IC: Silvanni So fun fact. Did you know Vortixx can also use Kanohi, go ahead and check BS01 neets. Don't know why so few of us do it in these games, but hey, guess that means more reasons for me to be a trendsetter. Truth be told, I've been in love with this mask ever since I saw in the war games, and if they owner had passed, may as well carry on the legacy. Who's more charismatic than little old me? Do you know the kind of things I can sell with my own words? Plus things were getting a little tense, a little charisma should lighten the mood. There was also the added benefit of few people knowing a thing about this mask, I'd assume Noroi knew, and the organizers, but seeing as I'm the only person who can read these things I had a secret weapon of sorts. Thus I donned the mask, another power added to my admittedly weak arsenal. Shopkeeper A was having fun alright. "Ladies and gentleman, please give Mr. Kale and I a minute of your time. Do you really think any of the organizers, especially that host, will just acquiesce to your demands? You scratch their back, and they'll start reading a book. They are above us chimps willing to scratch one another, but if you want change. True change you can believe in." vote for Obama My mouth curled into a grin, "Why I suggest you pay attention to the full plan. It's quite simple you see, we're not attacking them first. No no no, first we build up our power, beat a few heralds. Put them in our debt and in no position to argue against our demands. Then we force them to return us to our homes. If you don't like that plan, you're free to leave." Already I could feel the mask working its magic. Magic that no one else knew about. I love my job.

IC: Silvanni I'm chopped liver. I really am. I mean apparently he shook my hand off screen. But no one even knows I'm here. Wasn't I supposed to be the co-conspirator here? Always forgotten. Like Van Buren. "Kale buddy, you grabbed that before I could. Would you mind showing me that mask in your hand?" Odds of being forgotten again?

I mean if FTL was any indication. A space RPG can work pretty easily if properly set up. -
IC: Silvanni How in the world did I become chopped liver? Right. Demigod!Kale. Screw Kale. IC: Onaya Onaya wasn't pleased with the situation, the tournament had looked to be fairly interesting, and the tactics shown by his team during the War Games had been quite formidable. Personally, Onaya had been looking forward to a chance to test his own abilities. Yet here he was, stuck in a foreign island surrounded Nihilistic Cultists whose very foundation was illogical. Again, this wasn't the ideal situation. He still remembered the deaths, and while his blood didn't start boiling like his friend's probably would have, he was still visibly agitated. An extreme for a person who always had a calm front. Their deaths had been so pointless, and quite frankly maybe he was starting to buy into his friend's ideals of heroism and justice. Either way, he wasn't happy with the situation. That's when he saw it, a staff lying next to the smoldering remains of one of the facility walls. From it's appearance it was obviously a Rahkshi Staff, fragmentation if Onaya recalled correctly, but it felt far more important than that. Curious, the Vortixx walked over to grasp the staff and instantly felt the presence of it's former owner. "Boomstick." The name came naturally out of Onaya's own mouth, he wasn't sure how or why, but that was the name assigned to this weapon. Looking out past the destroyed wall, an odd realization crept over Onaya. A certain clarity regarding the status of things. No, the original owner was not dead, they had been the one to destroy this wall and following some ridiculous feat managed to escape the tournament. Logically, Onaya knew it to be impossible, but just like his buddy did on a daily basis, the former owner was able to defy logic. I guess you were right buddy, there are some things in this world that can't be explained.

I also just don't see GoT working from the basis of how political it tends to be. Sure you could turn it into some sort of hack and slash fantasy game, but then you've sort of lost the point of GoT. Plus there's nothing differentiating itself from other fantasy adventures. Ashfall in particular. If you go the political route, well you could end up with a similar situation as Kentoku with a climate that favors that sort of thing even less. At least if recent games have been any indication. -
IC: Etov Assistance? Gems? Thoughts? I wasn't sure what I could do. Still, I owed him. "Meg a dnif uoy pleh lliw I tub, won thgir reffo ot sthguohts on evah I." Others were talking now. I observed. IC: Silvanni I'd been in the back of Engineering room for a little while now calming plotting and looking for materials. Make no mistake I was still absolutely livid , but a calm mind was needed to take down all these s. Already another body had gone to waste, and while I made note to collect the weapons later, for now I let them rest as I searched. In particular that Kanohi would be useful, and that knife would be deadly in the hands of skilled wielder. Still, I didn't exactly know how many allies I might acquire, if any. That's when I heard the clap, and someone talking some sense. Slowly, I emerged from the back of the engineering room, "Well, well, well, seems like there's someone else around who isn't some deadbeat. I take it you and I had similar intentions?" My eyes then took note of the fact that the weapons and the mask were now missing. "Already snagging the goods I see, I guess great minds really do think alike." Now I'm still a little polite, despite being off, so I held out a hand. "The name's Silvanni. How about we team up?" And that neets, was what I figured would be the start of a beautiful partnership.

