  1. Hi everyone, I recently discovered this Bionicle drink bottle and Legoland cup in my childhood collection. Thought the community might appreciate some pictures of them. I'm also looking for more information on the bottle, since I couldn't find any references to it online. Does anyone else own this item, or knows more about it? Thanks!
  2. I finished posted my Kanohi collection to Instagram, so I wanted to share it with everyone here. To my knowledge, it's the most complete collection in North America (but if I'm wrong, please correct me). You can zoom in on Flickr, but I'd really appreciate it if you liked, shared, and followed me on Instagram! And if you have any masks that I'm missing and you're willing to part with them, please DM me! Instagram Posts: Whole Collection Part 1 (Mata and Nuva) Part 2 (Matoran, Ultra Rares, and Customs) Part 3 (G2, Metru, Hordika, Inika, Mahri, 2008 Nuva) Close Up of my three rarest masks None of these are for sale/trade, so please don't ask.
  3. In order to not flood GA (because yes, I still draw Bionicle-based stuff from time to time! Just never get around to posting it...), here's an art collection. All new stuff will be put here - if you're interested in some of my older works, there's a list at the bottom of this post. As for the rest and future plans, I intend to put stuff up as it comes along, new stuff on top, and of course update posts. Comments and criticism are greatly appreciated, as always! ---- query - ruins (posted 2021-09-20) - New Protector of Fire (see above; link leads to post in this topic) (added 10/03/2021) Protector helmet sketches (added 13/11/2020) Nokama Metru & Hordika (added 30/06/2020; drawn 05/2019) A-tak-nid (added 16/05/2020) untitled Toa (added 11/05/2020) Turaga Vakama (added 11/10/2018; drawn in 2017) Hahli Mahri Watercolour Profile (added 15/08/2018) Hahli Mahri Sketches (added 09/08/2018) Taka Nuvia (added 25/06/2018) - Original post (w/description) ---- Mantax (posted 12/05/2018) This was originally drawn in ballpoint pen, then coloured with coloured pencils and some gel pens. And then I re-outlined the whole thing because it was a mess, added the background (ink wash, technically.) I just really like Mantax's design, and it's been ages since I last drew him (six years or something. Time flies. D: ) I may point out that this was done without a reference because you know, I draw most things while on the subway, to uni. (obviously, colouring and background were added later, at home. I don't carry that many supplies around all the time.) So it's sorta inaccurate, but I'm actually fairly happy with it design-wise. ^^ --- Old art topics (from 2015 onwards, tho much older stuff is still on my brickshelf somewhere.) 4. I don't really have any rules for this thread. What makes your bionicle collection unique? Is it a rare part you have, or perhaps specific memories with the sets you own? Or maybe you have mocs that no one else does? Why are you glad you have your collection and not someone else's I've been officially collecting Bionicle since 2007, and I've spent a good amount of time rounding out my '01 rahi collection. One thing that I have that not many other collections do are mnog-only rahi like Mahi and Brakas. I also have a custom resin vahi crafted for me by ZiosCustomLego on Etsy. What do you all have that's unique?
  5. * Credit to josephkarins on Deviantart for the map of Mata Nui Hello BZPower people!!! I thought the best way to introduce myself and connect with the community here is to share some artwork I have made over the last couple of months. Just like many of you, Bionicle was one of those staples growing up that inspired me to be creative with my hands. This artwork is a fusion of those memories and my love for arttoys/urban art. I always liked the idea of variations off of one template so I've assembled the Toa Mata here in a similar style. Not too long ago I managed to reassmble my collection as kid after digging through old boxes and bins thorughout the house haha. Growing up I was fortunate enough to have all 6 members and I'm shocked that they survived all this time despite my destructive tendencies as a child. I came back to Bionicle in gapped phases but now I'm back in full force collecting more and more of something I enjoy. The hunt for that nostalgia is an amazing feeling, I'm excited to engage with everyone! * I'll be slowly updating this with new work!
  6. The next mask on my list is Flintsmith's Trans-Purple Kaukau. Once I get my hands on this mask, I am content in calling my collection complete. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find one?
