MAKUTA!IC: CalikCalik was suddenly awash in shadow, which was why he didn't know what hit him until it was too late.A boulder slammed into him from behind sending him spiralling to the ground. His head was spinning, and felt the coppery taste of vomit in his mouth. Karz, he thought, blasted shadow, blasted rocks, blasted lava...Wait, lava?He spun around, seeing a wave of lava surging towards him. He screamed and ran as fast as he could, though he knew it was a futile effort. It was out-pacing him.Calik spotted a massive piece of rubble nearby, possibly big enough to shelter him from the encroaching wave. It was his only shot.He charged at full-speed, launching himself onto the side, before frantically climbing, fending off the heat and nausea. Just a little higher...OOC: Will he live, will he die? Only time will tell...-Void

IC: LuxLux stared in bewilderment at Solia.'One of these days, Solia, you're gonna have to reveal all these weird secrets you're keeping in your head,' he said, 'It'll drive me up the wall, otherwise.'-Void

IC: SyrynSyryn chuckled, but he had no humour in it.'Unfortunate, but that is the way it is. The world has been destroyed, and instead of setting aside our differences to re-build it, we continue killing each other over the few remaining resources.'-Void

IC: Gunner Gunner shook his head sadly before he followed Lohkar into the hole. This job would be the death of him, he knew it. This was the second time, that day, he had gone into a mysterious hole in the ground, leading to a place that at least one other group was trying to get to as well.Insanity, he thought, as the darkness swallowed him.-Void

IC: CalikIf Calik could think straight, he would have groaned inwardly. Now he had two people to deal with. Two annoying people.He lunged for Hexxon, only for a new batch of shadow tendrils to hit him, ensnaring him once again. He roared, lighting his arms on fire, burning away the dark tentacles. All of his concentration was on keeping the fire going, so he dropped his sword and blindly charged at Hexxon again.IC: DeltaDelta nodded, already heading back to Sigma Garages. She could only imagine what Lux would say when he heard about this...-Void

IC: RynekkRynekk turned back to the newcomers, and deciding to take a page out of Plagia's book, waved a said, 'Hi, there. Good to meet you.'Wow, I'm not cut out for this friendly stuff, he thought.-Void

IC: LuxLux shrugged, 'If he wants to stay, he can stay,' before turning back to Le-Koro. It was still as wonderful as he remembered, and he couldn't help smiling broadly.'So, are either of you hungry?' he asked, wincing as he remembered Solia's hunger pact, 'Er, sorry. Um, uh...'He continued fumbling for words for at least a couple more seconds, before just shrugging in defeat.-Void

IC: RynekkRynekk quickened his pace, catching up to Greel.'Pardon my asking, but when did we start getting popular, and easily approachable?' he said, keeping out of earshot of the others.OOC: FYI, I'm specifically writing Rynekk to suddenly be kind if a crank all of the sudden.-Void

IC: CalikCalik suddenly felt a surplus of noise invade his head. It wasn't pleasant, but at least it wasn't getting wor-No, it got worse. Much worse.It had grown into mental agony, driving the Toa to his knees, both hands clutching his head. He could barely think straight. He felt all the work he had done, improving and sealing away memories. It felt the mental barriers he had erected break down, and a flood of memory hit him.Calik, why?!I had to do, don't you see?Brother, are you mad!I love you, why won't you see that.You...killed him?Calik felt himself become overwhelmed by this, all the bottled pain, regret and agony unleashed in one fell swoop. A white-hot rage filled him, replacing the mental torture easily, with a new kind of torture.He picked his sword back up, charging at Hexxon, in a blind fury.IC: DeltaDelta almost fainted when Tarius brought up the reward. If Lux chipped in, this could be the break Sigma Garages needed...Of course, she needed to convince him to join the cause, but that would be a problem for the future.'Count me in,' she said immediately.-Void

IC: LuxLux half-shrugged, half-nodded, saying, 'Ur, actually I have to head into Le-Koro, to pick up some stuff. Something...came up, suddenly.'He shifted uncomfortably in his seat, trying not to look either Toa in the eye.-Void

IC: CalikCalik switched on his Calix, dodging the bolt with microseconds to spare. He whirled back to his opponent, sending an orb of fire hurtling at Hexxon.You have no clue what you've gotten into, do you?, he thought very loudly in his head, hoping that Hexxon would pick up on it.IC: DeltaDelta grinned and sat down in the nearest chair she could find.'So, please, continue,' she said.-Void

