IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn "Oooooh... oooh." Zeal cringed all the way down to the lobby, surveying the damage with gritted teeth. "You alright there Hakari?" he queried in a quiet tone.

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn "I like your attitude," Zeal said with his silver grin, grabbing up his cloak and pulling it over his shoulders. The familiar shape of Hakari's mask only just now clicked with him, as it was one he wore on his own face. "Race you down to the stables?"

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven "Pay me no mind, I'm but a crazy old man," Zeal said in a somewhat contemptuous tone. Two-hundred-sixty-seven years, give or take, and I'm already on a bloody cane. He shook his head. "Do we wanna wait around a little longer or start for Ga-Koro? The idea of actually leaving this sodding inn has be a little antsy, I'll admit."

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven Sipping at his tea, Zeal gave a nostalgic sigh. "Le-Koro's probably my favourite place, although I may be biased since I washed up in Kanae Bay. That said..." another sip, "... Ga-Koro has the best darned tea on the island. There's this tavern, I forget the name, and the tea there is just... epic." Zeal grinned from ear to ear, daydreaming.

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven "Mata Nui's a very... hit-and-miss place. Fine and dandy one moment, Karzahni itself the next. Seems like the island itself has a penchant for getting into trouble..." Zeal grinned reassuringly. "So, why're you heading to Ga-Koro?"

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven He raised an eyebrow and let out an uncomfortable laugh. "I've had enough Nui-Rama for one lifetime..." Zeal turned to Hakari and relaxed. "So, tell me about yourself."

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven The Silver Toa stifled a laugh, but quickly assumed his Serious Face. "Sorry, man, perhaps if you catch me in a worse mood." He poured Hakari another cup of tea, this time offering cream and sugar, grinning mischievously at her.

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven The Silver Toa shrugged. "Your call. We'll wait here a little while longer in case anyone else answers my ad. We could start with names, they're always fun." Zeal suddenly groaned and smacked himself in the forehead. "I'm a moron. Would either of you care for cream or sugar? Both? Neither?" In all truthfulness Maxxta's determination and bluntness was making Zeal very uncomfortable.

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven "Uh-huh." Though he didn't show it, Zeal was incredulous at what Maxxta had just said. Whatever happened to starting off slow? He turned his head to the energetic Lesterin, praying for something more reasonable (and legal) than an assassination contract. Hearing Hakari's idea, he nodded slowly, understanding her terror fully. "I like that one, let's go with that one." Zeal turned back to Maxxta and said "If you'd care to, you could accompany us."

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven Pouring his guests' tea he chuckled, to himself more than anyone. "I didn't tame anyone. I freed Aki from an infected mask and he's been following me around since. We respect each other, is all. Don't get me wrong, he's dangerous. Broken his fair share of stable gates in his time." Another chuckle. Zeal handed Hakari and Maxxta their cups and saucers, limped over to his bed and sat on the edge of it. "So here's the gist; I'm Zeal, and I need something to do. What'd you fellas have in mind?"

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn, Room Seven "Hiya. You here about the ad too? Do come in," Zeal said, pulling the door fully open and waving his guests into the somewhat messy room. "Tea? I've just brewed a pot."

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn "Room Seven," the frankly baffled receptionist answered. Zeal heard the racket from downstairs and became distinctly more worried for his personal safety.

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn The knock at the door nearly made Zeal spill his tea. He hadn't been expecting a reply to his ad so quickly. "Hang on a second!" he yelled, fumbling for his cane and limping to the door. Grabbing the door handle, Zeal closed his eyes and inhaled deeply before opening it just a crack and peering out. "Hi. I guess you're here about the advertisement?"

IC: Zeal - Top of the Tree Inn In the Top of the Tree Inn, Zeal sipped at a cup of tea with ink-stained hands. For once in his life he was vaguely satisfied with how things were going. You see, Zeal had spent the last couple of days painstakingly printing the same notice over and over again, enough to be posted all over Le-Koro. Enough to be noticed: DRIFTER FOR HIRE Toa of Fire w/ Kanohi Kakama. Slight limp, armed with cane. Generally clueless to current events. Kane-Ra available as transport/pack mule. Will take payment in Tea. (especially Ga-Koro export) Will Not Go To Po-Wahi. INQUIRE WITHIN AT: TOP OF THE TREE INN, LE-KORO The Silver Toa reclined in his seat and allowed himself a small smile.
