I disagree with the reviewer about Ninjago losing all Japanese ties. It still retains some of it...if you look past the mist of tech in there. >.<It is a good set, but I'd get it for the minifigs, nothing else.
I am sadly dissapointed in LEGO for making foolish modernized twists. It was not so bad the first year, but now....I just want to see more traditional Japanese things, that's what makes Ninjago such a good theme....Please LEGO...drop the horrid vehicles and bring back the Dragons!I am not saying it is horrible now...I am just dissapointed in LEGO. Maybe things will change.
Oh, I love LDD. It's very entertaining and creative. I've designed my own Ninjago sets. But the best mode, in my opinion, is LEGO Universe. By far. (They have Inika and Piraka heads, along with some 2005 Knights Kingdom minifigure helmets!)
I love NINJAGO, it's one of the best things LEGO has out! It is in the same catagory as BIONICLE, in my opinion. Everything is so wonderful about it, the architecture, the environments (Floating Ruins ), everything. I know all about NINJAGO and I'm a great fan. I look forward to seeing where it will go in the future.