  7. So for the first few months of 2020 I have been posting a bunch of my short stories on BZPower, most of them connected to versions of my vigilante Fe-Matoran character “Kanohi.” Because if you are going to make a Bionicle superhero, there are worse names than “Mask.” The story concept was a Matoran who would protect his fellows, guided by visions like Vakama had in LoMN. Because I freaking love the idea of that glitch. He would never become a a Toa, if fact his Destiny would be to always be a Matoran, never to transform. Since then I have explored a version of Kanohi over in the RPG topic, one who is a bit more of a mess than the one in these short stories. He’s a lovable mess though. He still can be a bit of a mess here, but in these stories he’s been a vigilante for at least a few centuries, he’s a bit more confident and a lot more experienced. Either way he continues to grapple around on Volo Lutu Launchers, helping the Matoran he can. Point is, I figured I should make a little library for these short stories, in case anyone is interested in reading the adventures of Kanohi, outside of the Six Kingdoms RPGs. They are all fairly short, no epics so far, and if I do make an epic I don’t think it would involve Kanohi much, and instead would be about a version of the Toa Inika. Spoilers for one of my continuities though. Anyway, please enjoy these short stories about a Matoran vigilante trying to protect his people. sprite made with the Danska’s Bionicle Builder sprite kit Kanohi: Core The Core Universe Of Villagers, Outcasts, and Heroes: The short story that started it all, this takes place in the island of Mata-Nui, during the events of the Mask of Light movie. This short story is removed from most of that movie’s plot, just him rescuing some refugees from Ta-Koro from a Rahi. This story is canon to both the Core Universe, the Kingdom, and an alternate universe based off the vision Karzahni showed Jaller in the book Dark Destiny. The Willing Exiles: A short story taking place post Mask of Light, in the months when the Turaga tell the legends of Metru-Nui. For some Matoran there is a disconnect with the great city, they feel no attachment to it, Mata-Nui is their home. For others, the revelations the Turaga give are almost a betrayal, as the knowledge they withheld could have helped some outcasts be less isolated. Kanohi feels both, and his bond with Turaga Vakama is damaged. New The Tool of a Matoran a.k.a The Kanoka Project: While not necessarily taking place in the core universe of Bionicle, this story takes place in a timeline after the main storyline. Marendar and Velika both perished, but not after the Toa became extinct and every last Toa Stone was destroyed. In this new era Matoran seek new protectors, and have begun experimenting on themselves to create artificial Toa. In this time a Ga-Matoran joins an experiment to become empowered, unaware of ulterior motives behind the project. Kanohi: Fear In the book Dark Destiny, Jaller witnessed a vision of a world where he did not sacrifice himself for Takua. The Chronicler was killed, the Toa Nuva were overwhelmed, and the island of Mata-Nui fell into everlasting shadow. Of course, this vision does not make sense in canon, as Teridax would not be content to rule a mere island, nor kill the Toa Nuva. So instead of adhering strictly to the vision, I used it as a springboard for a world without a Toa of Light. It is a dark age, Ta-Koro and Onu-Koro destroyed, the Turaga imprisoned, a horde of Rahkshi enforce their Master’s law, all while six false Toa encourage the Matoran to submit to the Makuta. Of Villagers, Outcasts, and Heroes: also canon to this reality. The Company of Cowards: In this short story thirty seven Matoran flee for the south, guided by visions Kanohi has had of another island. Among the voyagers are the Chronicler’s Company, Nuparu, and Hewkii, all hoping to find asylum from the Makuta, and hopefully allies to free Mata-Nui. A Village Against the Rahkshi: Things have changed drastically for the Matoran, both the refugees of Mata-Nui and the hardy folk of Voya-Nui. With the Chronicler’s Company gone to fulfill two desperate destinies, the remaining Matoran find themselves under attack as six Rahkshi land on their island, searching for the escaped refugees. The Matoran of Mata-Nui only know fear from the Rahkshi, but the Voya-Nui Matoran have not been beaten yet. Kanohi joins them with his Volo Lutu Launchers in defending their village from the Rahkshi, but he strangely requests the Matoran capture and not kill the Rahkshi’s Kraata. What has he foreseen? Those We Choose to Forget: A story taking place in a poor village of Mahri-Koro on the shores of Aqua-Magna, millennia after the Makuta’s defeat. Here Turaga Macku is swimming, when the Chronicler of Spherus-Magna comes on a visit, asking for a forgotten tale. Kanohi: Kingdom The Universe of the Kingdom of the Great Spirit, the universe Takanuva visited on his journey to reach Karda-Nui. Of Villagers, Outcasts, and Heroes: also canon to this reality. The Willing Exiles: also canon to this reality A Restless Freak in Paradise: A short story about a version of Kanohi in the Kingdom Of the Great Spirit, years after Takanuva visited it, but before the people all migrated off Aqua-Magna. In this era of peace, where the Toa no longer protect the Matoran what use is a near powerless vigilante. Kanohi: Rebirth An alternate timeline spinning off of Six Kingdoms Escapement, where a version of Kanohi in his past experiences a vision of the events of the first season of the incredible Bionicle RPG. Knowing that his homeland may be destroyed, he resolves to become a vigilante hero early, to prevent the horrible future from coming to pass. The Impact of a Rebirth: After having a vision of a future, noted failure Kanohi resolves to help his Toa and his island as a vigilante. His first struggle? To help rescue Matoran as a fire raged in their swamp of an island. Kanohi: BZPRPG Kanohi was originally created as the amnesic Fe-Matoran Dece for Act One of the BZPRPG. He was a member of Stannis’s Companions, but after the group disbanded he did not show up for almost a decade. Now as Act 3 begins much has changed, Dece is older, more paranoid, and more desperate to prove he has value. Whatever happened in the interim, he now has adopted the vigilante identity of Kanohi, grappling through Le-Wahi helping travelers and Rahi alike. Other Stories Interview with a Supervillain: Ultra Agents came out during my “Dark Age” but a few years ago I discovered their sets, and was enamored by their villains. Struck by how LEGO often makes their own villains, but rarely their own original superheroes, and the fact that “Tox” was a hero of sorts in the Ninjago show, I wrote this story about a former villainess running into an old adversary. It’s a little preachy, I was less subtle back then, also was in a mood, but if you want a story about a vigilante and a former ultra agent being more than a little gay, here you go.