IC: Etov My eyes awaken. I survey. Memory unclear. Wait. There was a video. I am in a tournament. Well I was. They called it Landfall? Odd name. I was supposed to end the bloodshed. Or was I supposed to observe. The Watcher wasn't here. Wait. I heard a voice. Llun was here. I saved him. Perhaps I should help him. I get up. "Ssucsid ot tnaw uoy od tahw?"

IC: Silvanni Hey there neets. off. Sorry I'm a little right now, and while I generally enjoy being the center of attention the fact that the hand above has to make all you no lifers privy to my thoughts right now really pisses me off. Like I get it, I'm a fictional construct here for your pleasure right? Well that, don't I get a break when the world that I was enjoying was going to ? But no, you all have to know about my thoughts all the time. Bunch of bloody s you all are. Always sticking your noses in other people's affairs. Well fine, you wanna know my thoughts then I'll tell you my thoughts, but don't expect some joke interpolated here and there for your pleasure. This time, I'm talking for my sake and my sake alone, not even the bloody head above gets to have a say. You get what I'm saying now, cause if not, I honestly don't give a anymore. You're reading my thoughts and if you don't like them or don't get them then get the out. First off a moment of silence for the deceased. Now I didn't know the ones that everyone else is mourning for, Anna, Ellitra, Reezo, whatever, I may not have known them but death still sucks. Don't misunderstand I loved killing in the Arena, it was a great way of relieving boredom by experimenting in all sorts of fun and exciting ways. But here's the key point no one died. You hear that. No death. Because you know what death is? It's the end, capisce, finished. Everything they were, everything they could have been, every single missed connection is just gone. I hate that, it's the perpetuation of boredom, that eternal slumber. I get bored while sleeping unless there's a really nice dream, but death is a sleep without dreams. stupid. It's a waste of everything, and you don't even get the potential excitement that their life might have brought. The more people, the more stuff happens. The more death, the less people, means the less stuff happens. So yeah death sucks, and now we had some edgy motherer talking about saving the world and setting us free via death? Shut the up. His idea of a brainwashed cult was also dumb and annoying. Freedom, chaos, that's what made things interesting. Robbing people of their individuality made things so bloody boring. So yeah I'm , I just got robbed of all the things I was enjoying because these s thought life would somehow be more interesting in a cult. Oh and let's not forgot the poor Shopkeeper. He's the guy I liked the most out of all the sorry sobs who got killed by this whole mess. The guy hadn't even done anything wrong and I was just developing a sense of camaraderie with the guy. So while everyone else is off crying their hearts out for Anna and Elittra, I'm here bearing the torch for the Cap'n Tronameg. But hey, I'm not an idle person, these cultists had me off, and I was going to make sure that they suffered in the most painful way possible. So while everyone else was moping around for two weeks, I'd been busy planning and plotting. Screw Bionifight, screw the Cult, screw you. I'm not about to let some edgy wannabe four horsemen invade my excitement. That's why I'm heading off to Engineering, time to see what I could scavenge before I went off on my own. One last thing, you neets, and if one of you dare complain about the grammar in my own personal thoughts I will kill you. I'm as right now, there's no reason my thoughts have to be coherent.

