. And now we got reports of the stuff we used to fight the Decepticons being used to fight you guys." Optimus moved his arm in such a manner that his forearm was right in front of Lennox. At first he didn't realize what he was meant to be looking at, but soon Lennox saw a scorched hole there. "Indeed. And now the morale of many of us, even some Autobots, is falling." Lennox realized what this was about. "Optimus. I'm not going to give up. You know me that well. I still think we can actually end this." "We can't rely only on ourselves, Lennox. Our friends, our brothers, need our help." "I do the best I can. Sometimes they die anyway. Autobots have died too." "I was referring not to the physical aspect, but the mental. Without conviction, none of us can stand. We must all remember what it is we fight for." "I know that...I just hope the rest of the guys in my unit do." "Hope without effort is not enough. Help them." Lennox looked straight at Optimus, confused. "With what?" Optimus stood up to his full height, a sign that the conversation had ended. "To remember why they do what they do." --- "Hey, Screech! Come look at this!" Sam Witwicky, now 25, ran over to look at a larger man's laptop. "Seriously, how the ###### do I get that callsign changed?" Having gotten his callsign from the fact that he screams like a little girl, Sam wasn't particularly happy. "I don't know, but this is ###### funny!" With a push of the spacebar, a video of Bumblebee started streaming. "Is that...Bee?" "Yep, on security cam!" The laptop's speakers emitted a metal clanging. Bumblebee, it appeared, was attempting to tap-dance...and failing rather miserably. "Heh. Still not as funny as our unit photo." A short black man, two inches under Sam's height, pulled out a picture from his pocket. "Wait, nononononono, don't show the one from after we finished basic training--" Roaring laughter came from almost everyone present. It was probably warranted, as Sam was being shoved by Roadbuster's finger just as the picture was taken, causing him to fall over. Of course, he wasn't laughing. He had joined the military so he could continue to work with the Autobots even after the Decepticon threat had passed...not so he could get pranked in the middle of a photo everyone in the unit would have a copy of. "...Screw you guys." Sam got up, half-smiling. It was a bit funny...but he'd never admit it. "I gotta go, I want to see Carly before we get our first deployment." --- Bumblebee drove down the open dirt road, Sam sitting in the driver's seat, and as usual, not driving. "Hey, Bee, can I drive for once?" Sam laughed, thinking of how it might be fun. Bumblebee however, was thinking something else. He proceeded to play sound clips from various radio stations of about 16 different people saying "Nope." "Aw, come on. Just once?" A sound with the tone of someone saying, "Oh, well, fine..." resounded inside Bumblebee. Sam grabbed the wheel and attempted to drift. Bumblebee responded with a loud beep of protest, then continued to drive on his own. Sam sighed. "It was worth a try." They continued to drive, as a shadow passed over them. Something had blocked out the sun. "I swear, every time I see clouds do that, I think of the Fallen." Sam was about to laugh when he was shocked out of it by Bumblebee stopping harshly--and drifting. "Oh, so now it's ok--oh." Sam realized why Bumblebee had stopped. It was not a cloud that blocked out the sun, but a massive ship hovering very closely above them. A single, black Transformer decended from it, landing on one knee, then slowly rising. "And so...I've arrived." His green eyes flashed as he looked straight at Bumblebee. Sam got out of Bumblebee immediately, and he had scarcely gotten his right foot out when his old friend began to transform in a hurry. The dark figure's next words told Sam exactly why. "Where. Is. Optimus. Prime."
