  1. I'm also surprised no one's brought up another point: If Teridax hadn't impersonated Dume, the matoran hadn't have been willing to head to the coliseum to get put into a coma. Sure he could have forced them, but there would still be a few who would hide or leave or resist, and maybe even break the matron spheres or do something else to really screw up his plan. Impersonating Dume was a slicker way to get the matoran into the coliseum. Yeah, and, storywise, Teridax wouldn't wan't another Makuta as a minion- other Makuta would be too powerful and too willful. Dark hunters were good enough (he thought) to deal with matoran resistance groups and/or toa.
  2. Just my thoughts-A. I would bet hundreds of dollars it will never happen. The fan base is too small, for one, and the characters look like robots. It seems lots of people think bionicles are robots, and it's confusing that they are merely biomechanical creatures. That might be a bit of a hurdle. Also, the toy line has been discontinued, but that isn't as big a concern seeing as this is assuming Bionicle did or was coming back. B. I would be very angry if there were live humans. Personally, I don't like that idea, because humans don't and won't and shouldn't have any part in the Bionicle saga. C. It would be amazing and awesome if it did come out.
  3. IC"My house...?"Two large Nui-Rama insects came tearing around the corner of the Koro. One hit a house, and drove it's arm right through the building. They were multicolored, fully armored, their multi-faceted eyes flashing evilly and the huge sharp claws gleaming just as frighteningly. Laki was very, very glad he was with two toa and a little matoran who seems to be able to fight pretty well. He ducked behind a house as a stinger flew past him, missing his head just in time.If only he had some disks; he could actually use those. The streets were empty, and Laki seemed to have little else to do but call for help.So he did. "Nui-Rama! In Le-Koro!!"
  4. ICDespair and hope...? Must have been members of the team..."Separate? Were they in one body or something?"OOCBy the way, if you want us to get attacked or look for something or the like, I'm open. This conversation isn't really getting anywhere...
  5. Laki laughed. "Not to be bad-rude, but is Love that cheerleader?" He asked as they walked across a flimsy looking rope bridge. "And is your quest-mission public? What do you fight-do?"
  6. "The emotional spectrum..." Laki muttered. That explained 'Love'. "Is that a toa team? I've no-seen any lately." He was about to ask if they had any distinguishing characteristics, but realized that was a bit contradictory. If they had names like 'Love', how could he miss it? "Sounds thought-interesting."
  7. OOCHaha. That's funny. :DIC"Sure-much! Right this way." Love immediately followed, but the other two hung back, speaking quickly in voices Laki could barely notice. He let a few thoughts of suspicion cross his mind, before pushing them away. He wasn't one to judge them. There were worse things. That skakdi girl had recently been stabbed by a vortixx. Things weren't getting much better for Mata-Nui. Or Le-Koro. It was right of them to be suspicious of a Le-Matoran hanging out in a crime filled area, working on a 'repair-job'."So!" he said when Mardi and Pourge had caught up, "Are you happy-allowing me to speak-ask your purpose in Le-Koro?"
  8. One of the Matoran had two kantana on the set.Yeah, but that's because Lego doesn't have massive amounts of cool looking weapons. The weapons do something else, they just happen to look like Lewa's air katanas. Anyway, I think Velika is a good guess, or someone like him. He's been around for a while, but isn't to developed so it wouldn't take away from the character; he's important, but minor enough too.
  9. ICLaki decided not to speak aloud his inward amazement at a Toa being named Love. Who named themselves after emotions? And of all of them, Love? After her next sentence, Laki decided she wasn't that bright anyway."Of course you've not-heard. It was a... tongue-slip. I meant Xa-Koro. You've heard of that, right? Best-parts bad-worse that Le-Koro's worst-parts. Ever-speaking of which, we should get fast-moving. As I said, this is Le-Koro's worst-part."
  10. IC"Laki. I was not-much truly fear-running from you," he said, "trying to get back to sleep-home quick-fast. This is dark-bad place in Le-Koro. The bad-slums. Which is very good-nice, compared to other far-koro. Some are all dark-bad, like T-Xa-Koro" Laki said, catching himself from speaking the word Ta, considering the (most likely) Ta-Matoran in his presence. "Here-now because of repair-job. What brings you-folk here-now? And what are you're speak-names?"
