IC: (Snakey)

What the karz did this guy think he was doing?

Axes? Too far. way too far. This guy needed to be taken down.

Again, Snake teleported behind Omega, who had apparently dodged the kick, and leveled a sword to his throat.

"Let's stop messing around, mate. We've all got better things to do with our time." He winked at the enraged insect queen opposite, and said: "So, what's it gonna be?"

OOC: Just to ask am I allowed to use my weapons?

IC: Omega

Omega stopped mid charge and realized what the Makuta he was doing. His rage cooled down and he let himself be subdued by this clearly more experienced Rahkshi. "Alright mate. Just keep that ***** away from me.".

Ic:

Well, this was certainly unexpected.

The small beefcake had thrown a warning at him, and as Hashan was going to retort, a green Rahk shouted at them.

The beefcake then threw (pushed a few feet) the green Rahk, which turned into a full out squabble.

He couldn't help himself and burst out laughing at the entire scene. He quickly quietened down when another Rahk teleported next to the beefcake with a knife out. Still though, it was fun while it lasted.

IC: Suvok's eye started glowing, bright and piercing, but the fight died down before he had to start using laser vision to separate the students from each other. Or from their limbs. They had to start learning discipline at some point after all. Still, there were no real damage done, nothing but some bruised pride going round. The ritual of giving each junior assassin their target carried on without incident

IC Phogen:

Swaggering up to Suvok with a rather neutral expression, Phogen made the metaphorically resonant decision to lean over the side of the stage and clear her throat slightly, more in formality than anything else. In a voice that sounded oddly hypnotic and ethereal, and twinged with an ambitious intelligence, she asked "A quick question: would those of us not receiving a name that would still find such an educative experience to be profitable and enlightening be permitted to offer services and assistance to those involved?" The neutral expression fractured slightly into a Rahkshi equivalent of a small grin.

Essie: "Small talk subroutine complete. Were my useless vocalizations inane enough to bring you a sense of comfort?"

IC Phogen:

The Rahkshi gave a hissing laugh that would have sounded too much like something a Makuta would make for comfort. Using her powers to direct her voice to Suvok alone, she said "Oh, come now. You don't think of me as that gullible, do you? I pick my friends very, very carefully." Bringing her voice to a locally audible level, she said "I would prefer the term 'beneficial allies', but perhaps friendship is not out of the question." With a smirk, she returned to a seat in the front row.

IC: Chekquars (Hallways)

Having taken the distraction of a couple of other students fighting to slip a bit further ahead in line, Chekquars was soon out of the Gym. Glancing down at the slip of leaf and the name inscribed there, he memorized it quickly enough and folded the leaf once and twice, then tucking it into a pocket of the cloak.

He started off towards the Dormitories but soon spun on the spot and covered himself in Darkness. The Rahkshi darted down a few random hallways before setting off for his actual destination: the Cafeteria. He didn't want to make the fatal mistake of letting your opponent follow you right to where they need to go. Chekquars had read about the evil warlords that made that mistake, and those were the warlords that weren't lording over much more than a jail cell or their grave.

Entering the Cafeteria, he took advantage of the noise and clamor to get into a dark corner without being seen, though with his powers being seen was the last of his worries. Being heard was pretty low at the moment as well, being followed was still foremost with getting touched pretty high up. While getting smelled might also end badly, he reasoned the Cafe stunk enough to at least give Chekquars fair warning before anyone found him that way.

And he probably would deserve getting caught if his chaser found him via taste. That would just be embarrassing.

Satisfied with his hiding place for now, he allowed himself to focus on what he knew about his target and what the best course of action would be. And, of course, how the best way to brag after taking down his target without getting taken down himself by whomever had him as a target.

IC: Glass

Glass looked at the paper and looked around. None were noticing him yet, but you never know.

The rest filed out, very obviously avoiding each other.

Glass whistled(how does a Kraata whistle?) on the way to the dorm-

"Where is Glass' dorm?!"

######.

Squid was being ambushed by that hyperactive Omega guy.

Help? Or don't help?

"Yes? You called?" Glass asked as he thrust his staff into the back of Omega, who was turned away from him.

IC: Exxan.

Exxan walked quickly out of the gym. He had his target, but now was not the time to go after them. His first priority was getting the target off his own back. He went to the armoury first, aquiring as many small knives as he could.

Bundling them up in a satchel, he headed to the library, found the most secluded corner he could, and got to work preparing his ambush...

IC: Xara.

Xara calmly drew her swords and looked around warily. She was still in the gym, but she knew there were a number of Rahks in this room who might decide to attack her right off the mark.

Blades still at the ready, she leaned back against the nearest wall, and silently began to observe her own target.

IC: Dodge-256

When 256 received his target, he quickly made for the armory, swapping out his hammer for his usual and trusted (but boring) spear. He then flew with great speed towards the Chirox Causeway; he would need to skip school for a while and get some supplies. If it came to it, he knew a ghost that was offering room and board...

IC: Green

Green also took flight, but she was headed to the cafeteria. Her insects needed to eat too, after all.

OOC: @VahkiDane, a level 2 magnetism Rahkshi isn't powerful enough to pick people up and push them around. Also, you're doing a lot of autohitting, which I think is still against the rules of this game.

IC: Xara.

Being careful to watch her back, Xara approached Phogen. The gender-confused Rahk had been observing everyone earlier, and they'd said they may be willing to help out the participants.

He/she may prove an invaluable ally.

"I hear you're offering your aid to the participants?"

IC Phogen: From her reclining position in her seat, Phogen checked her claws idly, in a bit of an effeminate pose of confidence. "Indeed I am. Favors for favors, you see." Bringing her feet down she smiled at Xara. "Provided you are a good client, I may have loyal customer discounts in the future. Whats the weakling word for it?" She put a mocking finger of thought to his chin.

Pulling it down, he growled back, a bit predatory and enthusiastic. "Ah, yes, friendship." He leaned forward, crossing his hands. "So, friend, lets talk business. What can I do for you today, my dear?" He seemed suave now, a skilled businessman with a bit of a chilling, if not charming, masculine charisma.

Phogen enjoyed being hard to pin, and was loving this assignment so far.

OOC: Pronouns will change as gender does. This post was a good spot to demonstrate this.

IC: Squid

While Squid had been weakened as a kraata, Rahkshi tend to be more powerful. Entering his armor had recharged him in a sense, and he managed to hold off against the much larger Omega as he charged into them. Squid activated his flight power, flew over Omega's head, and accidentally kicked his back trying to land, sending Squid crashing into the wall... again.

IC: Xara.

"I'm not interested in friendship, I'm interested in information," she answered evenly, still keeping an eye on her surroundings. "I want you to find out who is hunting me. What's your price?"

IC Phogen:

"Ah! A difficult assignment, no doubt. I ask your services in a negligibly difficult plan later, and an ante of sorts..." He motioned for her to whisper...

C: Squid

Squid walked over to Glass, and talked to Omega's kraata, who was stuck stuck to him.

"You know, a level two magnetism kraata is pretty useless outside of their armor. Whoever is supposed to assassinate you is gonna have a good time when they found out we've got your armor."

Squid then stood up and said to Glass, "You say we take his armor to Suvak and see what he has to say about it?"