  8. Hey everyone! I've never visited the forums before, nor touched Bionicles in many many years. I started collecting religiously at around 4 or 5 years old, built every set I could get my hands on, read the comics and chapter books, watched the movies, etc. I was the hardcore fan that I assume you all still are! Anyway, I am now 19 and moving out, and have rediscovered all of my sets. As for pieces, they are all stored in one large tub (estimated 70 sets of varying sizes.) I have many of the boxes that weren't cardboard, and also many of the instructions. While I cannot guarantee every single piece being in the bin (as I purchased some sets from thrift stores and yard sales that already had pieces missing) I can personally say that they were well taken care of and 95% of the pieces are in there. I am looking to get a VERY general appraisal/ballpark as to what my collection might be worth if I were to put it up on Craigslist! Here is a list of the sets/items I have. 9. After 16 years, I finally complete my collection of Bionicle Generation 1. In my collection I wasn't interested in playsets and tiny sets like good guy, bad guy etc. Full gallery: https://imgur.com/a/iE0rH
  10. >< The storm had passed and the sky was filtered by sepia gold, matching clouds hung low but were no longer dark in wroth. The waters of the ancient sea now calmed like the heart of the ship-wrecked fisher. His once-thought immortal anger had died and been reborn into partial understanding, and plenty of confusion, but overall peace. His body unconscious, he floated among the waves of the grounded sea as his mind floated through the seas of time and space. He saw things he thought impossible. Things many would find as blasphemy. Clouds, both earthly and interstellar flew past him, was well as close stars twinkling and lightning flashing, inhabited aerial oceans between the stars and rippling rainbow ponds, and ground growing and receding and changing color, black and brown did the hard porous stone shift before the untouching tired standing of the fisherman’s soul or mind. Which of the two he did not know, perhaps they were one. Away from the bounds of infinity and upon a large floating rock in the mortal plane, he lived breathless, face-down into the water-world from whence he emerged a little while ago. It was when finally his body approached the beach of the southwest, and when his fingers slid across the wet muddy sand his mind returned from the distant known and unknown, something cracking in his mind. The images flashed before closed eyes, the fantasy of reality. His drowning body close to the murky sea floor of liquid sand, the sea beneath the sea, the earth ready to devour his corpse. His eyes red with the pain of dying and blood vessels pulsing white before his pupils as the monster emerged from the brine. The memories flashed: the beast with skin of living stone and runes of glowing blue and eyes to match, spread out the branching gills on its neck and throat, and spoke to his mind, claiming coming peace to the soul at war. The behemoth put its head under the fallen body, and when it sunk onto a large rune of light between the eyes, the beast opened his prickle-toothed mouth and shouted the name of the corpse-to-be in a voice deep enough to rival the deepest trench. “THASOS” And with the ringing of the powerful shout his brown eyes darted open, and starving lungs pounded so hard that the man flung his head back into an arched neck with hair over his face and gasped like his first breath decades before, the echoes making many a creature take flight before he collapsed. His entire body washed up onto the white beach, his tired hands grasping the clumpy erosion as he attempted to view the land’s horizon and the sky beyond through the curtain of wet dark mane that veiled his sight. What felt like – and probably was – an hour had passed, and he began to finally crawl forward, the weight of exhaustion still tying him back. His green and brown skin tinged in burning from old Solis Magna. He attempted with failure to get up on his feet, three times the charm did the trick and up he went with a steady groan and a chorus of spinal pops. He looked around himself, his view of the world returning as the sepia filter waned and found his blade sheathed by his side, but his trident and the powered mask of his forefathers was missing. Not having the Mask of Mailflesh saddened him, he had grown to rely on this family relic and the loss meant losing a reminder of his father, but perhaps it was for the best and that hatchet be buried. His mind pierced, forcing him to continue. Foot prints, the first of them leveled by the waves, followed Thasos into the semi-arid plains of the New Land he found himself in. He thought some then commented in a parched utterance: And so I finally return to the homeland of the artificial bane of my people: Neateir. “Lead forward then.” In starvation Thasos picked the resources of the camp of his enemies after discovering it, and even crippled them so the devilish Metal Men of the Sea and their warlord Takadox wouldn’t be invading his home of Ketoteir while he was away to appease the beacon that held his leash. He left the light brush and travelled down the beach enjoying the fruits of his labors. Later, he noticed that as he made his way down the beach and eventually docks, none of the fisher-men and sailors recognized him. He had