  17. This is the topic for OOC discussion of Transformers: Regeneration. All profiles must be posted here for approval, and reference. -Species: Somewhat self-explanatory, these are the species available for playing at the launch of the game. Cybertronians: The shape-changing robots from Cybertron, the Cybertronians have crashed on earth as a result of their millennia-long civil war between the Autobots and the Decepticons. As a Cybertronian character, the character has access to an approved alternate form and a robot chassis. The Cybertronian may also carry two approved weapon. To recognize that some Cybertronians have special abilities or multiple alternate modes, a player may have their character have a modification. However, a character with a modification requires two staff approval. If a player wishes to create a character with a Cybertronian alternate form, that player must message the staff, and gain approval from two of the staff member for that vehicle form.Humans: The inhabitants of the planet earth, humans are organic carbon-based lifeforms with no special abilities. They are, however, very small, and dominate this planet. Individually, they can not face a Cybertronian and defeat one in battle, but where they lack in individual power, they make up in numbers, and an army of humans could easily take down a single Cybertronian. As a Human character, the character has somehow gotten themselves involved in the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons, and is now trying to live through the secret war raging across their planet. Sometimes the Cybertronians they become involved with might offer them protection, or enlist them to aid in human relations. There are also places humans can go where Cybertronians simply can't. Human's small size, and the fact that they dominate a good majority of the planet, allows a human to go practically everywhere that is important. -Weapons: The following is the list of approved Weapons for use in game. Since the world of transformers is large, and not all generic weapons are named, this list is used to help for the purpose of character creation. If you would like to add a weapon to this list, you may write a new weapon with your character’s profile. List of Approved Weaponry: Neutron Assault Rifle: The Neutron Assault Rifle distorts the equilibrium of its target by blasting it with sonic booms. Once disoriented, the attacker can close in with a melee attack.Riot Cannon: Essentially a modified fusion cannon, it fires off high-speed rockets than can really put a crimp in someone's day. With the right upgrades, the last rocket in every clip packs an extra surprise, containing 5 times the explosive power of ordinary rounds.Scatter Blaster: A popular short-range weapon during the Great War, the scatter blaster fires a wide spray of explosive buckshot. Surprisingly it is full auto.Nucleon Charge Rifle: The Nucleon Charge Rifle is a great weapon for sniping. Equipped with a 10x scope and near unlimited range, a skilled wielder can take out a squad from afar before they even know what's happening. The Path Blaster:The Path Blaster is a semi-automatic weapon that fires dense packets of molten metal with a good deal of accuracy.Photon Burst Rifle: The Scientist's version of the sniper rifle is named the Photon Burst Rifle. It has a more effective zoom than the Battle Pistol and delivers three photons per round.Subsonic Repeater: The Subsonic Repeater is a close-range SMG that grants great footspeed when equipped. It has a very high rate of fire, and thus remains the fastest firing weapon on Cybertron.Thermo Rocket Cannon: The Thermo Rocket Cannon is the improved version of the thermo rocket launchers used earlier in the war. Now firing three missiles at a time, it can not only lock on to opponents in alternate mode like its predecessor, but also when they're in robot mode. Be prepared for it to make a big mess whenever it's fired.X18 Scrapmaker: The X18 Scrapmaker is an even more ferocious weapon than the X12 Scrapmaker it superseded. Reducing the spin-up time dramatically, the X18 can make grated gears of the opposition in no time flat, which is also how fast it will chew through ammo.Corrosive Slime Cannon: It's a double-barreled corrosive slime-shooter, which... well, shoots corrosive slime.E.D.K. TechVolt: It projects an electro-diffraction beam that can carve an enemy to pieces in a blaze of lightning. On some settings, it can also be used to recharge or otherwise repower machinery and even other Transformers. The Energon Harvester: A shotgun-like weapon that siphons energon from targets and utilizes that energon to repair its user. It fires a quick burst of moderately powerful rounds, best at close range, but the accuracy is pretty good for a shotgun. The Gear shredder: The Gear Shredder is one of the technologically simpler weapons used on Cybertron. It fires out razor-sharp spinning blades that bounce off walls and will cut right through an enemy. It can be also charged up to fire three blades at once, letting you slice and dice the foe when they come at you in groups.Plasma Cannon: It released bolts that could be charged to higher intensity levels. The Plasma Cannon was most effective against big, slow-moving targets, like hovering Soldiers. -Modifications: The following is a list of approved Modifications. Legendary Cybertronians such as Mirage, Hound, The Triple Changers, Soundwave, and more have been known to have special attributes to them. Any player who wishes to equip their character with Modifications, must have a staff approval. Players who wish to create a new Modification must check with the staff first before creating a character with them. List of Approved Cybertronian Modifications: Triple Changer: In their quest for ever-greater machines of war, the Decepticons developed warriors