Member Woolgatherer. I suspect the winner has to be manually updated/PMed because it sometimes takes a day or so to be announced. It then shows up in the Activity tab as well as the raffle listing itself.

Welcome to BZP! These monthly raffles are always free. They sometimes do special event ones for charity/donations but they specify whenever those come up.

I do not know, but am guessing it is perhaps listed as "Expired" automatically until the winner is manually/publicly announced and contacted, since it says "Completed" now.
