Haecceity
Maaan, feels like I've been off BZP for a while. Anyway, I was messing about with stylistic choices recently and decided to try something a bit different. I wanted to test the style before I actually worked seriously with it, so I decided to try applying it to a Huna. This was the result. (Yes, that is a thumbnail. A rather large one. Click it.) C&C (and cookies) appreciated. =3 Edited April 29, 2015 by Haecceity Jam Quote If you found this text, know that Kevin isn't real. He's a fairy tale to scare children. Kevin. Is. Not. Real. Chro
Very nice technique here. Really conveys a sense of age to me.I assume the title refers to the Huna as the Mask of Invisibility? Haecceity
Very nice technique here. Really conveys a sense of age to me.I assume the title refers to the Huna as the Mask of Invisibility? The title refers both to the Huna's power and to the fact that I never got around to sticking the rest of Vakama in the picture. =P Thanks for the compliment. As far as technique goes, I used Inkscape to sketch the Huna, did some brushwork in GIMP, brought it out to a separate program to add more splatters, and stuck it back in GIMP to add detail and work out the colouring. Hitoshura
I like what you did with the "watery" effect...gives the pic a mysterious feeling. Good work, got really nothing else to say. Quote profiles