with two distinct alternate forms. These Triple Changers can travel by land and air with equal ease, and in the heat of battle they can rapidly change form to confuse and outflank the enemy. To counter this threat, the Autobots also developed their own group of Triple Changers. A player who is making a character with the Triple Changer Modification may have their Cybertronian possess two alternate modes instead of one. However, to accommodate the extra alternate mode, Triple Changers have less armor to make room for necessary parts to transform between the alternate modes. This lack of armor makes them easier to damage with weapons, to the point where a group of humans with heavy weaponry could take a Triple Changer down if they weren't careful.Cloaking: Some Autobots and Decepticons, to further their stealth abilities, have installed or subjected themselves to experiments involving Cloaking technology. Those who survive this instillations and experiments have the ability to turn themselves invisible to the common optic sensor. However, a well-alert being has the ability to detect a Cybertronian using cloaking technology. They also appear on radar, infrared, and thermal sensors. Characters also cannot fire their weapons while Cloaking, and must De-Cloak to do so. -Factions: The multiple factions that have been formed in-game. Autobot: The Autobots are one of the primary factions in the Transformers mythos. They usually find themselves defending both their own race and other species against the Decepticons and upholding justice and freedom throughout the galaxy.Decepticon: The Decepticons are one of the primary factions in the Transformers mythos. They are typically concerned with such things as conquering Cybertron, defeating the Autobots, amassing large quantities of energon, developing powerful weaponry, and beating people up. Not necessarily in that order.Governments of Earth: The Varous governing bodies of Earth. Differences in culture, religion, or state of mind have resulted in humans creating separate nations for themselves. They are unified through the United Nations, a group formed after World War II to help with foreign relations, as well as regulate Energon trade. -Signup sheet: Name: (Character name) Species: (Cybertronian or Homo Sapien. 18. Transformers: Regeneration Cybertron. For countless Metacycles, our home has been a place of peace. The High council kept the peace, while researchers pondered the secrets of the universe. Workers built magnificent structures across the entirety of our home, and the ways of war was unknown to us. The scars of the First Great War were gone, replaced by that of the Golden Age. An age of science, progress, culture, and exploration. Times were good. The Primes, our leaders, watched over us, helped us, pushed us to reach for the stars. And we did. Yet, after enough time, the Senate, the ruling body of Cybertron, becamee corrupt. As a result, the Decepticons began to appear. Organized by a former miner, now gladiator from Tarn, the Decepticons demanded the abolishment of the caste system put into order by Nominus Prime, and the removal of the Senate. The Decepticons, who were rapidly gaining traction as an Anti-Senate group, declared war upon the Senate and all their supporters, and attacked the Autobots, prompting Sentinel Prime to engage the Decepticon leader, the Kaon Gladiator Megatron, in combat. Sentinel died, and the Senate knew their time was drawing near. The Golden Age was over. The Second Great War had begun between the Autobots, and the Decepticons. In desperation, they ordered the next Prime, Zeta Prime, to use any means necessary to destroy Megatron and his Decepticons. Zeta Prime's continuous crimes in attempt to destroy the Decepticons led to the Autobots betraying him, and aiding the Decepticons to kill Zeta Prime, and dismantle the Senate. To the Autobots, this victory seemed to mark the end of the war, and were anxious to return to peace. Megatron had other ideas. He quickly ordered his forces to take control of Cybertron, forcing the Autobots back to their bastion in Iacon. Eventually, the war resulted in one outcome. The shutdown of Cybertron. An Exodus was ordered, and the beginnings of a final battle between the Autobot leader, Optimus Prime, the last Prime, and Megatron. In space, heading towards a portal through space and time, the duo engaged in one final battle, resulting in a stalemate in which neither could prevail. Their ships, The Ark and The Nemesis were lost to the stars. But other ships looked for them. The Distant Light, a repurposed Autobot freighter was one such group of Autobot survivors that hunted for the Ark, hoping to find Optimus Prime, their leader. Arriving over a planet in the system Sol. It was thereThe Distant Light was attacked by a Decepticon raiding ship called The Corsair. The two ships battled each other in the orbit of this planet. Through the course of the battle, the two ships disabled the other's shields, and dealt enough damage to each other to cause the ships to lose orbit, falling to the planet below. The survivors of the crash, when re-activated from the emergency landing, found themselves on a new alien world, uncharted, unexplored, and filled with organic lifeforms. As the Autobots and Decepticons start to repair themselves and become acquainted with this new world, their war begins anew. -An observation of 'Earth'. Earth. While the 'humans' call it home, it is different than those seen before. This Earth is rich in Energon, with only a faction of it being uncovered by humanity. Humans originally fought a war among themselves as they thought their Energon stockpiles were near-gone, over a vein of Energon in a territory called 'Serbia'. This sparked a massive war between two sides, which culminated in an armistice and treaty that would (hopefully) prevent such a war from happening again. This treaty also outlined an organization which later became known as the 'United Nations', hoping to smooth world-wide energon trade. Much to Human-kind's relief, more Energon deposits were found soon after, and more nations entered into this UN. While most Nation's qualms and fights had died down as negotiations were made to achieve more than economic goals, much cooler relations were maintained by several of the 'superpower' nations such as the USA and USSR, both of which are constantly trying to secure power over the other. With enough time to work on research without the threat of war or nuclear armageddon, the technological advances have been significant. In other times, humanity would've been capable of electrical-powered cars, mobiles phones, and the 'internet' by the start of the 21st century. However, in this case humanity was capable of accomplishing these feats before the end of the 8th decade of the 20th century. The current date in human-time is 1989, Humanity has gone to it's twin moons, Selene and Luna and found nothing but dust and rocks. Humanity has launched satellites and space stations, all in the name of 'Peace and Brotherhood'. Humans are able to constantly trade both Energon, and their 'fossil fuels' without risk of war. The last decline in the world economy was a brief dip in the charts at the end of the 1920s, and the few wars that occur are only brief revolutions in developing nations. While those who's vision is captured in the now see no problems, those who see into tomorrow fear for what they have built, and what might cause the scales of balance to tip... -Introduction: Welcome all, I'm Varren Rehn, and this is Transformers: Regeneration. This RPG is an alternate timeline of the Generation 1 timeline, which for all OOC references, is dubbed 'Primax 013.0 Kappa'. It raises the questions of what would've happened if Optimus and Megatron never arrived at earth? Did other Autobots and Decepticons look for them? And if these other Autobots and Decepticons ever get as far as earth, what sort of adventures would they have? -Rules: The rules of the game, which should be followed at all times. All BZPower forum rules, OTC forum rules, RPG forum rules, and this RPG's rules should be followed at all times. There shouldn't be a reason to use overly-obscene language in this game. Transformers have their own words, such as 'scrap, slug, or rust'. Use those as needed please. No God-Modding.No Flaming. You are not allowed to kill another person's character without their permission.Avoid making OOC posts at all costs. You shouldn't make a post that only includes an OOC post, as that usually leads to discussion in the gaming thread. You are allowed a current maximum of ten characters. You are not allowed to make characters who appeared in the G1 cartoon. All characters must be staff-approved before you are allowed to use them in-game.All characters require a staff-approvals to be approved for playing. All Canon characters must be approved by two staff members. All characters may carry one weapon. All characters may have one ability. -Staff: Head GM: Varren Rehn GMs: Krayzikk -Locations: While the Transformers universe is quite large, this is a list of the current locations available for play. Earth: Earth is in a time period known as '1981', or 'The Twentieth Century'. This version of the earth has two moons, Selene and Luna. These moons have changed the way time is measured, make the lunar tides much stronger and often, as well as making the nights significantly brighter. Although, humans have advanced their technology a long way, and the results of their efforts have produced faster vehicles, better weapons, and a data-net that could one day spawn robotic-based life similar to that of Cybertron's. In the meantime, humanity is woefully unaware of the Cybertronian's and their war, allowing a golden opportunity for the Autobots or Decepticons to gain the organic humans as allies.Autobot Base: The crash zone of The Distant Light, modified to accommodate the Autobots living there. The Autobot base is located on the northeastern slope of Treasure Mountain in Gunnison County, Colorado. The base is equipped with a groundbridge, medical bay, armory, and other amenities that existed upon the ship, or were constructed upon it’s crash.Decepticon Base: The crash zone of The Corsair, somewhat modified to accommodate the Decepticons living there. The Decepticon base is located at the coordinates of 6°10'51.07"S, 69°57'4.68"W, or the middle of the amazon jungle. The base is equipped with a groundbridge, medical bay, armory, and other amenities that existed upon the ship, or were constructed upon it’s crash. -Factions: The multiple factions that have been formed in-game. 20. Welcome to the official discussion topic for Transformers: Eternal Conflict! Once you have at least one approved profile, please post it here. Once you gain more characters, you can edit them into that post. Please make sure you have read the RPG rules before posting in either topic. But, now that the formalities are out of the way, you are free to discuss!
  21. The mysterious Transformer known only as the Timegate Traveler appeared on Cybertron one day. Nobody knows where or when she came from. She appears to hail from a future faction succeeding the Autobots, but no one can be sure. She appears to have limited control over time, and can speed it up or slow it down, or supposedly even travel through it if she taps into sufficient pure Energon. She wields dual tachyon blasters and her alternate mode is a Cybertronian hovercar. Vehicle mode Robot mode With tachyon blasters More pics and transformation in the Gallery This was my first attempt at making a G1-style Transformer, and I think it turned out well. C&C appreciated!