slain many of their lot after they slew many of his own. The Tajunites had over extended their fishing waters and reaped the food of his people, and he defended Ketoteir then too. He touched his scarred, bearded face with a smirk. If only they knew who they walked past, I might actually be overwhelmed by the infuriated thieves. I see now why the mask was lost… Night fell and Thasos stood before the walls of Tajun. He was commanded to go in there, the home of his foes. The walls were not the best, but from what he heard from the sailors and fishers on the beaches and docks, Tajun was ruined decades before in a war against half-giants. Men made of metal and flesh, half-giants? What sort of world was this? Ketoteir had been cut off from the lands to the east for thousands of years and so only some passed word of rumor and news reached his homeland; but many saw the clash of the titans and everyone saw the effects of their battle. Especially the homeland, the Whale Land, the return of the seas and the spread of green made the islands paradisiac, but also brought on new challenges. These thoughts came and went as Thasos found a gutter at the base of the wall, and was able to dislodge the temporary barring before replacing it and skulking about in the moonlit ravine city. Special white-blue fire danced in lanterns held by post and being alike, likewise held by both guardsmen and walking citizens. Much of the population had people like himself, agori of various ethnicities, but also the metal people like the ones who terrorize his homeland, but here they seem more peaceful and ill wanting of harm. Not all are like monsters he has faced. He looked down and sighed, and then looked up and smiled as he snuck through one of the street-levels of the canyon settlement and looked inside of the wall-carved homes that had yet to retire to bed. By the light of the white-blue fires and common orange fires, many a family and friends were laughing, and crying, and eating, and all around enjoying their company. They may be different, but really they were all just like his own people. There were wide ramps with stairs to the side that connect the levels of Tajun, so he took one and exited the white cliff-road before entering the next. Thasos felt the urge to go in a certain direction, admiring the view of the city as the central shallow river at the bottom glittered in Dimmelykt’s moonlight beneath a stretching grail, and continued until the urge stopped in front of a door, and he sighed, and began thinking of ways to explain before eventually and hesitantly knocking on the metal door. The weight in his brain had to be lifted. A heightful agori of sand-blue skin tossed and turned in his bed. He felt the nightmare as if he were there again. It flashed about him, initially in the distance, then up-close until the pale ghost was in his face, the texture of its mask being navigable to the eye lit by the glitter of a red jewel it was so close in proximity. It’s white bandaged hand crept out of the equally pale sleeve and grasped the bumpy forehead of the agori, and with it flashes of a purple crystal in an eastern desert, and metallic rocks in the sky from beyond the clouds floating down towards the ground. Then there was the image of a tall being in a golden robe being visible only by its back as a white light glowed in front of the figure from a pit and a humming grew louder until the man bolted upward in a shower of sweats and shakes to the sound of knocking on his bolted door. The agori breathed deeply, and listened. He was already scared from the vision, but he knew he heard knocking, and so listened for it to come again before letting his paranoia take over. He sat up shirtless on his bed, stiff as a statue, before getting out of bed gently and going to put an undershirt on, his eyes unblinking in doe-eyed fright as his ears concentrated. Suddenly, the knocking happened again. His heart began racing, and the tall man walked over quietly to unsheathe a short sword and hold it ready. He walked out of his room and approached the windowless door, standing outside before it as the knocking came again, this time a little harder. A single hard knock pounded on the door and the resident peeped in fright. A grizzled voice in a slight accent spoke softly but sternly. “I hear you little mouse. Open the door at once, I intend no harm. I need your help.” The resident stood in fear. He felt sincerity in the man’s voice, but his paranoia told him to not open the door. He must have waited too long as another pound sounded on the door. He mustered his strength to speak finally. “If you truly intend no harm, then please stop banging on the door, it doesn’t inspire confidence.” Not to mention it might attract guards “What do you want?” The stranger hesitated, then replied, “I need someone who can read and write, and I was told to come see you”. The resident then lifted a barrier on his door to reveal a peep-hole, and concluded that he was no Skrall. But he seemed kind of wild: He had unkempt hair that was damp, a green and brown face littered with scars, a short beard, and wore ripped up clothing. This guy sure has seen a thing or two, he thought. His curiosity almost got the better of him and almost unlocked the door, but checked himself, readied his sword, and asked another question. It was a bold one, but he thought it couldn’t hurt. “Do you work for any skrall?” The