Kopekemaster
Okay, I have to imagine that we've got some Don't Hug Me I'm Scared fans here. Discuss, speculate, express horror, etc. I've recently fallen prey to some awesome Tony the Clock/Notebook fanart, such as this one. Quote My Writing Blog (more writing coming soon!) Archer Vonn
first one was whimsical and satirical and charming (and way scarier) but the second one blew. it was funnier but simpler in its message. they tried to recreate the magic and failed. shouldn't have attempted it, honestly. Hodor
The first one wasn't very good either, honestly. I mean, it was watchable and I can understand the appeal, but it was honestly kind of overblown in hype- the second was just all around terrible, though. Kopekemaster
I think I liked the second a bit more, actually, maybe because there was more (this is probably going to sound silly) character development, in a way? Master Inika
I think that the second one was doomed to be not as good because the shock value was gone. That being said, I do feel like the second one had a purpose. The first one was about conditioning kids to be obedient in the name of "creativity," while "Time" was about conditioning kids to accept things like time as objective fact and not think about the more humanistic aspects of it.