  22. Hello out there, Ptah here I learned about Hasbro's Construct Bots a couple of weeks ago on Geekdads. The short of it is Transformers given a Hero Factory twist. 10 Autobots and Decepticons as buildable, posable action figures with parts you can mix and match. I think Hero Factory with its longer history including the experience from Bionicle will mop the floor with the Construct Bots as far as sales go, but it got me thinking. If your favorite Hero had an alt-form to transform into what would it be? Heroes with vehicles has been done: Furno and Stormer have cycles. Heroes with attachments will be out this year: see Surge and his jet pack. But what would see Breeze or Rocka or even the villains transforming into.
  23. Anyone remember back in 2005-2006 when Hasbro made these little toys on stands that click that can be used in a battle game called Attacktix? Those were my favorite toys back in the day, one reason why I decided to start the topic. Basically, let me give you a basic brief summary of its history here. In 2005, the toy designers of Hasbro wanted to make a new game that didn't require boards or dice. After much brainstorming, they settled on Attacktix. For the rest of the year, they only did Star Wars, but expanded over to Transformers in 2006. With those two years, the game was pretty popular. They even jumped over to Marvel Comics, which made up their last line and they ended in 2006. You'll find more info on Wikipedia (I linked to its page on there.) Now for my Attacktix experience. Back in that time, I think I already had my first BIONICLE, Rahaga Bomonga. Whenever I had enough money to buy some decent toy, I would go to K-Mart and shop for a random toy. Back then, I did like Star Wars like any 7-year-old boy would, so I entered the Star Wars aisle and came across this new non-LEGO toy called Attacktix. It had some interesting looking figures and even promised a secret figure and a CD. Out of sheer curiosity, I bought it and took it into my room to analyze this strange new find. The result was a natural obsession. It quickly became my favorite toy and just had to buy more. The CD (which disappeared years ago) even taught me how to play the game. I believe I bought at least another Star Wars pack before buying a Transformers one. But shortly after that, Attacktix abruptly disappeared off of K-Mart's shelves. My interest for the game began to wind down until my teenage neighbor decided he was too old for the Attacktix figures he and his older brother had, so his mother handed them off to me (she gave me two giant tubs of LEGOs at another time). Something told me that her son like Attacktix more than I did, because his collection was more than twice as big as mine. The figures were new to me, and I even received two big ones. My love for the figures went on for about another year before I just moved on. But in seventh grade, a How-To project came up. How-Tos were presentations made by students in order to teach their peers how to do anything as long as it's legal. I looked back at my collection of Attacktix figures and taught my classmates how to play and even allowed the first kid who volunteered to come up in front of the class and challenge me to a game of Attacktix. And sure enough, the class jerk challenged me, as I have predicted days before. He must have had fun, because he made me skip snack break just to play another game. We even went back to class after eating lunch and played another game. We were friendly ever since. But I never played another game until I was in ninth grade. My bro and I went to my bro's teacher's house while she, her husband, and my parents went out for dinner and left us with the teacher's kid who was a year or two older than my 10-year-old bro. He loved Star Wars a whole lot, so I brought my Attacktix collection with me. We played a game and our friend enjoyed it (mostly because he won) and I promised him we would play another game in the future. But I haven't touched those toys after that night. You can discuss the game here. Did you ever play it? Have you ever owned at least 1 Attacktix figure? What figures were in your collection? How did you come across Attacktix? Do you miss it? Any fun memories?

Yeah... I had it built for Bricks by the Bay 2012 in Silicon Valley, CA and it won the Best Bionicle/Hero Factory Villain. Many of the children loved it and a lot of adults did, too, including other attendees and those that were there for the public day. I transformed it a couple of times there. It takes about 15-20 minutes for me to transform it.It is very heavy. Height in Robot Mode is about three feet, and in Beast Mode length is about four feet. As far as I can tell, this is the largest TransforMOC ever created. The tail would connect to the hand in Robot Mode, however it can't support the extra unbalanced weight. The main influence for this is Transmetal Megatron from Beast Wars, who is the best Megatron, yesss...Robot Mode | Beast Mode | InstructionsI'll take some more pictures and upload them later.