man outside sounded confused and replied, “What? What are Skrall? My patience is running thin and I have a headache, let me in already!” The sand-blue man was dumbfounded by his response. What?! How does he not know what Skrall are? Who is this guy?? There the resident’s curiosity got the better of him and he unlocked the many locks of his door and opened it for the stranger. The first thing the stranger saw was the tired, completely confused face of the man he needed to speak to, and it made him grin. The sand-blue agori asked him in bewilderment with the sword still in his raised arm, “Who the heck are you??” “My name is Thasos: sailor, fisherman, and guardian of Ketoteir. Now get that blade out of my face,” He said and then simply backhanded the sword out of the person’s grasp like he just swatted a fly. Thasos observed the house-dweller: He was taller than he imagined, actually just a thumb taller than himself, had a white undershirt on and long gray underwear, brown wavy hair and a reddish-brown trimmed beard, with darkness around his eyes. Thasos walked into the house without permission and looked around with his head, noticing some displayed artwork and a table filled with papers, before turning it to the side and spoke to the resident, “And what’s your name, mouse?” “It’s… Iaredios…” He replied. He couldn’t believe who had walked into his house, a living legend, more of an infamous one in the city in which he made his home. If Iaredios so inclined, he could get the guard and get reward money for getting an enemy of the city-state. But greed is not his passion and saw it for being only useful for basic needs and wants. He snapped out of his disbelief and described himself, “Hello Thasos, my name is Iaredios, and I am a chronicler. I collect things of historical value and write scrolls pertaining to things of the past and current events. I am guessing this is why you are here?” “Yes”, Thasos simply replied. Iaredios approached him and held out his hand, which Thasos saw and turned around to answer with a shake. The blue man noticed that his newfound guest smelled awful but tried his best to ignore it. “You are far away from home, why in the world are you all the way here in Tajun, at my home, at this ungodly hour?” he said and proceeded with a yawn. “I… I do not know exactly, Yardos. I was blindly led here by a beckoning. I just know that the weight in me needs to be lifted, and to do that it must be written down. You fit the bill I suppose, yes?” “…A ‘beckoning’?” A part of Iaredios questioned the fisherman’s sanity, but his spiritual outlook on the world had him intrigued over the wording. “I guess I do fit. But I must ask if we can do this when the sun rises? It is in the dead of night, man. And my name is Iaredios.” “That's what I said. I guess we can, but at least some of the weight must be lifted immediately, and I will not take no for an answer. The sea beast has cursed me with visions that haunt me and give me mental pain until they are moved. Prepare a blank scroll, scribbler, and tell me when you are ready, and I will pour out to you what comes to the surface of this inner storm.” Iaredios didn’t understand some of what was said but felt like he had little choice in the matter. The use of the word scribbler reminded him of a close encounter with the Skrall in the north, but focused on the task at hand. He closed the door and locked it, and gathered a blank scroll and ink and quill after clearing room on the table. Iaredios went to fetch a white robe and lit the lantern above the table with the white-blue fire used by Tajunites, and sat down. Thasos came over to the table and sat down in one of the spare chairs, and stared into open space as he opened his mind to the expansive library that was forced upon him, and his mind went through the expanses of time and space in the confines that were revealed to him. So he began, and the chronicler wrote with haste…
  11. (Let me preface this topic by stating that I'm pretty sure this isn't quite the proper subforum for this topic, however I'm not entirely sure where it would fit. It's more of a showcase of various Bionicle media more than anything). Some of you may know me for my 2001 Rahi Revamps or my Bionicle: Audio-Narration Project, but for those of you who do not, I am Joev14, owner of Infinite Inspiration Incorporated. As a huge collector of Bionicle, and of Lego in general, most people are impressed to hear I own every single Bionicle set from 2001-2010 and 2015-2016 (including Click, Klakk, and Turaga Lhikan, while excluding all other non-canon promo sets). However, while I am personally proud of my collection of sets, I am in many ways even more proud of my collection of Bionicle Literature. Over the years I have not only collected every chapter book, but also every other piece of literature and media you can imagine, from comics, to games, to physical copies of story serials. So get ready for a showcase of every piece of story material you might need to immerse yourself completely, in the world of Bionicle. For reference, I plan on creating physical editions of The Crossing, Journey's End, and a compiled edition of all the Bionicle short stories. 12. Hi! I have a large collection of gently used Lego Bionicles for sale. There are too many to list, so if you have a question as to I have a particular set or not, just ask! Prices are very negotiable so just offer!