IC: PlagiaPlagia smiled, 'I'm fine. Nothing that a few drinks won't fix,' she looked over Akinii's shoulder to check on the Fire Toa, 'Him, on the other hand... Do you know him? He sure seems to think he knows you.'IC: RynekkRynekk walked slowly down the foothills of Ihu, heading for Ko-Koro. Hopefully, he might be able to leave this wretched place soon. It was far too cold for his taste.He entered the snowy village, to find a Toa sitting by the side of the road, selling what appeared to be candlesticks and other odd items.Rynekk, despite his icy exterior, did enjoy the occasional company, so decided to start an amiable conversation with this fellow.'Get up off the ground, will you!'OOC: That's Krayzikk he's talking to by the way.-Void

IC: RynekkRynekk bent down to haul Plagia up, carrying her over his shoulder.'Yeah, yeah,' he said gruffly, his head kept downwards,' Let's get moving, shall we.'-Void

IC: SyrynSyryn smiled and said, 'Nah, I'm a pacifist. I'm not a fighter.'-Void

IC: DeltaDelta cocked an eyebrow and said, 'Maaaybe. What are we hunting? And can my friend join?'She glanced at the Toa's hand, 'Really, you'd point a weapon at a poor, defenceless girl?'IC: Calik-Only to have it met with Calik's own sword. He gnashed his teeth, the blow had been harder than he expected. Luckily he was fairly adept at fighting in darkness, as it was one of the objectives his master had set for him during his training.He pulled his sword back, swinging it down towards Hexxon.-Void

OOC: Lux from Onu-Koro.IC: LuxLux smiled broadly as the warm Le-Koro sun washed over him. It seemed like ages since he had been here. Though, thankfully the conditions than they'd been the last time.'Home sweet home,' he announced loudly.-Void

IC: PlagiaPlagia breathed a sigh of relief that this Toa was out of commission. Whoever he was, he was deadly.'Personally, I'd go with the former if I were you,' she said, trying to the fact that she was wincing with every movement.-Void

IC: RynekkRynekk groaned and coughed up sand and dirt. He leaned forwards, trying to catch his breath.The Toa glanced around, bleary eyed, saying, 'What the Karz just happened?'He eventually managed to rise to his feet, before seeing the limp body of Irriane, heart-light blank.Rynekk grimaced, noting that he seemed to be doing that a lot lately.'Karz,' was the only word he could think to say at the moment.-Void

IC: CalikCalik whirled around, sword unlimbered. He snarled. Whoever was behind this, he was ready.Let the fun begin, he thought.IC: DeltaDelta sighed, before grabbing a couple of kas, calling out to Lux, 'Yo, Lux, I'm heading out for a pint.'Before he could respond, she was already out the door, heading for closest bar, which turned out to be the Blue Mukau. Hardly a grade A establishment, but it's name promised some alcohol, which she was in dire need of.It was a dingy place, not even a grade B, but out of the corner of her eye she noticed two Toa entering a back room. She cocked an eyebrow and followed suit.She opened the door, to see a rather motley group of warriors (Tarius & co.) gathered around a table.She raised an eyebrow, 'Urrr...is this a bad time?'-Void

OOC: S'cool Ghost. IC: GunnerWhile Gunner didn't need to go up to breathe, fresh air was so much better than extracted air, so he gladly swam towards the surface, grabbing a quick breath, before heading back down.-Void

IC: LuxLux smiled knowingly, 'Please, I've spent almost my whole life in the forges. Compared to that, the jungles are nothing!'He patted the Ussal, adding, 'Well, might as well be heading off.'OOC: I don't know about you guys, but Lux to Le-Koro.-Void

IC: PlagiaPlagia groaned, struggling against the sheer fatigue gripping her. She managed to look up, to see their two attackers vanish in a blast of sand.She managed a weak grin, saying, 'So, did we win?', before passing out again.-Void

OOC: Sorry 'bout the delay.IC: SyrynSyryn grinned. Youngsters, always interested in dealing with things from afar.'Ha, you can have all the bows in the world, I'll take a good stick any day. Name's Syryn by the way,' he said, holding out his hand.-Void

IC: Calik RaktuCalik frowned at the growing darkness. Of course the smoke and ash would make it darker, but the shadow seemed to be moving faster than it should...Flame burst out in all directions from his body, illuminating the area and rendering the darkness impotent.Not bothering to look behind, he said, 'Whoever was responsible for that shadow, poor show.'-Void

IC: GunnerGunner swam closer to Lohkar, trying to catch his attention by jerking a thumb at himself, meaning, What about me?-Void