Bionicle Mafia: The Sinful Fifteen
Let's Henshin! replied to Let's Henshin!'s topic in Games & Trivia
Night V: Be Yet another mission for the mafia, and at this point the killer's ego was inflating even more. Which, truth be told, is saying something considering how big it was before. Then again, who could blame him at this point, it was the fifth night and not a single member of the Mafia had been killed. The village, despite its years of experience, was performing miserably. Which just made the mafioso's job all the easier, and for that he was a little a grateful. His target tonight was the being known as Takia Nuva, who was currently pouring over records from her job. As of current, the village had failed to execute a single mafioso and Takia Nuva held herself personally responsible. Still, at least they had managed to kill the null, that was at least something. Perhaps the next day she could abstain from her duties, for once she would able to save a life. Unfortunately she didn't have long to dwell on the matter for her head was cut off moments later. A beheading for the executioner, morbidly fitting. Takia Nuva, Secret Role B, Executioner, Killed by Mafia. Elsewhere the Toa screwed up again and stabbed Burnmad in the chest. At this point I was just wondering if he'd ever get his act together. Burnmad, Matoran, Killed by Toa. Suspect List Chuck Manducus Tyler Valendale Major Maes Hughs Underscore Executioner: Starting the 2nd Day and every other day henceforth they can choose to treat a hanging as though it were a majority null vote. They are aligned with the village. Heading -

Isn't one of the Jaliax sisters a lawyer?

Made some edits. Name: Etov Eht Species: Walking Stick Power/Weapon 1: Transformation: Etov's first power is the ability to switch between stick form and Toa form. He is also capable of partial transformations, such as turning one arm into a stick. While in his stick form, Etov can only be wielded by someone else for maximum of five minutes, any longer and the power of the watcher will create a rapid burning sensation. Power/Weapon 2: The People's Voice: As a representative of the people, Etov is able to establish mental "chatrooms" thereby allowing it to communicate with others without being overheard. Only two rooms can be set up at a time and each room can have a maximum of three characters in it. Power/Weapon 3: Role Call: Etov has long been privy to dark secrets, and thus has the ability to instantly analyze and discover the powers and weaknesses of people he sees. This essentially allows Etov to read their profiles for this game. Appearance: Etov normally appears as just a normal stick with a brown bag hanging from the end. The stick, while relatively long, is not rather intricate. It appears to be made out of a rich mahogany wood, but it's durability proves to be on par with most metal sticks. Etov is unsure whether this is a result of not being made out of mahogany or whether it was the Watcher's meddling. However, when not in the obviously superior stick form, Etov appears as a generic, if somewhat lanky, brown Toa. The bag normally found hanging from the end of the stick, now appears over the Toa's head with two slots cut out for the eyes. Other than the bag, there is nothing abnormal regarding Etov's appearance. Biography: Etov was one an average stick lying in the middle of the forest, but that all changed when the Mafia attacked. It wasn't long after, that a mysterious being known only as the Watcher picked up Etov to be his stick. This is the moment that Etov's considers to be its birth. Accompanying this being on his travels, Etov saw a world of bloodshed. Every day and night, Etov would see villagers and mafia engage in petty feuds that only served to perpetuate an ongoing cycle of violence. In addition Etov found itself dismayed at the faith of the nulls, and while it may have been relegated to forever observe in this particular universe, the cries of the nulls did not fall on deaf ears. At each village Etov would collect the spirits of the nulls in its bag and later release them to the wild. Not long after Llun was noticed by the tournament organizers, did they notice that Etov would make for an interesting combatant as well, and thus the stick found itself in a new realm where it was no longer a mere observer. Personality: Etov have a wooden personality, indeed the being has been called a stick in the mud. Rather bland from its years of merely observing, Etov rarely engages in combative action, preferring instead to observe and comment. That said Etov will take action at things it perceives as foolish, this includes mindless violence, oppression, hatred, and other sins Etov saw committed by the village. Etov's voice is also rather dispassionate and it is rare to discover any traces of emotion within it. Finally Etov prefers to serve as a weapon for others instead of itself.

The point is that no matter how much experience you may have off site, you have next to none when it comes to RPGs on this site and absolutely no experience when it comes to the OTC. I've RPed on quite a few different sites at this point, and I can safely say that BZPower's RPing community is rather unique. GMs here never start out as just GMs, they all have worked they way up after having been players for a while.