  13. I was looking, and I'm surprised that I haven't seen one of these topics before. So, it's exactly what the title says. And tibia topic is solely meant as a place where you can brag about your huge collections to late-comers like me. (JK) So, like I said, I'm a late-comer to Bionicle, just getting incredibly into it in the last two months or so, so I only currently have two masks from G1 that I ordered off of Bricklink: 1xKadin, Mask of Flight (On Toa Nuparu) 1xNoble Rau (Melded Metru type, on Ahkmou) And for some reason I swear I have an Akaku somewhere off of Kopaka Mata, but I have no idea why I have that feeling. So, post your Kanohi collection!
  14. I have decided to sell nearly my entire collection of Bionicle sets, as well as a couple Hero Factory sets. I am also selling some books and the entire run of the comics from 2006 to the end, starting from Ignition #1. These comics are all in decent shape, except for Ignition #1. I have instructions for most sets. Those sets that I do not have instructions for will be ~$1 cheaper than their brethren with instructions and will be noted as such. I, however, have packets of instructions with no (complete) sets to go with them. These will be on sale at the bottom. If purchased in bulk, the prices on these will be greatly discounted. Only two or three sets have their original packing, these will also be noted. Once all of these sets have sold, I will sell a large bucket of random parts that I have amassed. The reason that I am not selling this at first is because many of these sets were once in this bucket, and although I did my best to sort them, I may have messed up. I want to ensure that every individual set is complete and that everyone has received any missing parts before I sell what likely contains those missing parts. Payment is primarily money, but trades for Technic sets and Power Functions elements may be acceptable. Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but if that is not an option, contact me. Prices may be discounted if multiple items are purchased together. Payment for shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items are shipped from Mississippi, US. All sets contain the exact pieces required to build the set, no more. I would prefer not to split the collection up, but if you desperately need just one or two, contact me. The books are $5 each. Again, however, they are discounted when bought together. The books are: The Official Guide to Bionicle Bionicle Chronicles #1: Tale of the Toa Rahi Beasts (x2) Adventures #1: Mystery of Metru Nui Adventures #4: Legends of Metru Nui Adventures #7: Web of the Visorak Bionicle: Web of Shadows The price of the bucket will be approximately $25-$40, to be determined later. In closing, I have a few sets remaining (this is where the "nearly" in the title comes into play). These are sets I would rather keep, but if you are desperate to have them, then make me an offer. Fair warning, though. These I really like, so the price to purchase these would be higher than everything else above. Here are the sets: 8535 Lewa (This also contains the parts to convert him into Lewa Nuva) 8578 Gahlok-Kal (The arms and legs are that of a normal Gahlok, but the shields, head, and Krana are that of a Gahlok-Kal) 8746 Keelerak 8953 Makuta Icarax 8699 Takanuva 7116 Tahu Contact me if you have any questions!
  15. http://imgur.com/a/ULbLO Pic 1: what I have Pic 2: what's for trade (or sale, but trading takes priority) Pic 3: kraata I have (red line = I have it) The rest of the kraata pics are the ones I have for trade. My krana collections are complete (minus stuff like VMKK's and SSKK) and I only need a few more Kanohi to complete the Mata, noble, and Nuva collections. If you see any spots you can fill and will trade, don't hesitate to tell me! There's a few I'm missing here and there besides those so if you have something you don't see there, let me know. I'll give you a good trade value for any masks or kraata I'm missing. I will trade a protodermic Hau Nuva for the protodermic Kakama Nuva. Anything else, just ask.