  11. Laki looked around in confusion. What did that toa mean? Stop? What?He was now facing two similar looking toa of the green (he thought he was quite good at telling plant toa fro air toa) and a white and red matoran. Probably from Ta-koro. In these days, the group wasn't too unusual."Good-greetings. What exactly did your thought-words mean? And what brings you to this part of Le-Koro?" he asked.
  12. It really depends on how you define more tech. Bionicle had a giant robot big enough to house an entire world, and incredibly advanced technology. Hero's factory's main characters are robots, and it sems most civilians are too. I said hero factory, because it there isn't any much techno-organic stuff. It seems most of the world is robotic.
  13. ICLaki sighed and rubbed his eyes. That was one fraying rope support. Baerl would have along laugh at this day: falling off Le-Koro, a funny dream-vision, and spending the whole day untying a huge support, getting more rope, and re-setting the entire support. It was early night, and he needed to be getting back. The support was helping hold up a bad part of town; there was a reason the rope hadn't been checked lately. Laki was the only matoran brave enough to repair this district, so he had to spend a great deal more time here than he wished. It was night too; even worse. He slid down the rope and landed silly on the pad. He looked around silently, and made off swiftly in the direction of his house.OOCHoping for interaction, if anyone can spare a character.
  14. This is likely the best thought out idea for a matoran prefix I have ever heard. Although there are many ways to work around it, I think it's a good theory/idea.Now what I think would've cool is a topic discussing all these matoran Prefixes and possible matoran prefixes, such as Ka meaning energy.
  15. Well, for me, it sort of came out of the blue. I hadn't even given a thought to it's closing, but now that I think about it, I can see the signs: Free-to-play version, a widely advertised ninjago world, lots of new competitions and things that members get, etc. And I agree about the money. About 10$ a month is way to much. I would have bought it if not for the price.
  16. Really? I think it looks incredibly barebones. Nothin but a big pen and a few turrets. I'm not too excited. This seems incredibly similar to Dino attack, and the sets are Lego's average; the huge helicopter, little rover, boat, armored tank car, etc. that dozens of themes have. The dinosaurs look cartoony and unrealistic like usual, and this theme will probably have the lifespan of half a year.Sigh. I miss new and unique themes. I'm still waiting for another awesome futuristic line.
  17. I think that a toa of telekinesis (we have one of those, right?) would be really powerful I he/she was smart. Doing a bit of telekinesis in an enemies brain or heart, or the bionicle equivalents, would be incredibly damaging. They could also fly, steal the opponents weapon/mask or do a good old darth vader strangle. One would really be powerful.
  18. Event the mask of time can't turn back time. It can stop it, yes, and slow down or speed it up, but it can't turn it backwards.
  19. There we go. The Melding Teridax is truly and absolutely incorruptible. Not exactly. He does have a strong enough will to overcome most, but even he could still succumb to temptations if he's not careful, and that could lead him down a bad path in the future.Exactly. He knows it. But he wants to face temptation, and overcome it. He's that awesome.
  20. How, mechanically, would a toa move the speed of light or sound? Just because they control an element doesn't mean they are able to go as fast as it. Also, on the actual topic, I think that a Toa of sonics could control vibrations, but it would be just like vibrating something with sound. So they would be able to make earthquakes. Hmm...
  21. If a scorpion sting kills you, the scorpion came from nature, so that's a natural cause, too. So Certavus's death is probably from a disease or something. That may be, but usually natural causes refers to old age. If you died from a scorpion sting, your death would be classified as 'killed by a scorpion'. I thinks it is safe to assume Certavus died of old age.
  22. How you thought up of such a great sounding name I will never know. But it does make matoran sound inferior, which they are, but they are also, by far, the most common beings in the universe. They are average, so I don't think it fits. Maybe some sort of way of saying normal kanohi. Still, it's a great name.
  23. I'd say Lariska, becuase you can't beat impossibly athletic beings with knifes and robotic arms.
  24. Because they have to. Imagine if the story ended with teridax winning and everyone dying.
  25. OOCSorry for taking so long. i spent forever trying to get the stupid search engine to work so I could see were the Verik character is... ICLai nodded. "yes-sure. Let's get to a heal-doctor. I'd take you to Verik, but I haven't seen-spotted him recently. I think we can seek-find one in the higher areas; he's more part-time." Lagi helped the injured toa of ice across a rope bridge and towards the said healers hut."A Tarakava, you say? They're not that find-common in Le-Koro; only in swamp-deep regions. Very much-interesting..."