  16. Hello everyone, I’ve been lurking around the forums without an account for a few months now, and decided it was finally time to make an account. I’ve got a large collection up for sale, I’m moving out of my parent’s place so I have to sell a bunch of my stuff. Only the sets are for sale, they do not come with canisters/boxes. The majority do not come with instructions either, however I do have 6 booklets included. 18. Sign up to be eligible for a Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes demo code! Welcome to Okoto! Here on Okoto, we (and that means everyone!) are obsessed with collecting constructible action figures called ‘Lego Bionicle’ from another universe! How do we do this, you ask? It’s simple, really! We discovered an ancient portal device deep within the Temple of Time a few years back, and ever since then, we’ve been collecting all of these figures like MAD. As far as finding the figures you want… well, that’s a bit of a game of luck. But you never know, the RNG might roll in your favor! One thing we have discovered is that it’s far easier to find figures of a character that shares an element with you. You’re all new here, so let’s dive on in! RULES Have Fun! Do we really need another rule? AVAILABLE FIGURES BIONICLE 2015 – WAVE 1 Protector of Fire (Fire) >> 45% Protector of Ice (Ice) >> 55% Protector of Water (Water) >> 35% Protector of Earth (Earth) >> 45% Protector of Jungle (Jungle) >> 50% Protector of Stone (Stone) >> 50% Tahu, Master of Fire (Fire) >> 17% Kopaka, Master of Ice (Ice) >> 20% Gali, Master of Water (Water) >> 8% Onua, Master of Earth (Earth) >> 12% Lewa, Master of Jungle (Jungle) >> 18% Pohatu, Master of Stone (Stone) >> 21% Lord of Skull Spiders (Shadow/Jungle) >> 4% BIONICLE 2015 – WAVE 2 Skull Grinder (Shadow/Fire) >> 15% Skull Warrior (Shadow/Ice) >> 45% Ekimu (Creation/Water) >> 4% Skull Basher (Shadow/Earth) >> 25% Skull Slicer (Shadow/Jungle) >> 55% Skull Scorpio (Shadow/Stone) >> 35% HOW IT WORKS Each round (48 hours), a new dimension opens. Each player will select three figures from the available list to try and find; I will then spin the RNG from 1-100 for each figure and if it lands on one of the correct numbers, then that player will get that figure. Example: I decide that I want the Protector of Fire, Protector of Stone, and Lord of Skull Spiders this round. I would spin the RNG for all three: -If the RNG lands anywhere between 1 and 55 for the Protector of Fire, I succeed; anything above 55, I fail. -Likewise for the Protector of Stone, I succeed if it lands between 1 and 60, but fail if it lands above 60. -For the Lord of Skull Spiders, because the chance of finding it is only 5%, the RNG needs to land between 1 and 5 in order for me to succeed; it is much harder to “find” than the other two. But let us not forget that you have an element of your own! When attempting to find a figure that shares your element, your chances of finding that increase 1.5x. Example: My element is fire; I want to find the same figures as before. For the Protector of Stone and Lord of Skull Spiders figures, my odds of finding them remain the same: -60% (1-60) for the Protector of Stone -5% (1-5) for the Lord of Skull Spiders -But because I am fire, my odds for the Protector of Fire now look like this: 55x1.5=82(rounded down). This means I have an 82% chance of finding the Protector of Fire (so the RNG can land anywhere between 1 and 82). Certain figures (such as the Lord of Skull Spiders) are associated with two different elements. Whereas only Jungle players would receive the bonus when searching for a figure like the Protector of Jungle, players of both Jungle and Shadow will receive a bonus when searching for the Lord of Skull Spiders. This can help to offset the rarity of certain figures. If your RNG roll fails for a figure, I will spin it a second time. If you own any other figures of that element and the second roll succeeds, you will receive a “duplicate figure”. Duplicates are not worth any less, but they can be traded to other players; if you have two Protector of Fire figures and someone else has a second Protector of Jungle, you could each trade your double in order to attain a figure that you might be lacking. Right now, both waves are available! For Ekimu, all players (except those of the Shadow element) gain the 1.5x bonus; players with the Water element receive a 3.5x bonus. The first player to collect every figure will win! COLLECTIONS ROUND ONE ROUND TWO ROUND THREE ROUND FOUR ROUND FIVE SIGNUPS In order to signup, post saying so, and also post your element. You may choose from the following: -Fire -Ice -Water -Earth -Jungle -Stone -Shadow Signups will remain open for 48 hours, after which they shall be closed and the game will begin. There isn’t a limit to how many people can play, so feel free to invite all of your friends! PLAYERS 1. Blade 2. fishers64 3. Toa Chuck 4. Pahrak 5. Bonkle 6. Forgotten Chronicler 7. FF 8. Nescent 9. 19. Hi! I've decided to sell my entire collection of Bionicle figures, minus a select few I'm keeping for nostalgic reasons. I collected from 2001 to 2010, and at an estimate, my collection is 85-90% complete (discounting exclusives and the likes). The sets are assembled, and many of them come with instructions. Few parts may be missing, but I do my best to point out such things in the sale site. I'm selling the sets in relatively small lots, and to put out feelers, I've first put up three lots consisting of figures from 2009, but you're welcome to contact me and ask about any other sets. The offer is aimed towards those living in Denmark (hence why the site I'm using is Danish), but people living in other countries can make offers as well, provided you're willing to pay for shipping. Since I am still trying to figure out how best to do this, prices are negotiable. Links to the lots I already have up for sale: http://www.dba.dk/lego-bionicle-figurer-7-stk/id-1020070770/ http://www.dba.dk/lego-bionicle-figurer-8/id-1020070989/ http://www.dba.dk/lego-bionicle-figurer-5-stk/id-1020070940/ I will try to keep this thread updated as I put up the other lots - but as mentioned before, feel free to ask about other sets, as I have most of the sets released in the first generation of Bionicle sets.
  20. Thanks to a Youtuber that I follow, I learned yesterday of four Sonic the Hedgehog games that were never released to the public. They were bundled together and called the 'Sonic Dream Collection.' I watched a couple videos on Youtube that showed people playing them, and my response to them is this: WHAT ON EARTH DID I JUST WATCH?!?! These are seriously some of the weirdest games I have ever seen played. One of them has you mess with Sonic's body, making his head and limbs bigger and smaller at random. Another is making six second videos of Sonic and his friends, which turns dark very quickly. (I'm not surprised the plug was pulled on this one.) And another has Eggman helping you on what I could only describe as a 'date' with Sonic. (Yes, you read that right.) And it takes a turn for the insane very quickly. I would link a video to these games, but the people I watched play them use language that is not appropriate for BZP. But if you do look it up on Youtube, be warned that some of it is actually kind of dark for a Sonic game. Especially the Movie Maker at certain points. I'm still question how these exist....
  21. Nescent approved. This is a topic to show pictures of your Bionicle collection or list what sets you have. My collection is very small, and I will post a picture tomorrow.
  22. I'm a fledgling collector who's making a point to attain some of the 2001-2003 Bionicle sets. My major concern is with the coloration of the white pieces that often turn yellowish brown under certain conditions. Is there any way to preserve my Kopaka Mata's pure white? Thanks in advance for any info.

  24. When I was young, I was quite a fan of LEGO and Bionicle. I stopped after a while, and my collection sat unused in my attic for a few years. Recently, I found them again, and decided to sell them off to someone who actually wants them, and I was directed to this site. Please note that none of them still have their box nor build guide. With the 43 Bionicles that I am selling is a box of pieces that include unbuilt sets. Also note that some of these are not in perfect condition, and may be missing small parts, most of which should be found in the spare pieces box. For pricing, I am not sure what price people would be willing to pay for a collection like mine, considering the fact that they are used. I am selling the whole collection together, and not as individuals. Current Price: $400 Here is the list of Bionicle which I could identify: -8587 Panrahk -8589 Lerahk -8590 Guurahk -8591 Vorahk -8592 Turahak -8593 Makuta -8578 Gahlok-Kal -8538 Muaka and Kane-Ra -8567 Lewa Nuva -8568 Pohatu Nuva -8601 Toa Vakama -8602 Toa Nokama -8614 Nuurakh -8623 Krekka -8811 Toa Lhikan and Kikanalo -4869 Rahaga Pouks -8740 Toa Hordika Matau -8744 Oohnorak -8747 Suukorak -8762 Toa Iruini -8920 Ehlek -8930 Dekar -8921 Pridak -8910 Kongu -8912 Hewkii -8913 Nuparu -8923 Hydraxon -8924 Maxilos and Spinax -8944 Tanma -8947 Radiak (2x) -8948 Gavla -8949 Kirop -8688 Toa Gali -8733 Axonn -8625 Umbra (x2) -8728 Toa Inika Hahli -8731 Toa Inika Kongu -8728 Toa Inika Nuparu Pics: http://imgur.com/3NnoYoR http://imgur.com/cwIw7Qq http://imgur.com/H0qBwID http://imgur.com/cItj1Wm http://imgur.com/xig4hHG http://imgur.com/F0HqYwg http://imgur.com/90pQJsE http://imgur.com/V1Rjndu http://imgur.com/kMXQreo
  25. Here's the Toa Bota, created by the powers of the mad Great Being on Bota Magna. Kapura wields two Flame Catch Swords and has a Mask of Confusion. He still possesses his ability to move incredibly fast and is the deputy of the Toa Bota. Hafu is armed with two Chisel Picks and wears the Mask of Focus. Hafu will often quickly chisel chunks of stone into powerful weapons, such as huge spikes or blades. Taipu continues to have his incredible strength and arms himself with a Pickaxe, Mining Ussal, and a Mask of Endurance. Macku is armed with a Kolhii Staff and Kolhii Shield, and wears the Mask of Waterwalking. She continues her close relationship with Toa Hewkii. Tamaru holds two Air Elemental Launchers and wears a Mask of Airwalking. Tamaru continues to be afraid of heights, but thoroughly enjoys gliding through the jungle. Kopeke is the official leader of the Toa Bota, and wields an Ice Elemental Launcher, Chronicler's Icestaff, and a Mask of Foresight. Kopeke continues to be silent, using his mask to hopefully identify his team's destiny.
